I recently purchased the bObsweep Dustin robotic vacuum cleaner, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. This little machine is a powerhouse when it comes to cleaning! It effortlessly navigates around my home, getting into all the nooks and crannies that I would normally struggle to reach. One of the things I love most about the bObsweep Dustin is its thoroughness. I also appreciate the various cleaning modes, which allow me to customize its cleaning schedule to suit my needs. Overall, I highly recommend the bObsweep Dustin to anyone in the market for a robotic vacuum cleaner. It's efficient, effective, and makes keeping a clean home a breeze.

This is a great product to keep up with pet hair daily. I haven't used the mop feature, but the vacuuming alone is well worth the price. I'm impressed with the various surfaces this can navigate with ease and saving up to three different maps is helpful for homes with multiple floors or a room separated by a step.

Dustin vacuum great in all ways but one: he can't communicate via 5G, it has to be 2.5G (or less, not sure). But as far as performance, he himself, is wonderful. He has trouble traveling over a thick cord or from bare floor to a thick mat. But I remove all the obstacles and he does great! I have a dog and it is nice to step barefoot on clean floors without encountering grit or dog hair.

Best Vacuum ever! It’s quiet and has a long battery life including mapping. Mop feature works great. Highly recommend. I actually purchase two of these on sale, $500 off! Well worth the price and they work great. Floors are cleaned and can set cleaning dates and times. Wi-if accessible and app works great.

Great robot but software needs updates. My house is not all squares a lot of triangles and triangles are not an option on the app for no mop or no sweep zone. Disappointed that the robot does not recognize carpet to hard wood but that is on me as not an option on this model. But cleaning wise Dustin does his job well enough.

Through the years I’ve had three robot vacuums. This is my favorite by far. It’s very quiet compared to the two Roombas I’ve had. It navigates around things rather than bumping into them. I wish that the water reservoir could be opened and totally dried out after mopping. It is difficult to ensure that it is totally dry inside when only a small flap can be opened. I have a mixture of tile and laminate flooring and I love that I can set no mop zones to keep water off the laminate. I definitely recommend this little robotic vacuum/mop because it surpassed my expectations.

Pros: - Price (when on sale) - QUANTITY of features considering the price (blows competition away) - Vacuuming is effective and self-emptying feature is convenient and practical (it takes a while to fill up the bag, which means it vacuums several times before the bag needs to be replaced) Cons: - QUALITY of features (tons of features, but not all of them are effective/practical) - Gets stuck quite often (and we don’t have a lot of furniture/obstructions, so it’s very frustrating) - Cleaning pattern/path is confusing and makes us question its effectiveness - After turning it back on when it gets stuck and turns off, it occasionally forgets its location and doesn’t pick up where it left off and doesn’t know how to return to its base, and says it needs to remap (the entire map, not just a portion) - Mopping is subpar (discharges too much fluid and leaves a heavy trail behind it, even when on the light mop setting) - Requires complete refilling of fluid after every mop - Must remove mop attachment for it to vacuum non-mop areas (Very impractical and inconvenient if you have a lot of rugs/carpet on hardwood floor like we do) - Phone app (Bobsweep) doesn’t give notifications (i.e. if it gets stuck, whether cleaning session has started or completed, etc.) and doesn’t have capability of manually controlling (driving) the robot remotely.

Regularly gets lost and can't locate home base despite being in the middle of the bathroom just down the hall. Gets stuck on the slight raise separating carpet and linoleum when leaving some but not all linoleum areas despite all areas of the home being identical. Mop also just calls for plain distilled water, no cleaning solution of any kind so it's just getting the floors wet with basically a wet wash cloth.

Works fairly well on hard floors and conventional pile carpet and is relatively easy to program. It is not good at picking up fine dog hair and is awful at handling a chunky wool carpet, leaving small bombs of lint all over the floors. It is often stuck on a jute carpet, too. I often just have to revacuum after it finishes.

So far I love Dustin. It took a bit of adjustment to prevent him from going to places where he would get stuck. But now that he learnt he's been going every day without a problem. I love the fact that it can mop too, although adding water is a tad inconvenient, I would prefer to have a way to add water without having to remove the dustbin, as it is often dusty and I don't love to touch it. Also, something that is a tad complicated is finding replacement dust bags through major retailers. I'm on buying it from bobsweep, but the shipping fee is kind of high when compared to the value of the item. Overall 5 start purchase.
