Updated review: My Dustin had issues from the beginning and then at 4 months it failed and had to be returned to BobSweep. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service I received. All we extremely helpful and prompt in their responses. I shipped the vac back to them and within a week a had a new perfectly working vac on my doorstep and I couldn't be happier.

I love my Dustin. I use it twice a day everyday. It been a game charger when it comes to vacuuming underneath beds and furniture. The mopping feature is also amazing. I do the mopping right after the vacuuming. Thank you for an awesome product. Planning to purchase a second one.

I bought this vacuum a month ago and it has been pretty good so far. I do not care for the extra spinning brush and the way it is attached. It always gets stuck on things and we find it randomly around the house. Other than that it is great. This is my 5th robot vacuum and the quietest one yet.

To whom it may concern, I was given Dustin as a present from my husband for Valentines Day. Best Gift Ever! We have 3 dogs and live in the country, so daily floor maintenance is not a light task. Dustin has taken a huge brunt of the work in not even a month that I find myself with more time to enjoy my family. We have tried two other brands of robot vacuums in the past, and Dustin outperforms them hands down!

We appreciate Dustin so much, that we brought him home a brother “Bob.” Dustin has also became friends with our cat to where she no longer hides from him, even though Dustin removes all of the other cats (fur shed) daily 🤷🏻‍♀️. Now that I think about it, they are very similar - up for one hour and sleep for the remaining 23 hours. However, Dustin is currently on his work schedule anxiously waiting for his break since he is forced to work 7 days a week! Ps. Bob has yet to be trained, so we are unsure how his work behavior is. Hopefully it is just as productive as Dustin with the fur balls! 🤣

We named our Dustin “Oz” because my toddler fascinated with the Wiz! So far Oz is doing amazing! We’re working parents of two busy toddlers, and it definitely helps with keeping our first level wood and carpet floors clean. Since Oz has been in action, we’ve managed to keep our floors free of grimy residue and scraps. The way it mapped our first floor is truly impressive. I was skeptical because I wonder if it would map our breakfast room, living room and kitchen separately which is large rectangular space and to my surprise it did. I can let the kids be kids and not stress about finding time to clean the floors. My suggestion would be to add an alert system when the reservoir is out of water when mopping.

I can't believe I lived so long without a robot vacuum! I got the bObsweep with the self-emptying bin and mop feature, and it's been a total game-changer. Overall, we are satisfied with the performance of our Dustin. There was a learning curve associated with battery life, ability to avoid obstacles and operating options. Once we understood Dustin’s features, functions and limitations, for example, gaps between the bottom of the furniture and the floor that were spaced just right for Dustin to wedge itself in place, which required us to create no sweep zones, everything runs smoothly. Dustin now sweeps the entire house twice a week over a four day timeframe. This two cat household looks freshly vacuumed always. No more dust bunnies!

I purchased Dustin on a 4th of July sale. Great bargain and great little helper. With 2 cats and a Sheltie, my need for regular floor cleaning is constant. Dustin cleans carpets and hard floors fast and trouble-free. It functions as advertised and is much more user-friendly than older models. Customer service is outstanding. I recommend Dustin (on sale).

Dustin was doing great, I had a slight issue with the battery not charging on the docking station. I contacted the company and they sent me a new one as there was an issue with the old one. The customer service was absolutely incredible and very prompt. They actually helped guide me through a lot of the process of troubleshooting the robot and ultimately decided it was best to send it in. I would HIGHLY recommend this robot. I ran it a total of 3 times yesterday to get my house mapped out and set up all the zones. With the unit on the highest suction it leaves lines on my carpet. Very satisfied!
