This vacuum is great! I did have an issue with it but the customer service person I was in contact with was wonderful and she made my warranty replacement seamless. The customer service I experienced was beyond great. I recommend this vacuum to all of my friends!

Bob (Dustin) came into our home just a few short weeks ago and we just love him. Of course, Bob does all the work. We just gave him some simple instructions on the app and he whisked his way into our hearts. Bob’s app is easy to install and navigate and lets Bob do all kinds of tasks relating to his main job, vacuuming and keeping our floors and carpets clean. Believe me, Bob knows what he’s doing. He avoids obstacles, stops at predetermined perimeters, and goes about his chore very quietly and then returns to his home on the charger pad. He even empties himself. Bob would make a good house guest for anyone or even a great roommate. Now when a bit of debris appears on the floor, we say, “Bob will get it.” One thing about Bob. He always keeps it clean.

Dustin is a welcomed new vacuum in our house. Bought it two months ago to replace our expensive iRobot. Dustin gets our 2500 sq ft home 80% vacuumed on medium strength before retreating for a charge. Once charged it completes its run. We run this vacuum daily to get up the sand, dirt and long white dog hair that gets everywhere. I do have to give it a good clean once a week as it can get clogged. No real issues because it's a workhorse. My only issue is we have a black area rug that gets white dog hair all over and this is a challenge for the Dustin to clean so we use a different vacuum. This is not a deal breaker for me.

I bought this 3 months ago and like it very much. I mostly use the vacuum but use the mop feature sometimes. I have it set on a schedule to vacuum a few times a week. It really helps to keep things tracked in from outside and other small particles off the floor in between when I use my bigger floor cleaner. It does a good job and it's satisfying to hear what it has gotten off the floor sucked up when it self-empties. The app is easy to use and you can set it to vacuum where you want and exclude other areas. We purchased it on sale so it was a great deal. We do not regret the purchase since it does help us keep our main living areas cleaner. There are a couple of things we don't like but they would be the same for any robotic vacuum. First, you need to have things somewhat picked up if you want it to do a good job. This is an obvious thing but you have to be mindful of when it will run and prepare accordingly. Second, you need to be aware that some things like cushion mats and certain rugs may need to be moved when it vacuums. We have a couple of thick cushion mats in our kitchen that are against the stove and the sink. If we don't pull them out a bit from the cabinets the vacuum will get stuck there from time to time. Also if you have any rugs or mats that have loose threads these will get caught up in the roller when the vacuum goes over them. These sort of things will prevent the vacuum from finishing it's full cleaning run without you having to intervene. If it gets stuck you just have to correct the problem and turn it back on then it finishes as expected. These are not issues with the vacuum per say but just a reality you would face with any robotic vacuum. I recommend Dustin. One other note, we are empty nesters so kids (small children) messing with it aren't a problem typically but when our grandkids visit we just turn the vacuum off until they leave if it falls on a day it would normally run.

I’ve been a fan of this company from Day 1. They never disappoint and the customer service is second to none. More than 3 months after my purchase, no complaints. There is a learning burger so I would advise running it a few times just to see where the potential trouble spots might be (places it can get stuck). Once you know where Dustin shouldn’t go, it’s as easy as marking it on the map via the app and Dustin will avoid the space. Not having to vacuum everyday has definitely given us time back. Being able to control all my Bobsweeps on the app is a great bonus but I couldn’t be happier with the self emptying. I’m glad I waited for Bobsweep to release this type of unit. I’m a fan of them for life. Thanks to the Bobsweep team!

I have been using Dustin for a few weeks now, and I'm very happy with his performance and cleaning capabilities. Dustin starts out every morning at 8 AM cleaning the main floor of my house. He does a great job picking up tiny crumbs, while also staying on top of my golden retrievers hair. I also love to use the mop functionality once a week to do my tile floors. Dustin has been a great time saver not requiring me to have to sweep on a regular basis.

We bought the Dustin vacuum a couple of months ago and absolutely love it. We’ve had two Roombas and love the convenience of them, but the Dustin has blown them away. Its mapping system is super accurate and the way it vacuums back and forth gives a thorough coverage that the Roomba doesn’t. The ability to schedule it by room and to set fences to avoid rugs or other areas is fantastic. Some prior reviews mention you can only order bags and parts from their website, but in looking, they are priced very reasonably.

DustinBot saves us the time vacuumming every night before bed. The map is great and tracks progress throughout the house. Wife love the Mop function. The solution tank seems small, but covers a lot of the square footage around the house... More than you think. It is nice to walk around with bare feet and not pick up any loose dust. Definitely recommend!!!!

This Dustin is perfect, I’ve owned it for about 6 months now and it’s been a dream. I use it in my basement, where the floor space has constantly changed, replaced a sectional, put up and took down a Christmas tree. The floor mapping software updates and remembers the changes automatically, and makes any necessary adjustments. It cleans and mops very well. I have it set to run twice a week, which is easy to schedule in the bObsweep app. I can’t say enough good things about this vacuum. The price seems a little high, but it does not disappoint, and is worth every penny.

I love my Dustin robot vac. It is very easy to set up and I love the blue tooth. I have a dog who sheds a lot and Dustin is up to the task. Also, I contacted their customer service and they are top notch!!! They resolved my issue quickly. That's hard to find. these days.
