Alright, so I caved and got this robotic vacuum thing – and let me tell you, it's a total game-changer. No pets here, just a scientist who likes things clean without the effort. The dust bin is like Mary Poppins' bag for dirt – it just keeps going. No need to babysit and empty it constantly; it does its thing, and my place stays spotless. Love that. Mapping? This thing knows my digs better than I do. It zips around, dodging stuff like a pro. No awkward bumps or bruises on the furniture. Impressive. And the self-emptying gig? Pure genius. I don't want to deal with the aftermath, and this bot gets it. It's like having a cleanup crew without the drama. if you're busy like me but want a clean crib, this bot is your hero. Efficient, no-nonsense, and it gets the job done. Five stars, hands down!

I'm loving the bObsweep Dustin model!! This is my first robot vacuum, and holy cow, I wish I didn't wait so long to get one. It feels amazing to have a way to clean my house with absolutely no effort on my part. As someone who is self-proclaimed not tech-savvy, this machine was very easy to set up and get working. After reading some simple instructions, the bObsweep was up and running, getting to work! I love that this can be used on both carpets and other surfaces, like my kitchen floor and entryway. I haven't used the mopping feature yet, but I'm really excited about that. It is quiet, smart, and effective. I highly recommend!

Product works very well highly recommend it to anyone, I was skeptical at first but after using Dustin for a few weeks now I am please with its results after running this robot vacuum overnight for a few weeks now. My floors are clean after every use and I have 2 dogs in my house

Sweeping and mopping daily, surprisingly, is not enough to outsmart all the pet hair in my home…it’s a constant battle I’m always loosing. I figured I’d finally give in to a robot vacuum. Sam’s had the self emptying bObsweep vacuum/mop with WiFi on sale for $400 off the original price, I couldn’t find it anywhere for that price so I just bought it. This robot has made my life so much less stressful! I’m a single mom of 2 dirty boys, and work full time, and keeping the house clean is like a whole other job. By using the bObsweep daily I have so much more time to relax and my mind is at ease knowing I can step on my floors barefoot and it feel so clean! I love it!!! I can’t imagine not having it and I’ve only had it a few months.

I bought Dusty at a tremendous sale for $253.98 but about a week later it was on sale for $199.98. I was given the price match and couldn't be more happy about that. Now about the robot vacuum it self the mapping is really quick and easy. Powerful suction with terrific mapping and I love the automatic empty station. Have not tried the mop yet but does vacuum all surfaces really good. Also like the no sweep zone setup.

Loving our Dustin. The self empty container is huge maybe twice as large as the other brand we had. We have a 90lb Alaskan malamute and a cat and mix of carpet and hardwood. Dustin has been hard at work for the last month or so and the results have been amazing. The app is really easy to work with with option to block areas to avoid completely or avoid only when mopping ie carpet. This was on sale when we got it and we are amazed by how great a deal this was.

After a month using Dustin, I really love this smart boy, my Bobbie. He seems smarter than my previous bOb robot (PetHair Plus). Bobbie (Dustin) first maps out the rooms, vacuums or mops (depending on the settings) the edges and then meticulously cleans the rest of the house. He works quite fast and once he's done, heads straight to the charging station without any loitering. So far so good! l'm really happy and impressed with his performance.

It’s actually a pretty impressive sweeper. I have not tried the mop yet. I love that it gets under my dining room table and chairs. It also gets behind our couch! It gets along baseboards really well. I feel it cleans better than other brands that are sporadic in movement. This sweeper goes in a back in forth pattern. I have a lot of awkward places/obstacles in my house and very rarely does it get stuck. We have 2 very hairy pups and this gives me a peace of mind if someone stops in for an unexpected visit. It does a good job of keeping the hair picked up. I have not put it on a scheduled cleaning yet. I have to go through and pick up dog toys before I let him go to work. I run it every day or every other, depending on if I can make sure it doesn’t get hung up on something. I guess my only real complaint, and it’s not the machines fault, it does get clogged with the dog hair. The automatic self empty doesn’t get the dog hair out enough. I have to manually empty it every other use. I would still highly recommend buying this sweeper! It has saved me from having to run the sweeper daily or having to see dog hair laying on our hardwood floors! The noise level isn’t bad either. I do still run my regular sweeper weekly but this saves me from running it every other day. Now if I can just find someone to dust?!?!

I was hoping for this to be better. Since the purchase it’s been having mapping issues/localization. Since the app update it’s been offline. Now I don’t know if it has anything to do with my Xfinity modem but that does play a big roll on this Dustin to stay connected. All I can do is click “Go” on the top of the robot and it will vacuum/mop the whole place. I think I might return this :(

Dustin has been with us about a month and he came out of the gate hot but has since lost traction. After mapping the entire house, I was delighted to use the Spot Clean and Room Clean feature. We run him almost daily, if not multiple times a day. However, he keeps having location issues and cannot seem to find the room or spot to clean. He just aimlessly wanders around the house in the wrong direction or spins in circles and I often have to manually re-dock him myself. I’ve had to let him remap the entire house a few times when all I want him to do is vacuum my kitchen. My app is up-to-date and we do not run a lot of things on WiFi besides him and occasionally the tv and cellphones so not sure what the issue is there. We’ve also had issues with the sweeper brush falling off (new and spare). I’ve emailed customer support and they were helpful. I’m set to receive to a replacement brush. Due to his inability to locate the specific spot with 100% accuracy, we have yet to use the mop feature. I will say, when he has cleaned where I wanted him to he’s done a decent job. The vacuum suction is adjustable but we’ve had it in the lowest setting and it’s done the trick. I also like the self-emptying feature. Be prepared; it sounds like a jet engine taking off but it’s nice not having to dump the tiny canister inside Dustin continuously. I’ve only had to take him apart once when he sucked up a Nerf bullet that slipped by us. The cleaning brush is handy for tidying up the roll brush and removing debris. He traverses easily over the various flooring types in our home without loosing traction. We’ve also had no issues with him getting stuck under furniture or knocking into things like our other previous robo vacuum. Overall, he cleans well when he can figure out how to get where you want him to go. Otherwise, he’s just a somewhat nice fixture in our home.
