We love Dustin. He has made our life so much easier. If we dirty one room, that is all we need to send him to. We love the lines in the carpet where we can see what he did. Dustin has been a life changing alteration and my wife is so happy not having to vacuum every day. It truly is one of the best purchases we have ever made!

I bought the Dustin vacuum by BobSweep, to replace my existing iRobot vacuum which is showing it's age. Feature wise I love the large self emptying canister. It works very well. I have not had a chance to use the mop attachment. There are two areas where the new vac is far superior to the old one: It is much quieter and the navigation system is generations ahead of the old one. The new vacuum uses radar to very quickly map rooms and then rarely runs into things. The old one uses only the touch bar and is constantly banging into walls and furniture. The new technology of Dustin is amazing. It is very powerful and keeps our floors clean even with 4 cats in our house. It had a minor battery issue which was very quickly resolved with their US based customer support - thank you. I would definitely buy this vacuum again.

I recently bought this vacuum and I am very happy with the performance, This one is the best robotic vac I have owned. Mapping was very easy and it rarely got caught on anything. I love the overall performance. The self emptying feature is wonderful

I bought this Dustin Bobsweep Robotic Vacuum Cleaner and Mop approximately 3 months ago and its performance has gotten better with each use and the results are evident in its ability to navigate through the first floor household and vacuuming the floors as it transverses through the different rooms and transitioning from tile to carpet and hardwood flooring. It always find its way back to its docking station after a full sweep of several rooms. I am impressed and satisfied with this product and would recommend it.

We are very happy with our purchase of Dustin. Dustin quickly mapped the bottom floor of our house. My wife and I like the feature of being able to zone out certain areas of the house. Like our cat bowls, our bathroom with small carpets, and around our recliners. It does a great job of vacuuming our house. It’s very smart. Once it’s done he heads back to the home base. We had an I robot for a few years. Dustin does a better job, hands down.

I have used this robotic vacuum, Dustin, for about 2 months. I am very pleased with its coverage. It cleans very well. The corners are cleaned as well. I have to make sure little wires are picked up or the brush gets popped off. Once I cleared those, the sweeping occurs without any issues. I schedule it two days a week. It has enough power to climb over throw rugs - so I pick those up to make sure it has no issue. I wish I had one years ago. Great product and am well pleased with it.

It took 10 days for the delivery, what is too long at these days. But we are happy with our Dustin so far. The setup is straightforward, and it took about an hour to scan the entire floor in all rooms. The good thing with scanning is that it was vacuuming at same time. It handles transition between rooms without any issues. Gets under table/ between chairs, hard floors and carpet with ease and vacuums good. Can`t do shag carpets, it will get stuck. Would recommend it to the friends.

I have been using Dustin for a few weeks now, and I’m very happy with his performance and cleaning capabilities. Dustin starts out every morning at 8 AM cleaning the main floor of my house. He does a great job picking up tiny crumbs, while also staying on top of my golden retrievers hair. I also love to use the mop functionality once a week to do my tile floors. Dustin has been a great time saver not requiring me to have to sweep on a regular basis. I love Dustin!

We bought this vacuum back in February and wish we had done it a long time ago. The mapping and scheduling option on the app was very user-friendly. The vacuum does a great job where I am now only using our main sweeper 1-2 days a week to get in the nooks and crannies where Bob can't reach. We love the mopping feature! Just buy it. You won't regret it.

Dustin is a welcomed new vacuum in our house. Bought it two months ago to replace our expensive iRobot. Dustin gets our 2500 sq ft home 80% vacuumed on medium strength before retreating for a charge. Once charged it completes its run. We run this vacuum daily to get up the sand, dirt and long white dog hair that gets everywhere. I do have to give it a good clean once a week as it can get clogged. No real issues because it's a workhorse. My only issue is we have a black area rug that gets white dog hair all over and this is a challenge for the Dustin to clean so we use a different vacuum. This is not a deal breaker for me.
