I was in need of replacing my 17 year old TroyBilt washer as it finally died! I chose this particular washer as it seemed to be solidly built, had the Westinghouse brand and was made in the USA. The washer arrived on time as scheduled and was securely boxed. Assembly was easy with the exception of one of the wheel axles was missing the cotter pin that holds it in place. Fortunately, I had some spares! After that everything was going great as I started washing my front walkway until I turned and looked at the washer and water was spraying out everywhere. It seems the routing for the garden hose lets it sit right on top of the right wheel allowing the vibration of the unit to bore a hole right thru the hose. Needless to say, that involved a hose repair before continuing. Those were the only two issues I had otherwise the unit started and ran flawlessly! The pressure was great, the gas usage was minimal, and the noise was bearable. I would recommend this product to anyone needing a residential grade pressure washer. Now we will see if I get 17 years out of this one!

I just purchased this pressure washer, getting ready for spring. I have owned several pressure washers in the past and this one made by Westinghouse is very impressive !! It has great features ie: soap dispenser built-in, and is extremely easy to assemble. It also has great weight to prevent it from moving during operation. EXCELLENT !!!!!

This is my first pressure washer and I don’t know I waiting so long to buy one. I’ve used it twice so far (wash a car another 3 plus hr job). Didn’t run into any major issues and it worked as advertised. Just be careful as it walks a little from vibration and will rub on something.

Can't get to start straight out of the box. Followed all instructions, double, triple checked (not my first pressure washer either). Will continue troubleshooting-- glad there's a warranty. Will update this review after I actually get to use it. There goes a whole weekend...

Purchased this pressure washer to replace one I've had for years. Selected this pressure washer as it was listed as #1 in consumers report. Tried it out this weekend on a deck and it cleaned up the deck like new. Has lots of power with 5 different spray nozzles to choose from.

After 20 years my old pressure washer quit. After searching for a replacement, I found this washer which was very similar to my one in NY. After my first use l was pleasantly surprised with the power of this unit. I definitely recommend it for home use.

I bought this two months ago and used it several times. It is very easy to use, and the quality of its cleaning is great. I cleaned my vinyl siding, my driveway and my garage roof. The different variety of spray nozzles really came in handy for the different type of services I was cleaning. I compared this pressure washer with many others and I think I made the right choice.

I ordered a pressure washer (PW) online and had it delivered to my home. I put the first PW together and followed the guidelines for starting and the pull rope did not engage the crank/clutch. I returned the PW and ordered another unit. This one runs, the first 2 or 3 hours of use has worked out. So far, so good, of course, time will tell. The other PW (another manufacturer) I had lasted about 4 years, maybe a 100 hours of use before the water pump started going out. I was not happy with this particular product.

After my old pressure washer gave up the ghost (mid-spray, like a dramatic soap opera exit), I picked this bad boy up, and wow. I didn’t know you could fall in love with a stream of water, but here we are. This thing has the power of a firehose and the attitude of a toddler with a marker. I’ve blasted years of grime off my driveway, fence, siding, and possibly the neighbor’s bad decisions. Setup was easy, performance is top-tier, and it hasn’t complained once, unlike my back. 10/10 would recommend, unless you’re dirt. Then… run.

I started looking for a pressure washer with at least 2700 psi and 2.3 gpm. I decided on this because for the price difference at the time, it was a no-brainer. The gpm and psi match up really good, and you get a VERY powerful pressure washer for the DIYer. This also comes with everything you need to get started cleaning...more than normal tips, soap dispenser, wand, and a 25' hose. I do wish the hose was more flexible, but it's not as stiff as my dad's old pressure washer hose. So, it's kind of stiff, but not too bad. I also like the fact that you can roll this thing around a lot easier than if the connections came straight out of the back because the hoses get in the way. With the side connections, that's not a problem. I didn't have any kinks in the soap hose like a lot of people are saying. Everything is perfect out of the box. I'm thrilled to have this awesome pressure washer, and I know it will handle any task I ask of it! The frame is pretty substantial, and not rickety at all!
