Started up on the second pull, very easy to use. I like the quick change tips. I used it to clean my sidewalk and driveway. Can't wait to use it to do my house gutters and car next using the curved separate attachment and foam cannon the wife git for me with it for father's day

I normally don't give bad reviews, but when purchasing this twice and having the same issue, buyers should be aware!!! Worked well once, tried to start it 1 month later, unable too!!!! I returned the first one, thinking maybe I got a bad one, NOPE!!! The 2nd one did the exact same thing! Worked once and never could start it again! Called Westinghouse customer service too, they were terrible, no help!!!! I asked several times what I could do to trouble shoot why it won't start, (this is 1 month later), they had no ideas, they told me must be bad gas (gas that is only sitting for 1 month goes bad?, plus we used rec fuel!!).. Buyer Beware!!!!! Wasted some much of my time!!!!!

Initial impressions: I can’t speak for the operation of the unit, as it was a Christmas present and the weather hasn’t been particularly good yet. However; I assembled the unit today and was very impressed with the quality as well as the fit and finish. It appears extremely well made and durable. I have no doubt that this machine will perform extremely well and meet or exceed my expectations.

Research this model extensively and found it to be well rated for its type. the Instructions out the box are easy to read and was very easy to assemble. Nothing was missing for assembly within the box. I have not tested it yet. I just picked it up from the store.

I bought this product a month ago and i can say its awesome. I had rented a simpsons pressure washer for my driveway work before purchasing this, and i can say it almost equal to that quality even though the pressure is low compared to simpsons, and it still does the job as a proffessional washer.

Wasn't too sure about the Westinghouse power washer. However we weren't able to purchase the brand we had for 15 years or so, I checked out the reviews of this washer and was convinced 13,000+ couldn't be all wrong. It starts really easy and has all the pressure needed to do all my jobs around the house. I really like having separate washer nozzles, it takes a while to learn which is best for what. I had to warn my wife not to put holes or grooves in the wood. Love the product, very good.

I have a very large driveway that desperately needed washing. Dishwasher did a great job and made short work of it. That being said, today when I was trying to get the second story windows, the high-pressure hose sprung a leak. I have a warranty claim in. I hope Westinghouse makes it right.

I've had this unit for 11 months and when I started using it for this year, the unit fired right up on the first pull, and I've been using it with no problems. The pressure is constant. I will say to other customers "BESURE TO FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN" and make sure to winterize the unit according to the manufacture. However, I think it should have a larger soap tank instead of the one it has currently AND a more flexible hose.

It looks great and feels strong. The only strange thing it is doing is that when I turned it off it back fires really bad with big flames and all, sound like the engine broke. But it starts right back every time. Other thing that I don't like is that it is really loud. This might not bother anyone else but it is crazy loud. Working good so far, lets how long it last.

Bought this yesterday and went to work on the concrete last night. Soap dispenser was excellent and the pressure was fine. Still a tedious job even with good equipment. Also, gas powered is the way to go. The water hose and wand hose create a bit of clutter in the power washing process. Can't imagine having to negotiate an electrical cord as well. Plus, the electric products never have as much power. If you have a gas lawn mower you can maintain the gas power washer.
