Our new robot vacuum is great. The name he came with is Dustin, but we call him Bob. He has no issues with getting over the floor seams or area rugs. He's only gotten stuck once on our son's toy. Otherwise, he's very independent. When he gets full or needs to charge, he goes back to his station on his own. He has really made a difference in the cleanliness of our floors.

I've had this for a month and use it every day. I have 100% concrete floors with no rugs so I can't review how well it works on carpet or stairs and I also have 5 small dogs. I love that it goes back and forth in a straight line and then goes around baseboards. I also love that it empties itself although the emptying process is extremely loud. I absolutely love the mop feature but I dont like that the spinning brush is only on one side and happens to be on the side that has already been cleaned (it passes partly over what it has already cleaned). I also like that it sweeps/mops once and then goes back to the charger. It uses only about 10% battery to do my living room, formal dining room and kitchen. I use my Shark in the bedrooms. Comparison to the Shark: It's quieter, more advanced and doesn't run willy nilly until the battery dies like the Shark does. But it gets wedged under the front of my couch and climbs up and gets stuck on a few things which my Shark does not. Trying to make a no sweep zone on the apps map is a pain and I wish there was a "remap area" option for when I move furniture. As it stands I have to delete and make a new map. Over all I have no regrets buying it.

Attention Walmart Shoppers The Dustin robotic vacuum from Bobsweep works tirelessly keeping our home clean. The controls on the phone app are intuitive and easy to use. A lot of time and resources were spent developing Dustin. I like the following features: 1. You can request a specific area in a specific room to be cleaned 2. Easy to set up a cleaning schedule and 3. Auto self-emptying. I highly recommend Dustin.

We have had the Dustin for about two months and during that time both we and Dustin have been learning. We learned how to eliminate obstacles so that the Bobsweep vacuum will be able to operate more smoothly and efficiently. During the first run through, Dustin would repeat steps and pause to evaluate often. During the second run through, it functioned more as it should, except that it missed certain areas of several rooms. But to our amazement, it then paused to think before making the journey back to the base station. Then it proceeded to retrace its steps and vacuum all the areas it missed on the first run. By the third run through, it was no longer missing anything. At this point it cleans everything in one ultra efficient jaunt. But best of all, it picks up an amazing amount of dust on each run through, far more that our highly rated upright ever did. This is an amazing product. One more thing. I have contacted support for questions a couple of times and Bobsweep support is excellent as well!

I love Dustin and it's my first time to buy a robot vacuum cleaner. It's a perfect hands free robot that vacuums the whole house. Dustin vacuums very thoroughly and goes under the furniture where human beings normally skip vacuuming. Also it picks up my cat's hair pretty well. I set up specific dates and times of the week to vacuum the whole house while I'm at work and it feels good to come home that's vacuumed clean. When Dustin is low on the battery, it automatically goes home to get recharged. Then when it's recharged, it goes back to where he left off and finishes vacuuming the unfinished area and goes back home. I have not vacuumed for over a month since Dustin does a great job and i don't need to vacuum. It's a very smart little thing and it's one of the best items I bought in my life. The only regret is I should have adopted Dustin sooner.

I have been using Dustin for a few weeks now, and I’m very happy with his performance and cleaning capabilities. Dustin starts out every morning at 8 AM cleaning the main floor of my house. He does a great job picking up tiny crumbs, while also staying on top of my golden retrievers hair. I also love to use the mop functionality once a week to do my tile floors. Dustin has been a great time saver not requiring me to have to sweep on a regular basis. I love Dustin!

I had some trouble in the beginning for the vacuum to connect with my Wi-Fi. The staff kept working through it with me until I was able to get it to connect. I was able to use the unit all along. I just was not able to schedule an automatic time that it would clean for me, and I was not able to map my rooms out. I absolutely love seeing the vacuum marks all over the carpets. I love that I can be doing something else while it is cleaning for me!!! I like the edge brush that you can attach to it. If falls off all the time. That is why I gave it a rating of 4 instead of 5 because I really like it, but I can't get it to stay on. I have not yet used the mop feature. I am sure that will be great also! If not I love the vacuum.

Our Dustin was easy to set up and configure. We have renamed it Mr. Clean. The app is pretty user friendly. It did a good job mapping out our house. It did clog with dog hair when emptying after the first use but after cleaning it out, it has worked fine. We do have a dog that sheds a lot and we have been running it daily. I like that you can create a schedule for when you want certain rooms cleaned. This has made it easier for us to keep up with cleaning.

Bought this when it was on sale. We were really interested in the self emptying feature. This works very well. It's low profile and can get under furniture our regular vacuum cleaner could not. It can be programmed to vacuum on a schedule. We had a question and the Bobsweep folks answered quickly and continue to check in and make sure we are happy. I would recommend this produce.

This vacuum is a game changer. Setup was easy and the updates to the software took no time at all. I do pick up small items (toys) off the floor and make sure any shoes with laces are not in the way. I enjoy the enhanced mapping and flow of the vacuum process. It does not bump and bang into furniture or walls like other cheap models. The battery is amazing and can complete my second floor of about 1000sq feet in just over an hour. The dust bin is big and captures so much pet hair and dirt. On occasion when there is heavy traffic I will pause the vacuum and empty the bin manually then restart it to finish. I am not sure that is necessary but I am a clean freak and it makes me happy. So far so good. The noise is less than a normal vacuum which makes me happy. This has given back hours to my life and allows me to vacuum daily with minimal effort. I like the phone app and the controls it offers. The enhanced map within the app is nice and allows you to follow the vacuum's progress. I enjoy the quick clean and scheduling options. History is available for review. "This Dustin" is what we named it and our bobsweep is always ready to clean. My cons are that it only came with 1 disposable dust bag and when it does empty the dustbin the noise level is loud.
