We purchased this vacuum about 3 months ago and the Dustin Robot vacuum I purchased. We are very pleased with the vacuum so far. We especially like the three cleaning levels and the self cleaning the vacuum does. In the lowest cleaning level it is very quiet, but it gets louder with the stronger cleaning levels, which would be expected as it’s sucking up more air. So far, we are enjoying the vacuum.

The bObsweep Dustin Robot Vacuum and Mop is a total game-changer. It gets the job done, maps out the space like a pro, and I barely have to lift a finger. Dustin handles all the dirty work, and my place has never looked better. Seriously, I’m loving it—money well spent!

We were very happy to welcome Dustin into our home. He’s been a great little addition to the family and was very easy to house train. We really enjoyed the little announcement card that came with him. Initial startup and setup was super easy. I HATE reading pages of instructions and found the APP very intuitive. The LiDAR mapping is superior. Other great user selections are your ability to adjust the suction power on the vacuum and the mopping level. He’s a good boy!

I really want to love my bObsweep because the precision of mapping and ease of use (scheduling. Mapping, use with google) is so much better than our irobot and shark but there's a few things that are frustrating. We have a hairy dog that sheds and the waste bin in not big enough to handle the entire floor without filling up. This wouldnt be an issue if it went home and emptied when full but it doesn't. It continues without being able to pick anything up. Then when it doea go home, it can't empty because its too full, so I have to manually empty. My work around is scheduling it to do a room, then empty. For the entire house. We do not have carpet so that's not the issue. If it could empty, on its own, when it was full and then continue, it would be great. I keep it because of it's precision of mapping and ease of use. I tolerate the inconvenience of having to babysit it.

I bought this vacuum several weeks ago and I'm amazed. Delivery was quick and efficient and set up was easy. I simply positioned the vacuum station in a central location, let it charge fully and pressed go. Initially I followed the bot around while it explored the house and drew a map. In doing so, I learned what objects interfered with its navigation and learned how to optimize its path. After, making minor adjustments to help the Dustin navigate smoothly I was impressed that it only took three trips through our home for the Dustin to learn the best route. It also picks up much more dust that our highly rated upright. Love it!

I have to re do the map every week because it looses it all the time. The controls are not user friendly. It does not traverse well from hardwood floor to carpeted area as it cannot make it up the 1/4 " pile and transom. I would not recommend this product.

This is the first time for my family to use robot vacuum and mop and my family was surprised by several things. First, the software was remarkable. It finds his home no matter where he is. It modified map whenever it runs and shows error messages. It knows where he mopped and not, and finished his work. With map, I can select where he cleans. One thing he couldn't do is I can't order the level which rooms it cleans first and last. Second, physically it cleans well. After finishing his work, my wood floor is shining without dust. So my family Dustin's name is Smarter. Thank you for doing all works for this accomplishment.

We bought Dustin recently and have found he does a good job! We ran our sweeper daily before getting Dustin..but both having recent surgery found it so nice to have Dustin! We are going to try the WiFi mapping this weekend. So far, we're very happy with him!!

We are very happy with Dustin! We renamed him Dusty and he is a very hard worker. We have 4 dogs so we keep him very busy. Dusty is very faithful with his weekly schedule that we programmed into him. He does the rooms we want on the days we request and when he's done, he heads home and empties himself. I haven't had to vacuum since the day we got him. I'm in love!

I have to say this is the absolute best robotic vacuum I've owned, and I've even tried several of the more expensive ones. This vac creates a detailed map of your floors, and cleans every accessible square inch of your home. You can even click on the map to see where it is in real time. You can name each area and mark any areas you do not want vacuumed I have vinyl plank flooring with area rugs and cowhide rugs throughout. It has not gotten stuck yet, even on rooms with a lip across the threshold. We do have 2 large dogs,German Shepherd & Rottweiler, that are in the home part-time, along with 3 inside cats. I found that if I don't run the vacuum every couple days I will find clumps of fur that have been left behind, but with the amount of fur my pets loose it is understandable. If this happens the clumps are easy to pick up and discard. They do have a vacuum for homes with pets, but this one does the job just fine for me. I just set the vacuum to run at night in the living area as it is super quiet, all the other vacuums we tried would wake us up. The bedrooms I set to run during the day while we are out. So far I'm very pleased with this vaccum.
