Received pressure washer around April 8. Easy to put together and it fired up within a couple of pulls. I didn't use the product until a couple of weeks later when I was able to clean driveway, patio furniture, house siding. Also, power sprayed the paint off of a miniature church made on concrete in about 15 minutes. The right tips help me wash my car with ease.

I bought this and it wouldn't start. I called Westinghouse and they ran through the steps, made sure I was doing it right, which I was. They then wanted me to start opening up the motor to check stuff, before they would send me to a repair place. I said forget that, so returned it. I then rebought it. The new one worked fine. I very much recommend this machine. However, if it doesn't start, return it and get a different one!

Replaced my Craftsman pressure washer with this one. The wheels are plastic and not rubber. The hose connectors are awkwardly placed making them difficult to attach or use quick connectors. The top plate hook that holds the attachments attaches with plastic rivets the broke when trying to install. Had to drill wholes and use bolts.

Just got this pressure washer. I have only used it so far to clean my walkway with a surface cleaner. It did a good job and I am satisfied. I would have given it maybe 4.3 stars if I could. The engine could be easier to crank and it does vibrate more than I like. Also I would have preferred pneumatic tires with ball bearings rather than the loose fitting plastic wheels. But it does have plenty of power to do the job. I am also impressed with Westinghouse's packaging and instructions. I have a Westinghouse generator and was impressed with those aspects with it also.

This is my second purchase of this product. I was extremely happy for the most part with the first...let's just say it had a little accident and fell into a stairwell. It starts easily and consistently (if you don't overchoke). There are some smart little engineering touches: 1) a cutout in the frame to allow oil to drain during oil changes without making a mess. 2) same size hex bolt for oil change/ carb drain, etc---not everyone does this. What would I change: 1) The instructions say you CAN flush the detergent from the system (guess you don't NEED to?); if you want to, it would not be easy. I fit a John Guest push fit coupler to the detergent hosing, and using some tubing I already had, can rinse if I want. If would be nice if they indicated whether this was a requirement (for my old Craftsman from long ago, it was). 2) the instructions warn you about this, but it is quite easy for the high-pressure hose to contact a hot part of the unit. Easy to prevent, with a small bungee or two. The second time around, they actually included a full manual and readable quick-guide; this wasn't the case with the first purchase. Bottom line: would absolutely recommend, and would buy again.

So far, so good. I love how the differen sized nozzles come on and off with ease and store on the washer itself. I hate having to look for parts! The washer was easy to put together, and started right up! I used it today and worked great. I also bought a surface cleaner. I am excited to try that to cut so time off of power washing my deck and driveway. I will change my review if any problems arrise.

I would give this power washer 5 stars but upon opening the box, I was missing a couple of fasteners to assemble the unit. Hopefully Westinghouse support will send the missing parts out asap so I can use my new power washer. Otherwise, the unit is pretty solid and straightforward in operation.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and used it today. Operation is fairly straightforward. Shortly after starting the pressure washer the hose from soap container to pump came off and contacted the exhaust and melted the end. A bungy strap or some other device to secure the hose onto holder would be helpful. Overall, the washer is easy to start. I like how the nozzles are labeled on the machine.

I purchased this a couple days ago and used it today for the first time. I used it in conjunction with the disk attachment and it worked beautifully. Very easy to setup and use. The first time I started it, it started right up but the next few times, it took a little more effort. The pressure washer is extremely well built and heavy duty. Overall, I'm very happy with this pressure washer.

Just used for the first time to clean my deck before staining. Started easily, plenty of power to lift off grime from over the winter. My reason for 4 stars is that after storing it in my shed, a few days later I noticed a pool of soap on the floor. The soap bottle is leaking due to a cracked seam. Other than having to now replace that bottle, happy with the performance.
