I bought two of these at a great price. I've nicknamed mine "Bob" and he's great at vacuuming and very thorough. It's very quiet except when it empties (which I've heard is common so it's not an issue). I also bought one for my son and daughter-in-law who think it's great ~ their cat enjoys it, too.

I can't believe I lived so long without a robot vacuum! I got the bObsweep with the self-emptying bin and mop feature, and it's been a total game-changer. This vacuum cleans up after my family and pets like a champ. Hair, crumbs, dirt - it gets it all! The best part? The self-emptying bin means I don't have to constantly empty it myself. It's a huge time saver, and it keeps the dust bunnies at bay. And let's not forget the mop! It's amazing how easy it is to keep my hard floors clean now. No more backaches from scrubbing! We are loving our Dustin vacuum! We have yet to try the mop feature, but so far the program is very easy to understand. He runs every night at bedtime and stays on track becoming increasingly more efficient each time he cleans it seems. It has taken an hour off household chores of sweeping allowing us to use that time elsewhere needed. He isn't very loud unless he is emptying after a clean. The additional features allowed in the program make sure that he doesn't go into any rooms unwanted and keeps him from getting stuck under cabinets etc. We couldn't be happier with him.

Our Dustin vacuum is working great! I love the ability to program him to clean specific rooms at specific times. There were a couple of times in the beginning where we had to clean dog hair out of the vacuum because it got clogged, but now I have him vacuum fewer rooms at a time and more frequently and we haven’t had that problem. He seems to be picking up the dog hair that my dog leaves around, and I am really looking forward to that even more as the weather warms up and she sheds more hair. Dustin docks and empties well. All in all he does a great job keeping the house vacuumed!

Thank you for the opportunity to brag on "Dustin"! Dustin is a wonderful addition to our home! He arrived in such an organized package with instructions that were easy to follow and made for quick set up!!! He is quite a tidy fellow and his instructions advised we could set him up along with Amazon Alexa, say a couple of key words, "Start Dustin" and away he goes cleaning the entire house!! He fascinates the cats! They watch his every move! The cats always make certain that Dustin has plenty to clean and pick up! Dustin never misses anything and after he has gone all over the house making certain everything is tidy, he returns to his home base and self-empties which is yet another great asset about Dustin! The cats are still a bit spooked by the noise he makes but it just makes them respect Dustin and leave him to do his job! As of yet, we have not used the mop function but are absolutely thrilled with how Dustin performs!

We were very happy to welcome Dustin into our home. He’s been a great little addition to the family and was very easy to house train. We really enjoyed the little announcement card that came with him. Initial startup and setup was super easy. I HATE reading pages of instructions and found the APP very intuitive. The LiDAR mapping is superior. Other great user selections are your ability to adjust the suction power on the vacuum and the mopping level. He’s a good boy!

I love Dustin! This machine was so easy to set up, map and use. Dustin actually mapped the house out by himself. I said the time of day I wanted it to go off and then left Dustin alone. What a great vacuum he is!! every day my floors look fabulous.!!!! This machine is so worth the purchase

I can't remember the last time I had a vacuum with bags instead of a canister?! It is NOT a detail mentioned in the item description, and the base that holds the bsg is huge so it seems like an unnecessary waste of extra materials and money. On my first use vaccuming, when it returned to the base, it had an obstruction. I had to keep pulling stuff out of the trsp door on the robot. I have thr manual out now to learn mpre beyond the quick guide and see how I can get into the robot and clear it. I like how it maps your floor. You do have to stop the robot to edit the map, and you can set up to 10 no-sweep zones (cat water bowl). In comparison to my Roomba, this robot does not get stuck on my anti-fatigue kirchen mat. I am watching it on its second run, hoping it can get across my 2500 sq ft home in one go, and then I will try mopping for the first time, which that and the self-emptying bin were the two reasons I bought it. It runs very quietly in comparison to the Roomba (my cats are very curious about it), until it goes to the charging station to empty - at that point, my lights flicker and it id as loud as turning on a standard vacuum.

This product has been great so far!!! The first few times we used it, it got too full to self empty because it did such a good job of reaching places that we were missing with our regular vacuuming. After a few runs of getting overly full, it's now caught up and working great. The mop function requires more attention, but it does a good job on light dirt (Dustin doesn't stop and scrub) with almost no effort on our part. We love that the vacuum function can be set it and forget it.

So far I love Dustin. It took a bit of adjustment to prevent him from going to places where he would get stuck. But now that he learnt he's been going every day without a problem. I love the fact that it can mop too, although adding water is a tad inconvenient, I would prefer to have a way to add water without having to remove the dustbin, as it is often dusty and I don't love to touch it. Also, something that is a tad complicated is finding replacement dust bags through major retailers. I'm on buying it from bobsweep, but the shipping fee is kind of high when compared to the value of the item. Overall 5 start purchase.
