After receiving my pressure washer, I found it very easy to follow the assembly directions and had it running within the hour. The location of the water intake and pressure hose connection is convenient. The oil drain plug is a great feature in lieu of draining the oil from the fill plug. Having the illustrated parts breakdown included is a smart feature. Thank you for your thoughtfulness and well-designed pressure washer.

Haven’t used yet but easily put together. Oil did have pin hole in it so that made a mess when I attempted to put the oil in. Would have liked a more precise amount of oil delivered with the product as the amount was too much for the oil pan. Other than that i can’t wait to power wash a see how it holds up over time.

After having 4 previous pressure washers over my many years this one is the best. It has some very helpful features to the diy person, such as having the connections at an easier place to reach. The pressure washers larger tank also allows for longer times before refilling. Highly recommend

I purchased this pressure washer a few weeks ago and am happy I opted for this make and model. Most PSI for the price. First pull start-up, relatively quiet, and light enough to load and unload from pick-up bed, by myself. Was able to clean non-stop until fuel ran out. Very pleased so far.

Adequate pressure. Easy start. Had to fix soap hose kink. Operates at high speed only. I would prefer ability to adjust throttle speed. Easier soap tank access and easier tank drain process would help. More convenient oil drain position would be also be helpful. Overall good performance and smooth operation. No serious issues.

I started looking for a pressure washer with at least 2700 psi and 2.3 gpm. I decided on this because for the price difference at the time, it was a no-brainer. The gpm and psi match up really good, and you get a VERY powerful pressure washer for the DIYer. This also comes with everything you need to get started cleaning...more than normal tips, soap dispenser, wand, and a 25' hose. I do wish the hose was more flexible, but it's not as stiff as my dad's old pressure washer hose. So, it's kind of stiff, but not too bad. I also like the fact that you can roll this thing around a lot easier than if the connections came straight out of the back because the hoses get in the way. With the side connections, that's not a problem. I didn't have any kinks in the soap hose like a lot of people are saying. Everything is perfect out of the box. I'm thrilled to have this awesome pressure washer, and I know it will handle any task I ask of it! The frame is pretty substantial, and not rickety at all!

We needed more power (old pw was electric 1900 psi) and this pressure washer was highly rated on several sites. Price was good for the size. It was easy to put together and had all the necessary parts. First use went great. Having quick access and the ability to swap to multiple spray nozzles is a bonus.

I purchased this pressure washer a few weeks ago and have not been able to use it yet. I have opened and assembled it easily with no problems. Instructions are very clear on assembly, usage and clean up. Will update review when weather clears up and I have used it.

I bought this one to replace our old Power Washer which had 2700 psi and am glad with my selection. My husband washes our house and his mother's house next door once a year. He carefully followed the instructions on the amount of the soap, that our old one didn't include such instructions. It's powerful and works great!

Bought it 3 weeks ago, used it 1st time today. Was working great when all of a sudden my hose hot a hole in it. The way the design is for the hose hookup, the hose goes over and rest on the wheels. The vibration from the engine then wore a hole in the hose as it rests on the plastic wheel. Even the picture on pg 9 shows the hose resting on the wheel. Got a 2nd hose and put it over the nozzle holder and it then move against the exhaust guard and burned a hole in it.
