I went to start the washer for the first time and a screw fell out of the bracket around the pull start motor. I tried to put it back but it was stripped. The quality control Dept. must be sleeping. Anyway, after I started the washer it worked very good. Hope that screw issue isn't a bad omen...

I have a lot of trees on my property and my concrete porches and walkway get a black mold from the dampness and constant shade. This pressure washer along with the Westinghouse 15 in. Surface Cleaner Attachment cleaned up that concrete no time. I was pleasantly surprised.

I bought the washer about a month ago. I never had a pressure washer and am not mechanically inclined, so I was a bit slow with putting it together - but the manual took everything step by step and I got it done. It will take me a bit to get accustomed with the operations, but I'm sure I'll be a pro in no time. The manual is very informative with directions for use as well as preventative maintenance measures to take to make it last as long as possible. I am looking forward to trying it out on the house, garage, driveway, patio, etc.

I first purchase the WPX2800e electric washer. This was not strong enough to use my driveway disk cleaner so I returned it for this one. My mistake was not looking at the GPM of the electric one. The gas one has 2.6 gal per min so this was the right choice.

No major issues. Assembly was easy and instructions were fairly straightforward. (The push rivet on the upper gun holder could use some additional clarifying information.) It started on the second pull. After a couple of hours of use it was working fine.

Was trying to decide between an electric pressure washer and gas. While researching I found out that as of 1-1-24 California won't allow the purchase of many gas powered pieces of equipment - pressure washers included. Cut my research short and selected the WPX3400. It arrived very protected in the box and assembly was easy. This thing blows away the electric pressure washers that I've tried. Has plenty of power. Need to be cognizant of that so you don't actually damage what you are cleaning. Started up on 4th pull.

Bought it 3 weeks ago, used it 1st time today. Was working great when all of a sudden my hose hot a hole in it. The way the design is for the hose hookup, the hose goes over and rest on the wheels. The vibration from the engine then wore a hole in the hose as it rests on the plastic wheel. Even the picture on pg 9 shows the hose resting on the wheel. Got a 2nd hose and put it over the nozzle holder and it then move against the exhaust guard and burned a hole in it.

Just bought this pressure washer to replace my 2700 psi one that I was using to clean my driveway with a 15” Ryobi surface cleaner. This new Westinghouse model does the job 3 times faster and it leaves a cleaner finish. I am very impressed and can’t wait to use it on other projects.

We thought this was going to be for a small project. We ended up using ghisbfor about 5 hours a day for 5 days strait cleaning eavery piece of concrete we have plus a steel shop that has gone too many years without cleaning. There is not one thing I could criticize. We could not be happier

Assembly was easy and unit provides great cleaning pressure. However, warm starting is not "easy start" as advertised on the gas tank. Cold starting is actually easier than restarting after a brief stop. You have to place one foot on the frame near the soap bottle to hold it down while pulling hard and swift to get it started.
