I bought Dustin on a black friday deal. I am like a kid with a new toy. I love Dustin. Watching him map the house, as he cleaned for the first time, was very entertaining. Once a map was created, I was able to create no sweep zones and no mop zones within the map to keep him from getting tangled up or wetting an area rug. Yes thats correct Dustin can mop your floors! Dustin can create up to three different maps. In addition to following a schedule, Dustin can also be sent out to clean a designated room or area at any given time. I never thought I would use a robot vacuum, but I couldn't resist the price Sam's Club offered. Now I am so happy I did. I don't have to clean floors anymore!!

It took a while for Dustin to arrive. He got hung up in Vegas for a bit. We were getting concerned he had gone into some gambling debt and was being detained. He did finally appear on the doorstep and we took him in. Once he made himself at home we have had a pretty decent relationship. We have found it's best to send him off for a tour of the house more frequently due to the cat fur. Too much will definitely set of his allergic reaction to cleaning. We have also discovered certain situations cause him to fling off his brush and go roaming naked. We have thought about what kind of surgery we could have done to alleviate the problem, but haven't come up with a solution. Overall, we are pleased Dustin moved in with us.

It is quieter than my mother's Roomba and has options to clean by room or spot clean. I haven't used the mop option but that's not why I chose this one. I do like that it uses US servers. It does a good job mapping then clean in the most efficient way once mapped. You will have to remap if you move it. My floor feels cleaner than when I vacuum it (hardwood with area rugs). It doesn't seem to empty when needed so if you know your floor is very dirty maybe do one room and let it empty itself before moving on to the next room.

I saw this little gem go on sale and thought why not give it a try. We live in a 1700 s.f. home with hard wood floors. I thought if it doesn't work then I can just return it, but if it does what I need it to, well then I have made a smart purchase. So we renamed our Dustin to Alice (think Brady Bunch) and I am not super tech savvy, i was able to use the quick start guide and program 3 weekly cleanings. I can even watch it vacuum while I am at work. It navigates with ease, you can even program it for no sweep areas. There is a mopping feature which is ok, but for very small spaces. I'm not brave enough to let Alice mop the kitchen. but give me time. The time I save on vacuuming is priceless, Alice leaves the vacuum marks in my carpeted area so I can see where she's been. We have a cat and it picks up fur AND litter. I would purchase this little gem again! Love It! Thanks Alice Thanks Bobsweep Thanks Sams club!

Overall i’m really happy with this vacuum. we got it mostly to clean the living room and bedrooms bc we have 2 large dogs that shed a lot. Its worked great for that, and I found it also does a great job cleaning the kitchen and bathroom floors even with lots of table legs and chairs and other obstacles to vacuum around in the kitchen. At this point I’ve completely retired our manual vacuum and we just let Dustin clean the house

This is my first robotic vacuum. I have always wanted to try one but was overwhelmed by the different brands. I would always gravitate towards the brand names everyone knows, then rethink when I saw the price point. I literally did that for years, never wanting to pull the trigger…until I received an email from Sams with specials advertised. I thought it was too good to be true, and did my usual back and forth contemplating. I read all the reviews, was intrigued by the dry annd wet mop features, and walked away with a positive feeling about this robot vacuum and decided to finally give one a try! I cannot be more pleased with this purchase! It has been very effective and easy to use. I have not tried the wet mop feature yet so I can only comment on the vacuum part. Did it pick up every speck on the floor? No. Do I expect it to? No I think that’s unrealistic. But when I see how much it did pickup with ZERO effort other than pushing the go button, it’s an obvious choice! My husband and I struggle with shoulder and back injuries where the motion of vacuuming is difficult. We are so pleased with this purchase for effortless cleaning!

Worst robot vac EVER. I had a shark vac so I thought this would be a nice upgrade, since it did mopping as well. Wrong. If you have "a" pet don't buy. Clogs constantly even with daily use and multiple docks AND "Pre-vacuuming" beforehand. Outside the return period Or I would absolutely return. Waste of money. Look at the size of the vacuum opening. So small you can barely put your finger in it. That should have been my first clue that nothing other than pure fine dust will go into the bag. The shark vac could suck up a golf ball and still throw it in the canister. Second problem with this machine having to use a debris bag. With the shark, you just empty the debris from the canister and put it back...no bags. Called company and got no where. Nice person answered, but no option to fix or improve. So many better robots out there, avoid this one.

I bought the device end of last year . I was sceptical initially but then after usage i loved this tool. Both wet and dry vaccum is awesome and main thing is rhe accessories are really affordable and easy to purchase when compared to other vaccums i have used in the past

Bought on Black Friday. Let the guy run once a day. Was doing a good job. Learned the environment and was impressed with the mapping. 2 weeks later it died. Started throwing a side brush motor error. Contacted customer service, who has been great. A month later they still have my bot and no status update. That tells me BObsweep has a rash of repairs of bad units at their facility. A tech product dying after 2 weeks happens. Whatever. They should just send out a new unit instead of making a customer wait over a month on a repair I could do at home in 15 mins. Owning it for 2 weeks before it died gives me zero confidence that this thing isn't just a pile of E-waste within a year. Not great for 200 dollars.

Bought one of these for myself and one for my granddaughter and her husband for Christmas and we both love them. They do exactly what they are supposed to do.. Had my grandson set it up for me and it works great.. I'm handicapped (wheelchair) so it really is a God sent.. I'm so happy with it..
