Absolutely love Dustin, I let him do his thing every day. The instructions are a bit vague about the HEPA filter and where it is located, but tech support was quick to respond. With two large dogs, my wife and I all losing our hair, Dustin sucks, but in a good way. I have only used the mop feature one time and it could use some improvements, but I mainly got it for carpeted floors. It does get hung up occasionally on loose area rugs with long strands and the ramp legs of my lazy boy recliner, but he stops and waits for me to free him then returns where he left off. He reminds me of a child, you know when he gets quiet, something must be wrong, be he is quiet to begin with. I can be on a call and nobody can hear him vacuum under my chair. Things the I wish the app would do would be to have a vacation mode to easily disable his schedules. The map adjustments could use some tweaking also to make it more user-friendly dividing up rooms.

The bObsweep Dustin Robot Vacuum and Mop is a total game-changer. It gets the job done, maps out the space like a pro, and I barely have to lift a finger. Dustin handles all the dirty work, and my place has never looked better. Seriously, I’m loving it—money well spent!

Dustin is a fantastic addition to any home, especially for those who value convenience and efficiency. One of the standout features of this vacuum is its user-friendly app, which makes controlling the device a breeze. Whether you’re tech-savvy or not, navigating the app is straightforward, allowing you to set up cleaning schedules with ease—whether you want to vacuum, mop, or both. The vacuum excels in mapping out your home. It automatically creates a detailed map of your space after just one run, which is impressively accurate. For those who want even more control, you can manually edit the map to connect or disconnect rooms, tailoring the cleaning to your specific needs. This customization ensures that the vacuum only cleans where you want it to, saving time and energy. Overall, Dustin offers a perfect blend of advanced technology and simplicity. The combination of an easy-to-use app, customizable cleaning schedules, and smart mapping makes it a top choice for anyone looking to automate their home cleaning routine. Highly recommended!

We live in a dusty place and can't keep up with sweeping and mopping. Dustin bobsweep is amazing. It's smart and maps your place (up to 3 floor maps) and has 3 sweep power settings. So it runs every day on our schedule on low and I can power sweep any area on the map with the app which is great as well. It was packed with dust bunnies, fur and debris the first few times and now our floors are dust free! It's easy to clean too!

Dustin is doing great! He cleans wonderfully and is even able to handle our husky fur. We have him on a schedule which makes it so easy to keep our first floor clean. The self emptying is so convenient and really holds a lot of dirt. I would recommend Dustin and the bObsweep line of products to anyone looking to make cleaning all the easier!

I bought this item a couple months ago and really like the job this Robot (I named Dusty) does. I had another make for the last 3 years and it "died" - but never did the thorough job that "Dusty" does every time I put it to work.. I would recommend this if you looking for something that continually excels.

love this vacuum! I tried others but they would all get stuck on a rug l have, this one does not! I love the fact that this self empties and I can schedule cleanups for entire home or per room. Not too loud and does a great job mapping the house with its LiDAR! Great helper always ready to take on the task! Love the lines it leaves on the carpet too! Impressed!

Not being too techy... Ive not yet "mapped" or tried delegating areas... But bobsweep looks easy to do that... It was quick to set up basic sweeping... And just hit go for sweeping everything... It goes everywhere and is very quiet... Returns to base and empties itself.. I will update when i try the mopping and do the mapping

Bought "bob" as we call it in February and have never been so happy with a vacuum cleaner. Bob replaces a Shark that we had for a few years and is a much better cleaner and never gets caught on a rug or cord like the shark did. The ability to map the rooms and program the days and times Bob cleans is much appreciated. Also, the self-emptying feature is a wonderful thing for people like us that travel a lot. Bob does his thing and we don't have to be there to empty the bin, love it. Actually, already sold/ referral two of these to my neighbor and my sister after they saw it work. Be happy! Get yourself a bob.

So far I love Dustin. It took a bit of adjustment to prevent him from going to places where he would get stuck. But now that he learnt he's been going every day without a problem. I love the fact that it can mop too, although adding water is a tad inconvenient, I would prefer to have a way to add water without having to remove the dustbin, as it is often dusty and I don't love to touch it. Also, something that is a tad complicated is finding replacement dust bags through major retailers. I'm on buying it from bobsweep, but the shipping fee is kind of high when compared to the value of the item. Overall 5 start purchase.
