Bought it in August 2024. 18 months later, the battery died, rendering the machine useless. There were quite a few problems during its short life. The roller catches pet hair, and we humans have to unravel it by hand each time it runs. It does not cover the mapped area well, leaving dust here and there. RIP.

We bought this November of 2025, during the Black Friday sale. I sure am glad we did not pay full price because I am not impressed with this at all. It worked great for a few months. Then it began forgetting the entire map and starting over. It use to avoid things like shoes and now it will stop completely. Sometimes we find it in random spots throughout the house. Not that it got stuck but that it just gave up 1/4 of the way into the clean. Our house is small. It use to clean the entire house within 45 minutes. It also can almost never seem to find it's base. The memory will throw the base somewhere else in the house immediately after it leaves the base. It will do circles around the base, confused, and eventually give up or die trying. We are constantly getting the "trouble with right wheel" message. Zero visible trouble. We already had to replace the rubber wheel a few months ago. I will say, when it works, it works well. It gets the floors clean. The issue is that it will not go. It has too much imaginary trouble with the wheel

I have loved "Bert" so much that I bought my daughter one "Alvin". We happen to have a German Shephard that sheds alot and this vacuum takes it like a champ! I especially love the self emptying feature. What a great asset it is to have and we use it all the time!

I've only had this for about 6 months and its location sensor is broken, it gets lost every time I turn it on, and it won't pick anything up or empty itself. Absolute garbage.

I have had this machine over a year- I have never had to empty the bag because it doesn't suck the dirt up into the bag - always have to empty by hand and it's constantly loosing its map and needing to refigure. Gets lost if the sun is beaming in a window. Usually leaves dirt and debris all around and has to go around more than once to clean everything up. The mop option doesn't clean anything just soaks the cleaning pad and leaves a puddle under while charging.

I purchased this just over a year ago. From the beginning, it had issues picking up short and medium length pet hair from carpet. It was decent on the hard floors, though, so I kept it and used the manual vac weekly on my carpets. At just over a year, the mapping and "sight" have failed. The bot runs in a circle and either stops or rams into furniture or a wall with some force. Even after a thorough cleanup, this little bot is shot. Too much money for so short a run!

The Dustin Plus software combined with the unit does a great job of mapping and vacuuming the floor with few hangups. Super suction and brush so make sure cords are out of the way. The mop feature I tried once and decided it did not do a good enough job to make it worth the effort. The self emptying feature almost doesn't work at all. I have to manually empty and clean it after each use.

Don't buy this, even on sale, doesn't meet any expectations. I bought this vacuum almost two years on sale, I check the reviews and the most were good. I left it for about 6 months with not using it because I was remodeling. When use, it cleans only few and all hairs sticks in the roller, I Have to use scissors for cutting all the messy accumulated in the rolling brush and clean all the full trashes that was vacuumed because doesn't discharge the trash at the time that supposed to do it. Has been more than 4 months that I been having without using it.not good at all.

I purchased this in hopes I could keep the dog hair at bay. I know I will have to turn it over and de-fuzz it, probably every day but it will also sweep for me and keep the floors nice twice a day. I saw the reviews that complained about hair build up but if I keep an eye on it I do not see much of a hardship there. Pulling the roller out once every day or 2 is a very small price in my book to eliminate the embarrassment of furry floors.

This robot vacuum is a fantastic time-saver! It does an excellent job keeping floors clean, especially with everyday pet hair and messes.
