I bought this about a month ago, and am so happy I did! bought this to replace my old Troybilt pressure washer and this one is more efficient, more powerful and better built. I've used this 3 times already and it's surpassed my expectations. I would highly recommend this power washer!

I bought a Simpson, more expensive, pressure washer many years ago. I finally broke down. I was skeptical on purchasing this one since it was much less expensive. I am amazed on how well and how easy it is to use. I then purchased a Westinghouse surface cleaner and they perform great together. Good units.

I had been hanging onto my previous pressure washer for the last 14 years. The thing was great until the engine decided to seize one day (after about 15 minutes of use). With about 200' of dirty vinyl fence left in front of me, I searched around looking for something to love the same way I did my old pressure washer. Going off of online reviews, I decided to go with the WPX3400. Let me just say, this is one solid pressure washer. Assembly took less than 5 minutes, and everything is right where it should be, i.e. the choke and fuel switches are right where you'd want them, the spray nozzles fit securely right on the top of the pressure washer, etc... I never realized how easy a pressure washer should move from place to place in the yard. The hose on my previous unit would drag the ground, so I had to practically pull it backwards wherever I'd go. With my new one, I can move it with easy. Nothing dragging. The hoses sit almost a foot off of the ground. The washer cleaned that 200' of fence that I mentioned earlier in about 5 hours. That's about 3 hours less than my old one. Last but not least, the thing started up on the very first pull! I've never had anything (brand new) start on the very first pull. Usually it takes a couple of pulls to just get fuel into the carb. I was blown away. If I had one complaint, it would be that it can be a little difficult to start back up when you need to add gas. It takes a couple of very quick pulls to get it running again. My wife had a lot of trouble with this. Her pull was more of a slower pull that you'd do when starting it. I'd have to step in and get it started back up. We tried everything to keep it from happening-- pulling the handle to release water pressure, choke off/on, even shutting the fuel off for about 10 seconds before turning the pressure washer off, but this didn't help either. My old pressure washer could be stubborn after a fill up too, so that's why we tried this. I'd love to see someone make a side step attachment of some sort that can be used on a pressure washer. It's always difficult to hold it in place while starting, especially with the lightning fast pulls that it needed after a fill up. Still, I'm not going to knock the review to 4 stars because of this. This was very minor (because it always started back up). The unit is solid, seems very well built, and mowed through a job much faster than we anticipated.

I have owned 2 pressure washers, But this is a beauty. strong , and has no problem reaching my eves of my house {19 ft}. I read the compleat manuel and had no problems getting it going and working... I did not know that westinghouse made such thing, but I will tell all my friends and family about it.. this machine is a class A act.. thanks westinghouse. A+++++

After one time use: Used to remove moss and mildew from back brick patio. The unit assembled easy and started on 1-2 pulls. The unit also has a thermal relief valve which allows discharge of high temp water. Hose could be a little longer. Overall nice purchase.

Assembling the unit did take some time (about 30 minutes), however the unit looks to be sound. Installation directions seemed to be detailed enough to complete the job. Hose length looks proficient. At first, I did have trouble starting the unit, however everything seems to be working fine now.

Just bought this a little over a week ago. I've already washed the siding on my house (it even took care of the green stuff on the north side), the porch, and the carport. Then loaded it up and took it to my folks. No more worry about them slipping on mossy deck steps! Very pleased!

I purchased the WPX3400 a few months ago after receiving numerous reminders from home associations to clean the siding panels on my house. Tired of paying people to do it, I purchased this pressure washer as an investment. So far, I am very pleased at how well it was able to clean the siding and my driveway! The pressure washer has multi functionality, great features, and is easy to use. I have also bought the add-ons for this product sold by the company and they compliment the product well.

I recently purchased this washer. It was delivered within three days of ordering; prompt and in good shape. Assembly was a no brainer. I was initially skeptical about the wheels (not pneumatic) but they seem up to the task. I like the ease of nozzle replacement and the soap tank. The fact that the soap is only dispensed with the "chemical" nozzle was a pleasant surprise. This means that the higher pressure nozzles only shoot water (not a soap/water mixture). The only negative I have at the moment is the way the handle attaches to the body of the washer. Spring clips hold the handles and, once attached, the handle moves a little independent of the body. I'll probably add some self tapping screws to the handle to firm them up.

It's been easy to use and does a great job for what I purchased it for. Between cleaning the concrete patio to cleaning up the outdoor furniture, it's worked perfect. Prior I had an electric power washer and this just is more substantial when it comes to cleaning and getting the job done. Looking forward to using it on other projects coming up too.
