This pressure washer was easy to put together out of the box. It has a lot of power--plenty for any around the house stuff such as siding clean off, sidewalks, porches/decks and of course washing cars. I'm pretty happy with it after a few uses. Only problem I have is the pin to hold the wheel on was missing when the product arrived, so I had to rig up a fix.

Started up with oil and gas right out of box on second pull. Hose and nozzle fittings are high and easy to reach. Fully assembled other then the handle and a few plastic pieces for holders of accessories. 20% more powerful then my old one. Better pump/ and works amazing with the westinghouse surface cleaner I purchased to do large areas.

I bought this about a month ago & just tested it out today. So far, no issues starting it and using it the 1st time. NOTE* Be mindful of step 6 of the quick start "Before Starting". It mentions to add oil with provided 4-stroke engine oil; however, it does not say how much. I believe the illustration is trying to show that only half should be poured in.

Received my unit today ordered Wed night. Assembly was a breeze and did a test run this evening to make sure all was good. Fired right up and runs like a champ so far. Not sure what the small cap with hose drain with hose clamp is used for that was in the packaging. I looked the unit over thoroughly and didn't see anything on the motor or soap container that looks remotely like this.

I bought this machine weeks ago after a lot of time spent researching different brands and models. This was my best educated decision and I'm happy I made it. This machine is quiet, powerful and so easy to use. I'd highly recommend it to friends and family.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my husband and when he pulled it out of the box everything was very nice quality. However, it never would bust off and start. Brand New out of the box and it did not run. We put gas in it, checked the oil and followed the instructions given and still would not work.

I just got rid of my Karcher Honda 3000 PSI power washer that worked flawlessly for almost 20 years that I had it. Sadly there were no repair parts available so I trashed it. This unit is far superior in every way and frankly is so much more powerful than the Karcher unit. I love the soap dispenser and it works very well. Very happy with my purchase.

This is overall well thought out and powerful. It is much more compact for storage than I was expecting. It has a great flow rate and pressure, so cleans much faster than an electric and makes a circular concrete cleaning attachment more effective. For some reason the pin that holds one of the wheel axles in place was missing or otherwise fell off. Within the first minute or two of using it, the axle vibrated out and the unit titled diagonally I shut it off. I'm working with warranty now and it sounds like I should get the missing part. I just used a wire in the meantime. The only other constructive feedback I have is that the soap tank opening is poorly placed and is obstructed my the pump. There is probably not a great place for it but providing a funnel that can compensate would be great. A normal funnel shape still doesn't help and an oil funnel that's a long shape that I had for my generator kind of worked with some difficultly.

The pressure washer arrived very quickly after purchase. When I opened the box, I discovered some oil had leaked on the inside of the box but that must have been a little oil that remained from testing at the factory. No problem. Simple instructions for assembly of the handle, etc. and it fired up on the second pull. Proceeded to wash two vehicles using the White 40 nozzle. This WPX3400 has amazing power and I'm looking forward to using this to clean my deck next! I'm impressed and pleased with this purchase.

My wife got me this pressure washer for my birthday and it is so powerful. It was very easy to put together right out of the box. It stays right where you put it while running it. I’ve seen some other ones kind of start walking away from vibration, but not this one. So far, it’s doing great!!
