Used it twice since I purchased it. Cleaned concrete patio and trex deck. The included surface cleaner and it worked really well! Cut the cleaning time down by at least 75%. Very happy with the product in the limited time that I have had it so far. However, I already burnt the outer plastic layer off the hose by letting it touch the exhaust manifold, so be careful of that. Wish that either the plastic was more temperature resistant or the exhaust was protected better.

I purchased this (gas) power washer last month and used it immediately. There was oil (?) spillage inside the box, but it wasn't too bad. I put it together by myself and it was not difficult. Pulling the start cord was relatively easy for a female (especially when you read the start-up instructions). Adding oil and gas was easy. The manual advises which nozzles to use for whatever project you're cleaning, which was helpful. There is also a safety switch on the handle.

Works well. Great value for the price, clear instruction manual, easy to start and run. Only downside is I cannot find a downstream injector that is compatible with Westinghouse. I can only use the foam cannon, but it degrades overtime when using harsh chemicals like chlorine.

I bought 2 and just received this and so far 1 washer does not work. I called the hotline and was told by a woman at Westinghouse that it may be missing a key in the shaft and to remove the 4 bolts to the pump and check myself. I have no idea if this washer works or not but it seems ridiculous to have to do this myself because it is "faster than anything else".

I bought the WPX3400 Pressure Washer after my 10 year old Craftsman died on the job. I really appreciate that this newer washer is much easier to handle, it actually runs quieter for a gasoline engine and was easy to assemble. I appreciate the large wheels that make it easy to push or pull on sand or concrete. The handle is comfortable in my hand and no button to push before squeezing the trigger. I also like the soap tank is in the front and easy to fill. I used the washer to wash my metal roof and it did a fine job, much better and faster than my old machine. The nozzle tips are very easy to change out. The only thing I don't like, but seems to be industry standard, is the 25 foot rubber high pressure hose. I would much prefer a 50 foot silicon high pressure hose for greater length and easier to coil or uncoil when using. Other than that I am very satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend.

I purchased this item to utilize at work for my locations as a DM. The reason why I went with this model is because a couple of my colleagues also purchased this model and is raving about it. Today will be the first day that we are using it however the results that I’ve seen at other locations tell me that I won’t be disappointed.

I bought this last week and I'm pleased with how easily it starts. It works really well with my 16" driveway attachment. The engine does seem to be overloaded when I use the 25 degree tip(the only one I've used so far). The one complaint I have is the engine seems to " flood out" for no reason. Oil level is good and I'm using fresh ethenol free gas. I suspect it has something to do with the vapor recovery system on the fuel tank but I'm not sure. Still investigating.

It sounds like you had a fantastic first run with it! There is always a bit of hesitation when you veer away from a massive brand name like Honda, but getting it unboxed, put together, and washing the driveway in under 30 minutes is a huge win. Getting that kind of roaring power on just two pulls right out of the box definitely validates the purchase. You hit the nail on the head, though—the real test for any gas-powered pressure washer isn't the first start, it's how it behaves after sitting in the garage for a few months.

My old power washer died, and I decided to look for an upgrade in quality and power. Consumer Reports rated the Westinghouse power washer very highly. I purchased the W3400 and it was an excellent choice. It has great power, started easily, and the instructions are very good. It was the perfect choice.
