Sweeping and mopping daily, surprisingly, is not enough to outsmart all the pet hair in my home…it’s a constant battle I’m always loosing. I figured I’d finally give in to a robot vacuum. Sam’s had the self emptying bObsweep vacuum/mop with WiFi on sale for $400 off the original price, I couldn’t find it anywhere for that price so I just bought it. This robot has made my life so much less stressful! I’m a single mom of 2 dirty boys, and work full time, and keeping the house clean is like a whole other job. By using the bObsweep daily I have so much more time to relax and my mind is at ease knowing I can step on my floors barefoot and it feel so clean! I love it!!! I can’t imagine not having it and I’ve only had it a few months.

Product works very well highly recommend it to anyone, I was skeptical at first but after using Dustin for a few weeks now I am please with its results after running this robot vacuum overnight for a few weeks now. My floors are clean after every use and I have 2 dogs in my house

I was hoping for this to be better. Since the purchase it’s been having mapping issues/localization. Since the app update it’s been offline. Now I don’t know if it has anything to do with my Xfinity modem but that does play a big roll on this Dustin to stay connected. All I can do is click “Go” on the top of the robot and it will vacuum/mop the whole place. I think I might return this :(

Suction is not up to par with other less expensive units. Sometimes it doesn’t connect properly when it returns to empty and recharge. We need to push it in ourself so that it makes contact and recharges. On two occasions already we have had to open it and manually empty it. It’s not worth the price or the hustle. Cannot handle our two dogs. We’ve had several units by far the shark brand remains the best one. Should have gotten a shark.

Dustin has been with us about a month and he came out of the gate hot but has since lost traction. After mapping the entire house, I was delighted to use the Spot Clean and Room Clean feature. We run him almost daily, if not multiple times a day. However, he keeps having location issues and cannot seem to find the room or spot to clean. He just aimlessly wanders around the house in the wrong direction or spins in circles and I often have to manually re-dock him myself. I’ve had to let him remap the entire house a few times when all I want him to do is vacuum my kitchen. My app is up-to-date and we do not run a lot of things on WiFi besides him and occasionally the tv and cellphones so not sure what the issue is there. We’ve also had issues with the sweeper brush falling off (new and spare). I’ve emailed customer support and they were helpful. I’m set to receive to a replacement brush. Due to his inability to locate the specific spot with 100% accuracy, we have yet to use the mop feature. I will say, when he has cleaned where I wanted him to he’s done a decent job. The vacuum suction is adjustable but we’ve had it in the lowest setting and it’s done the trick. I also like the self-emptying feature. Be prepared; it sounds like a jet engine taking off but it’s nice not having to dump the tiny canister inside Dustin continuously. I’ve only had to take him apart once when he sucked up a Nerf bullet that slipped by us. The cleaning brush is handy for tidying up the roll brush and removing debris. He traverses easily over the various flooring types in our home without loosing traction. We’ve also had no issues with him getting stuck under furniture or knocking into things like our other previous robo vacuum. Overall, he cleans well when he can figure out how to get where you want him to go. Otherwise, he’s just a somewhat nice fixture in our home.

This Bobsweep does not work as advertised. It stops in the middle of cleaning, constantly bumps into furniture, and the mopping feature doesn't work at all. Overall, it fails to perform any of the functions it claims to do. I would not recommend this product—Shark robot vacuums perform much better and are far more reliable.

Returned after having for less than a week. On the third time we tried using it. We started getting an error message that something was stuck in the roller. There was nothing in the roller. We took it apart. We put it back together again it worked for about five minutes and came back with the exact same message. Item was returned immediately. I am not spending my days Fixing the vacuum cleaner. I wanted it to work on its own when I'm not home.

This machine is a joke. I had a bObsweep pet plus for 5 years. It did a great job this new one dos not. This machine goes over tiny bits of dirt, can’t pick it up, gets clogged, I can’t believe that it’s made by the same company. I am going to return it.

This is the most frustrating vacuum I’ve ever owned. Once it finally got a map going after about 12 try’s, it still gets stuck in my no go zones. Today it has been gong in circles in a 4 ft area. I’m just flabbergasted by the stupidly of this thing. The brush is also backed in dust and hair. I wouldn’t have purchased it if I had know it had hairbrush like bristles (instead of rubber flaps). This means it’s going to need constant cleaning. It has also been emptying the bin after every cleaning, but when I went to check the bag, it was totally empty. So to sum thing up, I don’t have a good thing to say other than it is relatively quiet compared to my roomba.

I bought the bObsweep Wi-Fi Connected Self-Emptying Robot Vacuum and Mop from Sam's Club on a huge sale. I had never heard of the brand but almost all reviews were excellent. It was simple to set up and the app is easy enough to navigate but... I have home with all wood floors and a couple of area rugs. The Dustin did a very poor job of getting near the kitchen cabinets and appliances. It would miss anything within 2-3 inches of those. Same with the area rugs. It would leave behind anything along the edges of the rug on the wood floor. When it came to mobility, the Dustin struggled to get up on one of my area rugs, it would take 3, 4, or even 5 tries to get over the edge. It would also intermittently get lost then spend 5 minutes banging around a closed door before giving up. Self-cleaning, the Dustin would empty after each run (you can't miss the sound it makes) and never once did the bot dustbin contents actually make it to the base container. Ultimately, I am returning the device after giving it a go for a month. If you have nothing but wide open spaces and don't mind manually emptying the bot dustbin then the Dustin bot is right for you.
