I always had a struggle cleaning dog hair that gets trapped under chair legs. Bob swept them up clean! Bob cleans very well under beds where I actually thought i cleaned. only problem is Bluetooth to my phone. i have 5g but needs to be 2.4.

The first few months it worked great, then there was a 'update' and I have had nothing but trouble ever since. I had to send it in for them to fix the problems with it as it would not save any 'map' and I couldn't use it all. It was returned and worked good for awhile, now, I have had to 'remap' the entire house a few times and even then it doesn't work as it did when I first got this. If it worked as it should, then it would be great, but there are to many issues and I get tired of having to 'reset' it every time and then re-map the entire house.

I have had Bob for less than a week and love him! I stayed away from ordering one of these vacuums just because it didn’t seem like it would do anything. Once I saw this on sale, I decided to do my homework and research LOTS of robot vacuums. For the price of Dustin and all the reviews, I thought this would be perfect for our 1400 sq ft home. I love this little helper. Maps itself every time it runs. Sounds like a jet engine when it self empty’s , but that does not bother me as it only empties for about 10 secs. It’s important to look for the proper suction power if you have pets or little kids who drop every crumb. If I had a bigger dog or little ones, I may have bought one with more suction power. Honestly it’s not needed for our uses. Great price. Great product. I’m happy. I have not tried the “mop” feature yet as this may only be good for a smaller space just to maintain cleanliness. Like by the back door or front door for pets and foot traffic. I’m sure my swiffer will do better. Lol. But certainly this isn’t one to mop the whole house.

This only lasted 3 mo the before it broke. I kept getting an error saying the wheels weren't working. I called the company and they tried to trouble shoot and finally told me to send it in and they would fix for $100. At that point I think I'm better buying a different one.

worst experience ever works for a week then keeps acting up. I set the schedule to clean daily at 9am and it does some days and it doesn't others I sent to the company to fix it after 1 month they sent it back worked for couple of weeks they same thing started acting up again is a piece of junk.

I wanted this vacuum to be the solution to keeping my floors clean without having to think about it. Instead, it's been the exact opposite. It worked fine at first, but then it started stopping constantly — in the middle of the hallway, in the living room, wherever. No warning, no reason, nothing stuck in the brushes. It just gives up. I've tried cleaning it, resetting it, moving it to different rooms, checking the sensors — everything. I reached out to the company hoping for real help, but all they offered was “reset it and reconnect to Wi‑Fi.” That didn't fix anything, and honestly, it felt like they didn't even read what I wrote. Now it's basically an expensive decoration that doesn't clean. I wake up expecting clean floors and instead find it sitting in the middle of the room like it got tired and quit. For the price, this should be dependable. It's not. I wouldn't buy it again.

The bObsweep was returned. If you have hardwood floors to carpet with long haired dogs this is not the robo vac to get. The mapping worked pretty good but it got clogged up with dog hair. It also didn't empty completely when it docked.

Bought this little vacuum about 1 month ago. Side bush will not stay on and I don't think mop very effective. However, that being said. Dustin starts right on time each morning and is a HUGE help in keeping down the dog and cat hair. I don't have to use the big vacuum as much. Would buy again.

I DO NOT recommend this product if you have pets. We have 2 dogs, short hair dogs, and this vacuum is constantly getting clogged. I emailed support and their suggestion was to make a schedule for each room that you want cleaned. So now instead of the vacuum being smart enough to know that it needs to empty, I have to spend more time creating schedules so that it dumps more frequently. I just started that new process with the new schedules, this week. I'll post an update after a couple of weeks to see if it works. I would save your money and spend it on a Roomba. I had one for 3 yrs and it worked great until recently. Really you should just get a maid so the house can be cleaned the right way.
