It took less than 30 minutes to get the unit out of the box, set up (including adding oil & gas) and start using it. The engine starts on the first or second pull and the 4 different nozzles provided an excellent selection to get the exact pressure I needed.

I bought the washer in late July. Easy start, was the deal breaker for me. My old arms ain't what they used to be. Well made, to look at it, says I am going to be here for a while. Just what I was looking for. The washer I bought before this one lasted one year. I washed the house one time the driveway once and the side walk one time. I believe I will be happy with this one.

I bought this pressure washer in April 2023. I used is 3 or 4 times. I went to use it late November 2023 and it was locked up. Got a new one on warranty after dealing with customer service for a few weeks until I got someone who could finally help

I bought this Power Washer a month ago and have used it twice to clean my stone paver patio and concrete walkways. The areas were very dirty, and it cleaned them very well. The washer was easy to assemble and is easy to operate. The instruction manual is also very helpful. This is the first power washer I have owned (I used to rent them as needed), and I'm sure I'll clean my patio, etc much more often with this machine.

It is very powerful and easy to use. Overall we are very happy with this purchase. Read the instruction manual. We didn’t realize that in order to make it stop dispensing soap was to change from the black nozzle. I received this as a birthday gift and other family members have already borrowed it.

The quality of the washer looks very good. I just finished putting it together and the instructions shows the tools needed, but don't show all of the tools. There are a couple of items that require a allen wrench to tighten screws, but there is no allen wrench included or shown that it is needed. Luckily I had one. Haven't tried the power washer yet, but I am sure it will be great.

I am one who does extensive study before I make purchases . I studied the pros and cons of different pressure washers in my price range that would fit my purpose and this one in my opinion was the best choice. Frankly speaking I have not used it yet (will use this week) but I feel confident of the outcome plus I love the warranty.

I bought this power washer a couple of weeks ago. It was easy to assemble and operate. It has great power. The only drawback was that the wand does not oscillate. I also purchased the related rotating surface cleaner, which in my opinion is needed to cover more surface.

Bought this machine to power wash exterior of metal building (barn). Barn had lots of algae build-up on exterior due to proximity of surrounding trees. This machine powered through the green mess with ease. Choose the right spray nozzle so you don't blast away any paint surfaces. Lots of pressure.

I purchased this to do a side job, cleaning a parking lot building and sidewalks. This unit was easy to start worked flawlessly also was very compact and easy to maneuver would highly recommend this power washer for anyone that wants a compact. Easy to maneuver powerful unit. Highly recommended.
