Just bought the pressure washer. Looking forward to using the machine, however I had difficulty with the assembly. The four small black pegs given to attach the blue panel/cord holder/nozzle holder do not work. I was forced to drill holes and attach my own bolts to secure the panel. The small pegs were useless. Was simple to assemble and started on first try! I like everything about this PW over my previous 2800 PSI machine. I was concerned about not having a Honda engine, but this seems to be a quality engine. Had no leaks in any hose/nozzle, etc. The 25' hose is inadequate for many jobs (second story deck, sport court, etc.). I like the plastic wheels over pneumatic, but as someone else pointed out, if garden hose is in contact it will create a hole in the hose very quickly. I have not used the detergent holder yet, so cannot rate that use. I have only had it a couple of weeks, so cannot rate its longevity, etc. but all appearences indicate that I should enjoy this machine for a good long while.

We got this and had it set up and ready to roll in less than 30 minutes. It replaced a really old pressure washer that we'd had for 20+ years. We have tons of algae on our patio every year and this did the trick in no time! The wheels are especially great - no more flat tires that come off the rims.

Easy to assemble even for a klutz like me. Easy to follow instructions. Started right up. Cleaned a large concrete patio and driveway with ease using the Westinghouse 16.5"surface cleaner. Only complaint is the online Quick Start Guide noted a 10mm and 13mm wrench was not included yet it was.

I just received it today and was disappointed on assembly that it had plastic push pins to push in to plastic grommets. The problem was the pins wouldn't expand the grommets to hold the faceplate so I had to cut down screws, especially to handle the vibrations of the power washer. Poor design.

Just delivered, appears complete, no damage (that's always a good start!). Did quite a bit of research online, and was impressed to see this product rated tops or in top five best. We're planning to assemble in the next day or two, and will be washing the outside of house, two driveways, and a detached shop. Gets three stars for starters. Will most definitely let all how it goes.

Just bought this product today. Easy to assemble and relatively cheap in price. Have not used it yet but will update after. Only issue is the instructions for assembly don't tell you where to connect the detergent hose. I was able to figure it out though.

Bought this about 2 weeks back, it worked right from the box after adding some fresh oil and gas. Didn’t have any issues with the choke like you normally have on pressure washers. It powered away mold and mildew from my brick pavers and my hardy board siding of my house. It came with multiple nozzles and even a cleaning needle for the nozzles when debris gets inside. Would get this again!

I have only used it once but it works great! Started good, has enough pressure to wash my concrete etc. Seemed to be the best value, especially on sale, for a washer with that much pressure and GPM. And having one vs renting I don't have to do all my projects in one day.

This unit is powerful and versatile. This is a great all around cleaning tool for my house projects. So far, I have used it to clean my driveway, gutters, siding and SUV. The quick change nozzles are great, and I purchased an additional u-shaped wand accessory for use on the gutters.
