We purchased Dustin on July 4th, 2024. We are extremely happy with our Dustin. Dustin was easy to set-up and connect to the Internet and map out our home. Dustin vaccums and mops the floor without difficulty and does a great job. We are extremely satisfied with this product. We have recommended Dustin to our friends and neighbors.

You will need to download an app for this, and make sure you have all loose stuff out of the way. I have a rug that gives him trouble, so we blocked it to make the no-vacuum zone for easier management. We have two dogs and two cats that are not fond of the hot Florida weather, so hair has always been an issue, and sweeping was a daily chore that took up a lot of time. Dustin has saved us so much time in upkeep, plus keeping allergy issues down, that we have made him an official member of the family. I love not having hairballs collecting every two days, and we have more time to focus on other things.

I love Dustin! This machine was so easy to set up, map and use. Dustin actually mapped the house out by himself. I said the time of day I wanted it to go off and then left Dustin alone. What a great vacuum he is!! every day my floors look fabulous.!!!! This machine is so worth the purchase

I have 8 hairy indoor pets. 8. They are a bit much for Darwin... However, it is worth clearing clogs and cleaning brushes to have him. My only wish is that the app/vacuum would tell you when it's clogged. Haven't used the mop feature at all. I like how quiet he is and the app works well. Doesn't get stuck so far.

After a year of owning our Dustin I can say with confidence that he is part of the family in a way I didn't anticipate. But with a toddler, an infant, an old-man-16-pound-very-fluffy cat, a 72-pound Golden Retriever, and two adults - there's so much hair shedding, debris, footprints, etc. that I don't know how I kept the floors remotely clean prior to his arrival. Here's a breakdown of why I give Dustin five stars and why, if given the choice again, I would choose to buy Dustin again and again! - Low noise: I've only ever owned one other robot vacuum (different brand) before Dustin and it was very loud, the little humans and animals were very scared of it. Everyone is happy with Dustin's "inside" voice. - Self-emptying: I have asthma and a severe dust mite allergy - the self-emptying feature is a huge win! And the bag that collects the debris is contactless and closes itself off as it's removed from it's compartment. I LOVE that I don't have to worry about the bag for 100 days. Refills are a good price and my health is worth not having to risk an asthma flair up. And, if you want/need to empty the bin manually, you can do so as well. - Coverage: It has no problem switching from bare floors to carpet, moves around the kids toys and furniture with ease. I love the BobSweep App's NoSweep Area so I can have it steer clear of the kitty litter box. My house is 1400 sq ft and he has no problem doing the whole house in about 1hr. - Cleaning Performance: Being a robot vacuum, I'm impressed with just how clean my floors feel - I can walk barefoot without feeling grit and sand constantly under my feet and I barely see any doggo tumbleweeds rolling around the house anymore - this is with a daily or every-other-day Dustin run. - Mop: I don't like mopping, but I know who will do it for me - Dustin! Sure, there's a bit of work involved on my end, I have to add water to the canister (I wish there was a little floaty device in there so I can see when it's getting full) and attach the mop pad, but other than that, he's good to go! - Maintenance & Upkeep: I would love nothing more than to have a vacuum I could put on the c - harging dock and never have to do anything to keep it running. Alas, I don't know if that exists. That said, Dustin's main brush does get tons of hair wrapped up in there - luckily it is easy enough to clean with the maintenance accessories. And, I recently had the unfortunate occurrence of Dustin running through some animal poo and I was able to find a video on the BobSweep website that helped instruct me on how to open my specific vacuum so I could get it properly cleaned out and back to running 100%. - Wifi: Very easily connects to Wifi with the app and very straightforward to use! - Customer Service/Warranty: AMAZING!! I recently had challenges with connecting the vacuum to WiFi and because I was dreading the whole process of the unknown with reaching out to customer service I put it off for a month. Finally I reached out via email and I was pleasantly surprised that I was assigned a rep who stayed in touch with me throughout the process, explained what to expect, answered all my questions and kept me updated with my Dustin's repair status after I mailed him away. Edgar even checked back in a few days after Dustin returned home to see how he was connecting to Wifi and how he was performing. The BobSweep team even sent a few goodies back with Dustin and cleaned him up. The 2-year warranty and customer service can't be beat. I also really appreciated that BobSweep wanted to repair Dustin rather than replace him and contribute to waste. Now when I have any questions, I don't hesitate to reach out, because I know I'm going to be taken care of in a timely manner. While this may have been a lot to read through - I hope this helps seal the deal if you are on the fence about getting Dustin; he's worth it!

I absolutely love my Dustin by Bob-sweep robot vacuum! We actually bought two, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. We have children, dogs and cats and my home has never been cleaner! I love that I can tap my phone to set Dustin to vacuum while I am working on other things. My only regret is not buying them sooner!

We bought Dustin recently and have found he does a good job! We ran our sweeper daily before getting Dustin..but both having recent surgery found it so nice to have Dustin! We are going to try the WiFi mapping this weekend. So far, we're very happy with him!!

We bought this at the end of February and has been in use every day since. This cleans just as well as our previous Shark, only much quieter. Cleans up dog hair very easily with no issues. Have not tried the mopping feature as of yet, so cannot comment on that. Accounted for day light savings time with us not doing a thing. Would definitely have no problem purchasing another one down the road when this ones dies.

This vacuum is a game changer. Setup was easy and the updates to the software took no time at all. I do pick up small items (toys) off the floor and make sure any shoes with laces are not in the way. I enjoy the enhanced mapping and flow of the vacuum process. It does not bump and bang into furniture or walls like other cheap models. The battery is amazing and can complete my second floor of about 1000sq feet in just over an hour. The dust bin is big and captures so much pet hair and dirt. On occasion when there is heavy traffic I will pause the vacuum and empty the bin manually then restart it to finish. I am not sure that is necessary but I am a clean freak and it makes me happy. So far so good. The noise is less than a normal vacuum which makes me happy. This has given back hours to my life and allows me to vacuum daily with minimal effort. I like the phone app and the controls it offers. The enhanced map within the app is nice and allows you to follow the vacuum's progress. I enjoy the quick clean and scheduling options. History is available for review. "This Dustin" is what we named it and our bobsweep is always ready to clean. My cons are that it only came with 1 disposable dust bag and when it does empty the dustbin the noise level is loud.

Luckily, we were able to purchase this vacuum on sale for 199.However the functionality within the wifi capability of this vacuum is horrific. I enjoy the wifi feature of the vacuum so that we can cater cleaning to a particular room or if necessary use spot clean. Unfortunately, when the Wi-Fi feature is disabled on the vacuum or continually drops.As we experience, we are not able to use spot clean.Or clean a specific room. For this particular vacuum you have to have the wifi feature enabled to utilize the map with the specific rooms and to spot clean. This is a 2/10 w the wifi.. I suggest. Only purchasing this vacuum if it is on clearance as ours was for a $199.Otherwise I would look at other models available.
