Worked well enough for about a year and then stopped picking up anything. Also the “mopping” feature is pretty useless. It is just a microfiber cloth that attaches to the bottom so don't count on it doing much. It was nice that it is self emptying and the bags lasted a while but overall not worth it since it no longer works.

This is not my first robot vac. However this is the best one I have purchased. It maps perfectly and has no problems navigating around. It doesn’t need to bump into things to find it way around. Has different suction power settings and the ability to pick a room for it to travel to and vac just that area is simple and brilliant. The battery lasts a very long time even after running around over an hour it’s still ready for more. The self emptying feature is great. It’s nice to just have a bag to change out and not deal with emptying a small tray that other vacs had that I have run in the past

After my grandson nagging me for at least 2yrs, I finally decided it was time. I saw Dustin on Sam’s Club website, then saw the price. Ok, I’ll give it a try. It is so nice to wake in the morning to clean hardwood floors. I Love Dustin! Very user friendly, easy setup to Wi-Fi. Easy download of the app! It did take me a little while to learn Dustin’s behavior (need to pick things up off the floor, cords mostly). I highly recommend Dustin! I had a small issue but Customer Support was top notch! I do run Dustin every day of the week, again very easy to set up his routine. I have programmed Dustin to start cleaning every morning at 9am. I then sit in my chair, with my coffee and watch him do his job! Dustin can go where I cannot easily reach, under the beds, along the baseboards under furniture too! We have a Black and Tan Coonhound that sheds. The first couple of times, Dustin’s collection area was full but, it does self empty. I no longer need to lug my vacuum cleaner around the house…Dustin does it all. It’s like watching the Jetsons cartoons.If only he could pour a glass of wine for me😂😂😂 I have not used the mop feature yet. Overall I highly recommend Dustin for everyday use.

I bought this product back in February ('24) and have loved this product. it works great compared to similar products. There is also a lot to love about this machine! it sweeps, it mops, and it even empties itself out so you don't have to and it has an easy to use app to control your machine with. it maps out your house and you can even separate the different rooms so that you can then tell the bot to clean specific areas. also in the app there is a store to get any replacement parts or accessories that you need for your specific device if you need. Its actually pretty quiet while it is cleaning even on the highest suction setting at least to me. I have 2 dogs and a child and we live in a very sandy area and it really handles keeping the floor clean after they track in sand from walks outside. I like to walk barefoot through the house but HATE getting sand on my feet. this solves that fantastically!!! On top of all of that the Customer Support is top of the line and will run through any issues that you have and do everything that they can to make sure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. I am definitely very happy with this product and will absolutely be staying with this company with all of my robotic sweeping needs!

Likes for MY Dustin: Good suction even after a month. I enjoy having the sweep and mop option. Having quick room clean is a plus. Dislikes: No sensor for low/no water (for the money paid, it definitely should be able to notify me that there's no water, especially if I have the mop option on 🤦🏾‍♀️). Seems loud but thats probably because of the vacuum power selection. Doesn't send notifications to my phone (I have to open the app to see if something is wrong) Not sure if I'm allowed to use cleaning products and there's no literature on it.

We bought this last summer it was working fine then suddenly, not so fine. I contacted BObsweep and was hooked up with Gabriel who has been amazing. It is so refreshing to have a company representative that has found and holds onto, the lost art of customer service that so many companies gave up the search. I sent it in, got it refurbished sent back and it’s working great and have been contacted by Gabriel to be sure all is well with the repairs on several occasions. Sure wish it was this way, the right way to do businees, with most of the other companies I deal with. Oh yeah the one thing I really wish this had was a “find me” button that would lead us to where ever it ran out of juice or got stuck. Again thanks Gabriel well played sir, well played!

I've been on this decluttering and cleaning routine for 6 months now. Life changing. I bought my first Dustin (I call him Geoffrey) last fall for the main floor. I just bought a second for upstairs. I love this. I don't know how I have lived without a robot vacuum for so many years but if you don't have one, do yourself a favor and get this. I placed an order for a different brand when this one came back on sale. I immediately cancelled the other order and bought this one. I ordered a second so the first unit doesn't wear out as quickly doing two levels. I work from home and this runs while I'm working, so when I finish my long hours, I don't have to run the vacuum. I can just clean up the kitchen. The Bobsweep works well in my house. I have carpet and hard floors and it keeps both clean and picked up. It leaves tracks in the carpet as nice as my Dyson. I have an English mastiff and they shed twice a year, six months at a time. It keeps the hair off the floor and carpet and emptying the dustbin couldn't be easier. I've just recently had to install a new brush -- even the supplies aren't expensive. Overall, I would highly recommend this purchase. It's the best money you'll spend for the convenience.
