This is my first robotic vacuum. I have always wanted to try one but was overwhelmed by the different brands. I would always gravitate towards the brand names everyone knows, then rethink when I saw the price point. I literally did that for years, never wanting to pull the trigger…until I received an email from Sams with specials advertised. I thought it was too good to be true, and did my usual back and forth contemplating. I read all the reviews, was intrigued by the dry annd wet mop features, and walked away with a positive feeling about this robot vacuum and decided to finally give one a try! I cannot be more pleased with this purchase! It has been very effective and easy to use. I have not tried the wet mop feature yet so I can only comment on the vacuum part. Did it pick up every speck on the floor? No. Do I expect it to? No I think that’s unrealistic. But when I see how much it did pickup with ZERO effort other than pushing the go button, it’s an obvious choice! My husband and I struggle with shoulder and back injuries where the motion of vacuuming is difficult. We are so pleased with this purchase for effortless cleaning!

Dustin is very quiet but has powerful suction. Mapped my house easily and efficiently. Easy to use and the moping feature and added benefit. Picks up dog hair amazingly well. Just program the schedule and my floor is clean when I get home. The self-emptying feature is AMAZING. I'd recommend Dustin to anybody thinking about it. It's like having a personal maid that cleans for you everyday.

Does not pick up hardly anything. Better to take 10 minutes to sweep floor instead of 30 minutes just to have to go behind this and resweep. Has a hard time finding the dock to charge, literally took it 13 minutes to find it. Only used it for a day and its worthless.

True to its promise, this vacuum has become an indispensable part of our home’s cleanliness routine. Each night, I set it to work before heading to bed, and every morning, I wake up to floors that are remarkably clean and inviting. The difference it has made is palpable, transforming our living spaces overnight. What sets the bObsweep apart for me, beyond its impressive suction, is its multifunctional nature. Not only does it excel at vacuuming, but it also comes with a mopping feature. This dual functionality means that it doesn’t just pick up dirt and debris; it it mops that’s hard to find in other models.

Hello. We had our Dustin ”Dusty” map both of our floors this past weekend and I’m truly impressed with how it maneuvers over our many thresholds and area rugs. It missed a few small spots in our basement but I’ll try it again and see how it does. We’re going to try the mop feature this weekend to see how that does. We have a cat and not all of the hair was removed when it self-cleaned. I had to pull it out manually. Just some feedback to note. It was the first time we vacuumed with it though so we had a decent amount of hair I’m sure. We’re very happy with Dusty so far! I hope the mop function works just as well as everything else!

I set Dustin up as the directions showed and it would only make a circle 8 in all rooms and then it was completed with cleaning. My floors were still filthy! I have 3 inside dogs and thought this would help save me time as I have to come hone every day and vacuum the floors. Do not recommend.

Dustin does the job I can no longer do after a back injury. It is scheduled to run in the early morning hours while I’m sleeping. I simply close the bedroom door so it doesn’t wake me up. It does a great job. The app is not fancy but has the needed features to set up and use your Dustin effectively.

Bought this little vacuum about 1 month ago. Side bush will not stay on and I don't think mop very effective. However, that being said. Dustin starts right on time each morning and is a HUGE help in keeping down the dog and cat hair. I don't have to use the big vacuum as much. Would buy again.

Wow! Owned other robot vacs before and used to think they were great. But this Bobsweep is so smart it makes the others look like fish out of water. Our Bobsweep is so smart that it totally and accurately mapped our home in just two runs. Then I labeled rooms and created daily schedules for individual rooms. Bobsweep has been working everyday now for the last few weeks and the house is always clean. We have 3 cats and a big messy macaw. Bobsweep works like a charm and self cleans! Couldn't be happier. Great purchase.

After my grandson nagging me for at least 2yrs, I finally decided it was time. I saw Dustin on Sam’s Club website, then saw the price. Ok, I’ll give it a try. It is so nice to wake in the morning to clean hardwood floors. I Love Dustin! Very user friendly, easy setup to Wi-Fi. Easy download of the app! It did take me a little while to learn Dustin’s behavior (need to pick things up off the floor, cords mostly). I highly recommend Dustin! I had a small issue but Customer Support was top notch! I do run Dustin every day of the week, again very easy to set up his routine. I have programmed Dustin to start cleaning every morning at 9am. I then sit in my chair, with my coffee and watch him do his job! Dustin can go where I cannot easily reach, under the beds, along the baseboards under furniture too! We have a Black and Tan Coonhound that sheds. The first couple of times, Dustin’s collection area was full but, it does self empty. I no longer need to lug my vacuum cleaner around the house…Dustin does it all. It’s like watching the Jetsons cartoons. If only he could pour a glass of wine for me😂😂😂 I have not used the mop feature yet. Overall I highly recommend Dustin for everyday use.
