Bought for my daughter after having twins to help since she has 2 cats. Worked great for 2 weeks then stopped picking up. Called the company and they called back shortly after. They went thru a few steps to see if it would work. It didn’t so they are sending some er or different brushed. So we will see. They were very nice to talk to and am hoping the problem will be taken care of because my daughter loved it.

I am still learning how to use this. I have not used the mop feature yet. I had it turn on in the middle of the night so that was a shock. I have a heavy rug it has to go over and it doesn't do a good job but my upright vac has a hard time cleaning it also. I'm hoping it will help with the everyday cat hair. I will know more after using it for awhile.

The Dustin robot has been a great addition to my cleaning routine, offering efficient cleaning and impressive mapping capabilities. It's been a real timesaver, handling daily chores with ease. The only downside is that when using the mop function, dust tends to stick to the vacuum pouch, which prevents it from being properly emptied by the auto-empty function. Despite this, it's a solid performer overall.

Dustin's been doing an incredible job cleaning our first floor. I loved being able to break down the spaces by room & removing the area where the cats food & water are located. Can't wait to try out the mop feature once we've got the pet hair under control. Keep up the good work! 2 thumbs way up!

This device is always getting stuck in the same spots. Why can't it figure it out to stay away from these trouble-some spots. Alsi it will stay stuck all day until you trip over it. There is no alarm or communication skills. Ever other brand has an alarn when stuck, they even speak in English, not bobsweep. I do miss my Eufy's. I gave them away!

Dustin is great! Still very fascinated with how sophisticated these AI vacuum bots are, especially Dustin. We’ve had it for almost 2 months and couldn’t complain. We don’t really use the mop as we have white marble tiles and rather just mop ourselves.

Dustin is our very first robot vacuum. Sams had a promotional price so we figured it was a good time to try one. Had I know they were this great I would have purchased one sooner. We love that you can map your house and set up a schedule to do either one room at a time or your entire home all at once. Dustin has been able to clean our entire house without having to go back to base to charge. If Dustin continues to stay this great we will absolutely be getting these for family members for the holidays.

I just want to say thank you for this vacuum! We have owned 2 different roombas and they have been unreliable. From the first use of Dustin I am thrilled and it has picked up way more dirt and pet hair that our other ones ever thought of! We love it!!!

Very impressed so far! The mopping is plain water, so very basic, but still pleased. If you buy, make sure to press extra hard to get the rotating edge brush to click in! It kept falling off until I read you have to really click it in. Now it’s perfect.

Dustin works well, software is easy to use and setup was a breeze. Only issue I’ve had is the sweeper brush gets knocked off occasionally. Also the noise level is very low you can be working or watching TV and you’ll not be distracted. A friend has another very popular brand and it’s very noisy. As for sweep up it does well on sweep up dust. I have not yet tried the mop function.
