Thank you for the opportunity to brag on "Dustin"! Dustin is a wonderful addition to our home! He arrived in such an organized package with instructions that were easy to follow and made for quick set up!!! He is quite a tidy fellow and his instructions advised we could set him up along with Amazon Alexa, say a couple of key words, "Start Dustin" and away he goes cleaning the entire house!! He fascinates the cats! They watch his every move! The cats always make certain that Dustin has plenty to clean and pick up! Dustin never misses anything and after he has gone all over the house making certain everything is tidy, he returns to his home base and self-empties which is yet another great asset about Dustin! The cats are still a bit spooked by the noise he makes but it just makes them respect Dustin and leave him to do his job! As of yet, we have not used the mop function but are absolutely thrilled with how Dustin performs!

The Dustin robotic vacuum is very good. Its navigation is consistent and reliable. The cleaning performance is impressive at the highest suction setting, with no issues in my small apartment, which has mostly hardwood floors and a few rugs. The emptying process is efficient. I haven't had a chance to try the mopping function yet. The app is relatively good but could use some improvements. Roborock and even iHome offer smoother and more logical interfaces. That said, all the important functions are included. Initially, I had some issues with the scheduling function not working, but customer support resolved it over the phone. There was practically no waiting time, and the representative was very nice and knowledgeable. Overall, I am very satisfied with the purchase.

We have had Dustin for about six months and have learned what he does well Overall he does a great job keeping the areas clean and is able to switch from hard floor to carpet without problems If the floor has a lot of dirt or hair to pick up, he sometimes is not able to empty completely and he needs to be manually cleaned. The manual cleaning needed is to use the supplied brush to remove the built up dust on the filters and empty Dustin's dirt collection compartment.

I am a single dad with two teenage kids. The house is large and robots are life savers. So, I had one on each floor, they are running every night... why do I need another? Well, the self-cleaning function sounded interesting. Was it worth the money? As I said, I was sceptical. 3 months later, I am so happy I did this step. Now I don't clean up the robot, never did. Maybe I should. But the relief is huge. The robot made a precise map of the floor plan. I excluded the carpet from mopping. And honestly, I'm not using the mopping feature. It runs on schedule, at 4 AM and I would find it done, like it never ran. But the house is clean. Same, if not better quality than the two Shark robots that I have. The software is good. I connected the robot to Google home and voice commands work. I'm happy I got this machine! Anyone looking for a gently used Shark robot?

With 2 kids and dogs this has become a life saver. We have it run every night at 9PM. We run the mom every other night. After figuring 10 minutes a day (or more) to manually vacuum or mop and multiplying what our time is worth Dustin more than pays for itself. Customer service is amazing.

Absolutely love Dustin, I let him do his thing every day. The instructions are a bit vague about the HEPA filter and where it is located, but tech support was quick to respond. With two large dogs, my wife and I all losing our hair, Dustin sucks, but in a good way. I have only used the mop feature one time and it could use some improvements, but I mainly got it for carpeted floors. It does get hung up occasionally on loose area rugs with long strands and the ramp legs of my lazy boy recliner, but he stops and waits for me to free him then returns where he left off. He reminds me of a child, you know when he gets quiet, something must be wrong, be he is quiet to begin with. I can be on a call and nobody can hear him vacuum under my chair. Things the I wish the app would do would be to have a vacation mode to easily disable his schedules. The map adjustments could use some tweaking also to make it more user-friendly dividing up rooms.

Dustin has been a fine addition to our family. The children have dubbed him Barnacle. Barnacle has been doing a great job so far cleaning the floors, though he has some trouble every now and then. He does not like cables and cords, sometimes he gets himself into trouble when getting really close to bookshelves with bottoms that are just high enough to allow him partially under. He especially gets confused if furniture or doors are not where he expects them to be. Overall, we are quite happy to have Barnacle as part of the cleaning team! Our Dustin vacuum is working great! I love the ability to program him to clean specific rooms at specific times. There were a couple of times in the beginning where we had to clean dog hair out of the vacuum because it got clogged, but now I have him vacuum fewer rooms at a time and more frequently and we haven’t had that problem. He seems to be picking up the dog hair that my dog leaves around, and I am really looking forward to that even more as the weather warms up and she sheds more hair. Dustin docks and empties well. All in all he does a great job keeping the house vacuumed!

I recently purchased this product and so far I am very happy with the performance. I have owned other robot vacuums and the bObsweep one is the best. The mapping was very easy and it did not get caught on anything when other products did. I love the performance as it cleans very well.

I have had 'Dusty' (coincidently the name of my first childhood pet) for about a month. I love the fact that twice a week I come home and the whole house has been vacuumed (3,000 feet). It took a few mapping adventures to keep him out of places where he got stuck, but once I figured out how to use the mobile app it's been great!
