It just couldn't navigate at all. We have hardwood floors and some rugs but this is so bad it couldn't even get over a rug. The first thing it hits it just stops. Totally useless.

Dustin works great on all the dog hair we HAD! The mopping feature saves us a ton of time cleaning now. Huge step up from the eufy we used in the past. Would buy again for sure.

We love our Dustin! He makes a daily job so much easier. With 3 shedding dogs, it's a lifesaver! I recommend Dustin to anyone looking for help keeping your floors clean and in top shape!

This sweeper is a fantastic item and very powerful. We have a cat that is a shedding machine and the house hasn’t been this free of cat hair in months. If you’re in the market for a sweeper, I bet you’ll feel the same way.

Really does a nice job. Extremely thorough and quiet. Battery life has been good and the docking station is small enough to hide in the corner of our kitchen

The wifi needed is not compatible with our home. Without the programming, it would not return tot he docking station. More information needs to be given.

The bObsweep is a major step up on robotic vacuums. It has met every expectation. The mopping capability has been a real plus with hardwood floors. The only area for improvement is when the unit is "full" it should go back sooner to disperse the waste.

Dustin the self emptying robot vacuum has been then best adoption that our family has ever done. Dustin cleans up all the floors every time we ask him to and without any hesitation. He always cleans every room and never takes any shortcuts. He will even clean the floors when we are not home if we contact him through his app. The only thing that we have to watch out for is that he likes to look out the sliding glass door and is trying to figure out how to get outside so we have to make sure that the door is closed when he is working.

The vacuum, emptying station, and mapping ability all work very well. As a mop, this is a complete failure. You fasten a tiny piece of microfiber cloth under it, and it oozes a little water while dragging the cloth over your floor. Pointless, even if you don't have children at home any longer.

This is my third Bob sweep and this one is more advanced than any of the rest I love that it vacuums to empty out the dirt it does a great job it did a terrific job mapping the whole living room dining room kitchen area and I have it scheduled to run every single day twice a day and then it cleans out the dirt and I fill it with mop water and the rag and just let it I have to add that every other day
