I bought this on December 3, 2024. I love how easy it was to map my house and the great job it does on vacuuming my carpets and sweeping the hard floors! I've become addicted to the vacuum lines on the carpet!! I do wish Sam's Club sold the replacement bags. I have long hair, so the carpet gets lots of hair on it...there is a tool that comes with the vacuum to clean the hair from the roller!! So easy to keep it clean so it keeps my house clean!!! Great bargain for $199.00!!!

I read the reviews prior to purchasing my first and I did some checking on my 5G being able to support 2.4 and, indeed, most already have a guest account with the slower speed and if mine had not, the Internet router had the option - so that was terrific. On s the maps were set, it didn't matter what wifi I used on the phone. I bought a second vac on the day I was able to use the first. I have had no problems to fix, but I have used customer service for questions and they have been incredibly responsive and helpful, even sending a second brush after I explained why it would be helpful. Love my BOB and DUSTIN Highly recommend at the $199 price!

My previous vaccume would always get lost and jammed up somewhere in my home. This one rarely does and the includwd mapping function makes it easy to locate if and when it does! It runs quiet and less prone to run into furniture too. Highly recommend

We love this thing! It does a thorough job sweeping and always returns back to the base to empty and charge. We've only tried mopping once, but it seemed to work really well. Love that you can edit the map and add no sweeping and/or no mopping zones and set a schedule for it to run whenever you want. Soooo much quieter than the roomba we replaced with it. One of the best purchases we've made. Highly recommend!!!

We have had peace of mind since Dustin took over. Only used vacuum so far and not mop feature, soon will explore that as well. It operates quietly and does a fantastic job cleaning both carpet as well as vinyl flooring including pet hairs. The level of configuration available on the bObsweep app is great.

Been using Dustin for a month and is a huge upgrade over our previous robot. Dustin has already made a huge impact on keeping our floors clean. I feel like I can walk around barefoot again. Wish we would have got one sooner to keep up with the pet hair from our animals. The mapping software is incredible and it does a great job of making sure every area is swept up. It runs circles around our previous robot, in terms of speed and coverage.

I've had 3 different models (i.e. Shark & Roomba) over the past few years, and honestly, this is the best one I've used. I say this mainly because of the overall performance of Dustin - easier to setup, map, mark rooms, etc. and mop. This is actually my second Dustin - aka Dustin.2 The first one had a sensor problem, but I had a really quick response from customer support & a bit of trouble shooting, determining the bad sensor. Within a couple days had my new Dustin and setup that day. So, in the end, I will continue to purchase Bobsweep over the others. Customer support is #1 for me!

I was surprised by how well Dustin covered the whole house. It can't get into corners because of its shape. It has no problem going from one type of flooring to another. It is easy to block off areas you don't want it to go and it remembers those areas. I had a problem with the brush coming off at first. The support people got back to me quickly and it was more operator error than a problem with Dustin. I have no problem recommending this product.

Dustin is awesome! My robo vacuum has made my life so much easier. I own a white husky and 2 cats. My house was always filled with fur and it was a constant pain to vacuum multiple times a day. Now I'm able to set it and forget it. My floors and myself are happier. So glad I found this product. 

I love this thing! It has been a life-saver and has saved my back. The suction power is amazing and the battery lasts forever. The bin isn't to big on the vac itself but It has a huge bin to empty into. The app is extremely easy to navigate and you can set up schedules or control it from your phone anywhere, which is really nice. I would highly recommend this and have already convinced some family and friends to get one. Plus you can't beat the price right now, so snatch one up for yourself before they are gone!
