Well packaged for shipping. Some bolts had to be re-tightened. Started on 2nd pull. Used 1 time so far on concrete patio. Tends to move around slightly during operation due to vibration. Did a pretty good job cleaning. Difficult to keep spray gun in holder when moving pressure washer on other than flat, solid surface (ie grass, etc).

I bought this 2 weeks ago, just arrived and just used it. I really like I really like the 3400 psi, exactly what I needed for my wood fence, house siding, and concrete sidewalks. Used all day(8 hours straight), took 3 tanks of gas. Really like the variety of nozzles and the easy locations of soap, oil, and gas to refill.

Our unit arrived today. Easy to assemble. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. We tried it out on our siding to see how it works. We were pleased-unit started right up and worked like a charm. Of course this is day one, but so far so good as it is operating as expected.

The instructions say you will only need a 10mm wrench to assemble the washer, however, you will need a 13mm wrench and an Allen wrench as well. This could be a problem for some DIYers as they might not have a set of Allen wrenches. The hose from the soap container to the pump was severely kinked at the pump. I had to cut a section of the tubing off and then reattach it to the pump. Not a big problem, but nonetheless, the dispenser wouldn't have worked if I hadn't noticed the kink and was able to fix it.

Purchased the pressure washer after buying/returning a different brand electric pressure washer. The pressure washer was easy to assemble. I didn’t find any loose parts and it came with all the needed parts. The washer started on the first pull. The pressure washer cleaned spilled paint on concrete with ease. I’m planning to pressure washer my wood deck next week and can’t wait to see the results. I like the pressure washer comes with a gas shut off, allowing you to run the carb dry to keep it from lacquering up. I like the various tips as past pressure washers I used had a limit on this. As the washer is new, I don’t have any complaints so far.

The pressure washer arrived very quickly after purchase. When I opened the box, I discovered some oil had leaked on the inside of the box but that must have been a little oil that remained from testing at the factory. No problem. Simple instructions for assembly of the handle, etc. and it fired up on the second pull. Proceeded to wash two vehicles using the White 40 nozzle. This WPX3400 has amazing power and I'm looking forward to using this to clean my deck next! I'm impressed and pleased with this purchase.

Picked it up in the morning and had it ready to tryout in about 1 hour. All the parts were included nothing missing! Hooked the water up and turned the switch on, pulled twice and it was running. Everything worked perfectly . The WPX 3400 model had more pressure than expected. Before I had a big 13hp Honda washer and I know the WXP 3400 had as much pressure, if not a little more. This really made me fill like I made a good choice buying this Westinghouse WPX 3400! This is one happy owner!

I'm not a fan of buying tools or equipment online, sight unseen but home centers are not carrying much inventory. I did some research for a few days and narrowed down to 3 pressure washers with Westinghouse on top. I bought the WPX3400 PSI with 2.6 GPM. I received this morning and assembly was straight forward and took about 30 min. I followed initial startup procedure as stated in the manual and it started 2nd pull. This thing is a bully and has tremendous pressure. I tried all 4 tips and didn't try soap tip yet. I washed one end of my home and one patio and did so with no effort. I only have about an hour and a half on it but the WPX3400 gets a 5 star from me today.

Just recieved the WPX3400 and assembly was straight forward and easy. Haven't been able to try it out yet since the weather is still freezing. Fit and finish look good. One issue I did have was my soap hose was kinked multiple places and torn at the upright frame connector. I'll be reaching out to Westinghouse to see about a replacement.

This pressure washer is so handy and efficient to have around the property. Assembly was easy, instructions if needed were complete and simple to follow. From cleaning concrete, to siding, and the occasional tractor and other landscape equipment this unit does it well and is easy to operate. I only wish we had purchased this a long time ago.
