We had an initial problem when unpacking the pressure washer…the plastic gun was cracked, but the manufacturer sent us a replacement of the broken part. I have used the washer twice, and it's very powerful and easy to use. The instructions for assembly were clear.

Tried it and returned it. This thing moves around way too much once you can get it started. If you set the unit in the grass it is fine but on concrete it is constantly moving around no matter whether the concrete surface is flat or an incline it will be vibrating itself around unless you put something around the bottom to block it from moving. The pressure from it was very good no complaints on that. For me it was very hard to get it started. I'm a 62 year old lady and don't consider myself to be a weakling but I found it very hard to pull the cord to get it to start. Between the difficult starting and the constant movement of the machine, this pressure washer just wasn't for me.

Just bought this and couldn't wait to assembly it. I loved how easy it was to assembly the few piece to complete the project. The instructions were easy to follow and you just add the oil that was provided and add gas. It started right up and I was off and running.

It worked very well at cleaning my concrete walks, driveway and porches. If I have no problems with it in the future, I will probably think that I made a good purchase. The only complaint I have is that it was supposed to come with a spark plug wrench. I did not receive the spark plug wrench.

It is really nice and seems durable. I haven't had it overly long, but have used it to pressure wash my patio and my driveway, did a great job. It isn't as easy to start as I would like, but not overly bad. The pull cord seems to be in a slightly awkward place. The gas tank is so much bigger than my old one and I had quite a long run time on one tank of gas so that was really nice.

Bought this to clean an old double wide trailer, and lemme tell you this thing is plenty powerful enough. definitely beats renting one for a week and paying the same price! now I can wash at my leisure, and who doesn't love a little pressure washing?

This looks like it's extremely well built and was a fairly easy process to assemble. Even though it lists tools that are needed they were included in the box which was a great thing! For some reason there was a small rivet that was left out of the items I needed to complete the assembly. I called support and was really pleased with the trouble shooting effort the CSR made with me. However, it's now 2 weeks later and I'm still waiting on the part. It didn't keep me from using the device so I attempted a small area of my vinyl fence. I found the pressure washer was. not very easy to start but I did manage to fire it up and finish what I needed to do that do. This is quieter than I expected and that's a plus too. Would give this a five star rating if I wasn't still waiting on the pop rivet and had an easier start.

Bought a week ago and love it! My marriage has improved because of just how powerful this pressure washer is! This definitely isn't my review just for those 5 bonus nozzles, no sir this thing seriously is life changing! I'd invest in this over a 401k any day! That rhymed! I'm a poet and I didn't know it!

Bought the washer 6 days ago and haven't had an opportunity to operate it. The assembly instructions were very easy to follow. Getting it into an operation mode was also easy. The unit came with the various assembly parts in designated bags plastic bags making it further easy for assembly.

i used this for the first time this week on a driveway 130 feet x 20 feet. It had not been cleaned in about 4 years. This did the job as good as the last time we paid to have it cleaned and in less time. I am very satisfied with this washer and would highly recommend it.
