My wife was skeptical about buying a remote vacuum. We bought this unit at Sams's Club and it was delivered very quick. We set it up and downloaded the app. We had it map our house and then vacuum completely. It was incredible the amount of dust, dog hair, and other debris it picked up! As a bonus it also mops! Just use the app to tell it what area to vacuum/mop and it will get right too it! 5 stars!

We absolutely LOVE Dustin. He has been a great help during the especially busy days when I just cannot find the time to sweep or mop myself. I love that I can control him using the app to start or stop cleaning or to return to the charging base. I love that he vacuums different spaces even after mapping the floor (ie. The bathroom door being closed during initial mapping- he cleans like he's always known about it). He has been a great investment and I'd recommend him to anyone. 

This is a five star review for bObsweep Dustin. It does its job very well. Much better than my iRobot that dusted replaced. Dustin has no problem transitioning from hardwood floors to carpet picks up dirt, dust and pet hair that iRobot couldn't I'm extremely happy with my purchase. And the self emptying is great with no mess.

Dustin arrived in perfect condition being well packaged and double boxed. Mapping went flawlessly despite the complex layout of my home and the application installation was easy. Setting up a schedule was a breeze too and had plenty of options to satisfy my needs. Side brush did come off however that was due to my fear of breaking it and not snapping it on completely. It really does snap on with an audible click. Remember Robot Vacuums are for maintaining a clean floor and not for remedial cleaning so one should do the first basic sweep up and wet mopping before first use as these are not earth movers but small vacuums that literally have a dirt cup not a gallon so if you have a quart or more of dirt on your floor then its going to be having to go back to the base to empty itself multiple times. This is a real review from a real person whose worked many years in the tech and tool repair industry. So far I'm quite impressed with what you get for your money from this robot vacuum.

We love Dustin! Or Dusty, as my daughter calls him. We have two long haired collies and Dusty keeps the floors clean of hair and all the tiny foliage that our dogs bring in from outside. The app works well, and one suggestion; that when Dusty gets caught on a phone charger cable, ping my phone so I know. We love Dustin and I love the fact I can have a glass of wine while Dusty cleans the floors. My Dyson is so jealous!

Finally found a vacuum that actually cleans the floors! We love our Dustin. With three dogs and two cats pet hair ends up everywhere. Dustin does a great job picking it all up. Set up a was a snap, the app is easy to use and Dustin mapped out our first floor quickly. We haven't tried the mop function yet but will soon. We are very happy with this purchase.

This was purchased on sale for a significant discount… that said it came with LIDAR, self empty station and mopping features for the price of most robot vacuums that don’t have any of those features. The setup process is easy and the app is intuitive. I think it works great for keeping dust and small debris down, but not as good at hair that wraps around the brush easily. (It’s made to remove the brush easily to clean so that’s nice.). The mop actually works better than I thought it would too and setting no mop areas is easy to do on the map so I don’t have to move the rugs. I never meant for this to replace my regular vacuum and for that job it works amazingly well. It’s never been stuck and always cleans efficiently and doesn’t miss spots. Worth it even at a higher price.

We have really enjoyed "Dustin" so far. It was really easy to set up and the instructions were pretty clear and intuitive with the App. It does a good job of covering ground and learning the footprint of our home. The only downside is that it doesn't recognize when it is about to get trapped under a couch or recliner so I have to draw where it shouldn't sweep in the future. ANother thing we noticed recently when opening the larger bag on the docking device is that there isn't as much dirt/dust/hair/etc than when we used a traditional vacuum. So we are suspecting that it may not be getting as much as a vacuum. We recently increased the strength and will see what happens. We are still trying to learn the "Maps" section as well and how it actually functions. Overall, we are really happy with the purchase and the device.

This vacuum is a game changer. Setup was easy and the updates to the software took no time at all. I do pick up small items (toys) off the floor and make sure any shoes with laces are not in the way. I enjoy the enhanced mapping and flow of the vacuum process. It does not bump and bang into furniture or walls like other cheap models. The battery is amazing and can complete my second floor of about 1000sq feet in just over an hour. The dust bin is big and captures so much pet hair and dirt. On occasion when there is heavy traffic I will pause the vacuum and empty the bin manually then restart it to finish. I am not sure that is necessary but I am a clean freak and it makes me happy. So far so good. The noise is less than a normal vacuum which makes me happy. This has given back hours to my life and allows me to vacuum daily with minimal effort. I like the phone app and the controls it offers. The enhanced map within the app is nice and allows you to follow the vacuum's progress. I enjoy the quick clean and scheduling options. History is available for review. "This Dustin" is what we named it and our bobsweep is always ready to clean. My cons are that it only came with 1 disposable dust bag and when it does empty the dustbin the noise level is loud.

I bought several Dustin’s for our new house to help clean up the constant dog hair. We have one in the living area, primary bedroom, and downstairs. It truly is an amazing addition to our home. I love that is self cleans the vacuum into the base and the easy to change bag closes automatically when you pull it out.
