We are very happy with Dustin! We renamed him Dusty and he is a very hard worker. We have 4 dogs so we keep him very busy. Dusty is very faithful with his weekly schedule that we programmed into him. He does the rooms we want on the days we request and when he's done, he heads home and empties himself. I haven't had to vacuum since the day we got him. I'm in love!

Exceeded expectations but... It can be finicky. Once the base unit got clogged and I had to use an upright to clear it. The app is pretty impressive in many ways but it's REALLY cludgy in places like switching maps. Sensors are impressive. Mopping works surprisingly well! My floors haven't looked better but you have to tend to it. A good software UI redesign would transform this thing. Recommend but keep your receipt.

I have used Dustin for about two weeks now. I used it for my lower floor where the foot traffic is high. I like the design of self-cleaning, and the map function. I have an older rob that needs to clean the dust bin every week, which I found to be a burden. With the self-cleaning, I only need to clean the outer shell once a while. I haven’t ordered any dust bag yet, and would like to have more affordable bags to use.

I love this! I have used it without issue many times. It mapped the house out very well. It does not bang into things like previous brands I have tried. It gets on carpets just fine from hardwood. It picks up dirt and debris just fine. It empties flawlessly. The app options work well, following all settings as intended. I can make it vacuum from anywhere, or set a schedule. A user at home can start it without app access too. I would recommend this vacuum and purchase again if needed.

I really like this little guy! The app is a little clunky, and he gets errors sometimes, but it's nothing that a quick glance and adjustment doesn't send him right back on his way! The only thing I haven't quite yet figured out is how to get him to not mop specific places. I have all hardwood, but don't want him putting water down on the runners in the hallway, but still want him mopping around the runners. Every time I use him, I get a little more savvy on how to do things. The instructions are decently clear, but some of it is not all intuitive. He does get stuck under my couch because the gap is big enough that he can almost get under, so he just struggles a bit. This is my first floor robot and I do love him (especially the blue color!)

I bought this Dustin vacuum robot because my prior Neato robot finally died when their company went out of business. I am very happy with Dustin so far as it has been able to handle my floors and low pile carpet. It has done a great job picking up my pet's dog hair. I haven't tried the mopping feature yet, but am looking forward to it.

Ever since I got Dustin it’s been such an amazing help. I work at a warehouse for 10 hours a day for five days a week and I don’t have time to do my day-to-day chores and Dustin comes in handy because he does everything for me by the time I get home, my house is clean. I’m just so glad I made that decision to buy Dustin because it’s honestly changed my life for the better not only does a vacuum, but it mops and honestly the mopping is so good I thought originally when I bought this that I was gonna have issues with the mop but no, it’s been amazing. I’m so convinced that it was the best money I could’ve spent .

Work fine for the first 3 months. After would only go a few inches from charging station. Would self empty for no reason in the middle of the night. After another few months of going back and forth with the manufacturer, and sending it back for further diagnostic for it to sent back with the SAME ISSUE. That was my breaking point and returned it to Sams Club. Do NOT recommend..

We are very impressed with Dustin. His name actually means more about him than one might expect! We run him every couple of days, and the dust on the furniture and tables is significantly less than usual. We don't have pets or kids, so not much on our floors & carpets except crumbs and whatever we track in from the back porch or garage. Low setting is good for keeping the dust picked up, but crumbs on the floors and carpets need Medium or High for best results. We have also used it to mop the vinyl floors in the kitchen and dining area. Nice feature, but a little bit of work to switch back and forth between vacuum and mopping, and vice versa. One more thing. You DO need to clean the filter once a week as recommended or the suction power is really adversely affected. We also have him connected to our Alexa, so we can easily start a full vacuum with a simple voice command. We hate Dusting... but we love our Dustin!

If you are thinking about purchasing a robot vacuum, I highly recommend the BobSweep Dustin. I have had several robot vacuums in the past and this far exceeds them. The self emptying makes for quick clean up, and the mopping feature is my favorite part. It was easy to program and the mapping on this product is amazing. Having the ability to cut out areas that don't need mopping certainly is handy to say the least. No wandering around after to rescue it from being hung up on items.
