I love Dustin. The app is very convenient. I wasn’t expecting half the features that were there. Being able to choose where I want him to clean and send him back to charge with a click is highly efficient. I also enjoy the accessibility of the app; anyone in my family can have control over him. My cat has warmed up to him after his initial impression.

I am a single dad with two teenage kids. The house is large and robots are life savers. So, I had one on each floor, they are running every night... why do I need another? Well, the self-cleaning function sounded interesting. Was it worth the money? As I said, I was sceptical. 3 months later, I am so happy I did this step. Now I don't clean up the robot, never did. Maybe I should. But the relief is huge. The robot made a precise map of the floor plan. I excluded the carpet from mopping. And honestly, I'm not using the mopping feature. It runs on schedule, at 4 AM and I would find it done, like it never ran. But the house is clean. Same, if not better quality than the two Shark robots that I have. The software is good. I connected the robot to Google home and voice commands work. I'm happy I got this machine! Anyone looking for a gently used Shark robot?

I have 8 hairy indoor pets. 8. They are a bit much for Darwin... However, it is worth clearing clogs and cleaning brushes to have him. My only wish is that the app/vacuum would tell you when it's clogged. Haven't used the mop feature at all. I like how quiet he is and the app works well. Doesn't get stuck so far.

Loving the Dustin Bobsweep! The app is easy to use. Once mapping is completed set up dates and time for Dustin to run and your all set. He works on area rugs and hard wood floor with ease. I have 2 dogs that equals a lot of pet hair and Dustin sweeps it all. Best purchase this year. 

I purchased this with a great sale at Sam's Club. I thought it would be so much easier than vaccuming every single day and this could do a rough vac of my rugs and floors on a daily basis. Surprisingly, it works great. I thought it woudn't pick up as well as it does. While it sounds like a "jet plane" taking off when it sends the dust and debris into the back when the system returns to its charger, it really does a great job at our rugs with our cat and grandkids. It maps the house really well, does all my floors and even lifts wonderfully over our thresholds. I think this is a great investment for all those who work and just don't have time to vac the house daily! Well worth the price and highly recommend

I bought this vacuum several weeks ago and I'm amazed. Delivery was quick and efficient and set up was easy. I simply positioned the vacuum station in a central location, let it charge fully and pressed go. Initially I followed the bot around while it explored the house and drew a map. In doing so, I learned what objects interfered with its navigation and learned how to optimize its path. After, making minor adjustments to help the Dustin navigate smoothly I was impressed that it only took three trips through our home for the Dustin to learn the best route. It also picks up much more dust that our highly rated upright. Love it!

I bought two of these at a great price. I've nicknamed mine "Bob" and he's great at vacuuming and very thorough. It's very quiet except when it empties (which I've heard is common so it's not an issue). I also bought one for my son and daughter-in-law who think it's great ~ their cat enjoys it, too.

Love this. Bought one for our main level and loved it so much I ended up buying a second for our second level. Does a great job mapping the house and avoiding things that will make it get stuck. Also can select to have it do certain rooms or avoid certain areas.

Dustin has the ability to self empty his bin after each run. Not having to manually empty the bin is a game changer. Still does a great job cleaning as our other Bob sweeper. Recommended to friends and family. Great for picking up cat hair and getting in tough to reach places like under couches and furniture.

This Dustin vacuum robot is a game changer for me! I've had it for about a month. It was easy to set up and get on-line. I have it scheduled to clean daily. Do you have any idea how great it is to come downstairs and see that the vacuuming is already done?! I loved it so much I bought a second one! When I set up the second one on another floor, I confused myself on the name. So, I called Customer Service at BobSweep. I spoke with Daniel. What a pleasant and knowledgeable guy he was! He got me on the right track in about 5 minutes! Both bots are doing great! Highly recommend!
