Works well, when it works. the first one I purchased on 11/24/24 it lasted less than one month, warranty replacement went 1 year and died, warranty replacement, replacement has just died again. on 09/15/26. The first one the right wheel quick working and the beater bar would not function, Second one all of a sudden would make hard right hand turns and slam into things, the 3rd one lost communication to the wifi and will not connect to the cloud. finds the wifi. will not establish a link. 3 bots in under 2 years.. Customer service is quick and helpful.

I have had this robo vaccum for about 2 years so far. At first it was great. Setting up was easy, it did an amazing job at keeping the floors clean especially even with having dogs. However, the floors had to be free of items. It would constantly get stuck. Also, after every 2 weeks or so I would have to remap the home because it would get lost, and just be cleaning the same area over and over. I stopped using it for a few months, and then started using it again, and it worked fine, and got the job done, because my kids were a bit older, and learned to pick up the things from the ground. it worked amazing for a few days then constantly start having issues with mapping, and then when it would stuck you dont get notified. its until you go into the map that you can see it was stuck, but if you are not on the app, you dont realize it got stuck. And that does not include the constant cleaning you need to do to help it run efficiently from cleaning the roller, to cleaning the base also. it constantly clogs up. Lastly, it is now making a super loud noice when vaccuming. One of the gears is broken from the roller and it sounds horrible, and it drops dust as it vaccums making it pointless to use. After so many issues, I dont recommend it. I did love it at one point because it does leave the floors really clean, and was one less thing I had to worry about having 4 kids and a dog.

Sam's should stop selling this model. We bought this vacuum about 1.5 years ago when it was on sale. It never worked as it was supposed to because it wouldn't recognize our 5G WiFi. The app tells you that when trying to connect. We still use it as manual push button start when we want it to GO. I gave a generous 2 STAR review because it cleans nice and saves days of sweeping the floors. The mop is so-so but again it saves days of mopping. Basically a maintenance mop, not a deep or medium clean. I would buy this brand again but definitely not an outdated model.

I bought the bObsweep Dustin Self-Emptying Robot Vacuum %26 Mop with the 100-Day Dock. Unfortunately, the main brush and brush motor were damaged while the product was still under warranty. I was very disappointed with the customer service. Even though it was under warranty, I was told I had to pay $50 just for shipping for a very small replacement part. For that reason, I’m very disappointed with my experience and would not recommend bObsweep products to others.

We love it!! This is SUCH a massive improvement over our previous one - which at the time (2018) was top of the line. The features with new models are so much better - self-emptying, mapping your house, mopping, and more. And it's quieter too. If you had an older one - or, have been wondering if it's worth the money - the answer is yes.

Dustin, renamed Cindy, is incredibly thorough and quick. My entire 1300sq foot house is vacuumed in less than 45 minutes. She really knows the lay of the land, anticipates walls after a few times throughout the house, and learns new obstacles quickly. The vacuum is strong and I love the docking and self cleaning features once cleaning is complete. 10/10 would buy another if I had a two story house.

Having Dustin from Bobsweep in the office has been such a tremendous help to the overall maintenance and upkeep of our clinic. It did not take long for the system to assess and map out the clinic grounds and it has been incredibly helpful in supporting our office staff with assuring that our patients are greeted with a clean space whenever they arrive. I recommend Dustin for whoever is aiming to make their lives a little easier with cleaning support, and am grateful to have added the little guy to our clinic team!

I was very excited for this and it just let me down. Constantly gets stuck and throws an error requiring you to go into the app and start the cleaning process again. The app doesn’t notify you of an error; you have to go into the app and check for errors. A majority of the time the robot gets confused of where it is and either vacuums the wrong room or tries to enter the room through a closet. Very disappointed. I’ll be returning it and using my regular vacuum.

We've had a few different brands over the years, and still have a roborock that we love and now moved upstairs. This one is doing well, keeping up with the high expectations it creates based on the list price. To be clear we didn't buy it at list price and would not recommend you do either, as prices have gone down significantly on all of these in the last couple of years. We like that this has a large self empty capacity. The app is easy to use and customize which is very important to us due to our peculiar floor plan that has multiple challenge areas including a drop from the kitchen to the dining room.

So far, really impressed with the options and performance. Self dumping is fantastic and assigning rooms to do individually is a home run. Wish we could pick multiple rooms, but spot cleaning works as a meager workaround. A little arduous to edit the map, but far better than other name brands. The logic it uses to process each room is more efficient than other brands. Location mapping is superb.
