I'm loving the bObsweep Dustin model!! This is my first robot vacuum, and holy cow, I wish I didn't wait so long to get one. It feels amazing to have a way to clean my house with absolutely no effort on my part. As someone who is self-proclaimed not tech-savvy, this machine was very easy to set up and get working. After reading some simple instructions, the bObsweep was up and running, getting to work! I love that this can be used on both carpets and other surfaces, like my kitchen floor and entryway. I haven't used the mopping feature yet, but I'm really excited about that. It is quiet, smart, and effective. I highly recommend!

We love it!! This is SUCH a massive improvement over our previous one - which at the time (2018) was top of the line. The features with new models are so much better - self-emptying, mapping your house, mopping, and more. And it's quieter too. If you had an older one - or, have been wondering if it's worth the money - the answer is yes.

The bObsweep was returned. If you have hardwood floors to carpet with long haired dogs this is not the robo vac to get. The mapping worked pretty good but it got clogged up with dog hair. It also didn't empty completely when it docked.

Strange, because I already left a review, which doesn’t seem to have been posted and now Sams again sent me another email to review?? Anyway, yes we’re very satisfied with our purchase of Dustin and glad we went for it. It’s a solid 5 stars.

I was very excited for this and it just let me down. Constantly gets stuck and throws an error requiring you to go into the app and start the cleaning process again. The app doesn’t notify you of an error; you have to go into the app and check for errors. A majority of the time the robot gets confused of where it is and either vacuums the wrong room or tries to enter the room through a closet. Very disappointed. I’ll be returning it and using my regular vacuum.

Great vacuum! Why did I wait so long to get one? So easy to use, can start whenever you want. I usually have "Dustin" clean while I am at work and it looks so nice when I get home. He gets everywhere. Both the carpeted areas as well as the hard wood floors are dirt and dust free. Its a great time saver that's for sure.

Dustin is very quiet but has powerful suction. Mapped my house easily and efficiently. Easy to use and the moping feature and added benefit. Picks up dog hair amazingly well. Just program the schedule and my floor is clean when I get home. The self-emptying feature is AMAZING. I'd recommend Dustin to anybody thinking about it. It's like having a personal maid that cleans for you everyday.

I see all of the good reviews on this vacuum, and I'm really disappointed that I didn't have the same experience. I couldn't get it to connect to wifi, which was probably the biggest issue. I decided to use it without the wifi. It seemed to pick up dirt on the laminate flooring fine on the side of the bot that had the sweeper attachment and did ok on the area rugs, knowing that I will have to go over it with a regular vacuum anyway. It only went back to the dock at the end of the run, which is way too long of a time with the dog hair in the house. Can you set it for how often to go to the dock? Don't know. (Wifi wouldn't connect.) When it did go back to the dock and emptied, I saw when I was packing it back into the box that only minimal dirt was in the bag, and the remaining was left in the bot that I would manually empty after a period of time while it was running. Every time I would have to take off the roller brush and cut the hair off of it after it ran. My previous bot was another brand that would empty every 30 minutes and the dog hair wouldn't tangle in the roller. The customer service got back to me, but I had already taken it to Fedex to return it. Apparently a possible issue may have been something that was not mentioned at all in the directions or trouble shooting. I did return it; I just didn't want to deal with the issues any more.

Dustin does the job I can no longer do after a back injury. It is scheduled to run in the early morning hours while I’m sleeping. I simply close the bedroom door so it doesn’t wake me up. It does a great job. The app is not fancy but has the needed features to set up and use your Dustin effectively.
