The unit works well however the mapping took a long time. The suction power is strong but it is louder than our previous unit. The trade off is worth it. When recharging is needed it finds the base well unlike our previous unit which often got lost and beeped until we found it and brought it back to charge. The spinning crumb catcher tends to fall off easily.

I'm 79 year old male with a bad back. I've been pushing a vacuum all my life. l purchase bobsweep vacuum a few weeks ago oh how my life has changed. this little guy maped out our house %26 everytime he vacuums, he becomes more efficient. We just set in our recliners %26 wacth the little Guy go. Just amazing, its set on medium vacuum very little noise but picks up a lot of dirt. I purchased Dustin at 8.5 months pregnant. I considered it an early Mother's Day gift to myself. This is my first human baby, but I have 5 fur babies at home. Before Dustin I was vacuuming daily, mopping twice per week, if not more because I prefer my house to give off the appearance and smell that I have no animals and my life is somewhat together. I knew that bringing a child home meant adding a little, if not a lot more chaos to my life, making vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping lower on my to-do list. Today, I am 9 months pregnant (feels like month 247), still waiting for my son to make his appearance, but finding comfort and satisfaction watching Dustin help me enjoy more couch time while I still can. I feel that he has become an invaluable part of the household, and I know once baby arrives, I will have one less task to do. My only complaint is that Dustin does not know how to fold laundry, so if you guys could work on that, I'd be absolutely thrilled!

We've had our Dustin model for several months and overall are very pleased. The excellent sale price was a major factor in our purchase. We have both rugs & hardwood floors but Dustin easily navigates them, though occasionally does get stuck under bookshelves or table legs. it does a really good job and the ability to identify & restrict 'no go' zones is a definite plus. It is very quiet compared to other robot vacuums we have used in the past, and its self-emptying ability and larger than most dust bag is a deal maker. Though we are still getting familiar with the application and all the programmable options, like mopping, we are very happy with our purchase and would recommend it.

So far this vacuum has been doing great. It picks up way more than my previous vacuum, so much that the self empty got stuck. Now that it has been in use for a couple of weeks, no issues with the self empty feature and still picking up a lot of dog hair.

We have used this for a few weeks and have been impressed. It took a few tries to get the wifi set up but the app is super easy to use. The vacuum has done a great job with the dog hair and keeping it clean. It is fairly quiet except when the vacuum empties. I like not having the mess of emptying the vacuum after every clean cycle.

We love our Dustin so far! Especially how quiet it is compared to our old robot vacuum. And it is so nice to have it empty itself, especially since we have a Labrador Retriever and a long hair cat…the canister can fill up quick with all that hair! And it is great for a quick mop, not a deep clean, but still nice for those muddy pawprints.

Dustin has been a fine addition to our family. The children have dubbed him Barnacle. Barnacle has been doing a great job so far cleaning the floors, though he has some trouble every now and then. He does not like cables and cords, sometimes he gets himself into trouble when getting really close to bookshelves with bottoms that are just high enough to allow him partially under. He especially gets confused if furniture or doors are not where he expects them to be. Overall, we are quite happy to have Barnacle as part of the cleaning team! We have really enjoyed "Dustin" so far. It was really easy to set up and the instructions were pretty clear and intuitive with the App. It does a good job of covering ground and learning the footprint of our home. The only downside is that it doesn't recognize when it is about to get trapped under a couch or recliner so I have to draw where it shouldn't sweep in the future. ANother thing we noticed recently when opening the larger bag on the docking device is that there isn't as much dirt/dust/hair/etc than when we used a traditional vacuum. So we are suspecting that it may not be getting as much as a vacuum. We recently increased the strength and will see what happens. We are still trying to learn the "Maps" section as well and how it actually functions. Overall, we are really happy with the purchase and the device.

You will need to download an app for this, and make sure you have all loose stuff out of the way. I have a rug that gives him trouble, so we blocked it to make the no-vacuum zone for easier management. We have two dogs and two cats that are not fond of the hot Florida weather, so hair has always been an issue, and sweeping was a daily chore that took up a lot of time. Dustin has saved us so much time in upkeep, plus keeping allergy issues down, that we have made him an official member of the family. I love not having hairballs collecting every two days, and we have more time to focus on other things.
