This is my second purchase of this unit. I loved the first one so much that I had to have another for the upstairs. It is so smart and easy to use. They are so quiet that you hardly know they are running. I especially like the automatic emptying feature. I strongly recommend this vacuum.

My previous vaccume would always get lost and jammed up somewhere in my home. This one rarely does and the includwd mapping function makes it easy to locate if and when it does! It runs quiet and less prone to run into furniture too. Highly recommend

I have had Dustin for about 3 months. I am extremely happy. I had a different robot vacuum before. But it did not map or self- empty. I reached out to customer service for help connecting to my WIFI. They were so great in responding and fixing my issue. I highly recommend.

I have three Roombas that all cost more than this vacuum, but I like this one best! I love the mapping feature and all the editing you can do to customize the map. Voice control with Google Assistant means I generally don't even have to start the app. I like that you can choose the vacuuming power/noise level. If this device lasts as long as the Roombas, I will continue to buy from this company.

Purchased this as a gift for myself to save time cleaning and I am so happy I did! Schedules work great and it runs every day in the morning. I haven't really used the mop feature that much but the few times I did it worked great. No issues really except if the kids leave socks on the floor it can get hung up and will go into a trouble mode. Aside from "user error" I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend this to anyone who is looking into purchasing one.

This is our first robot vacuum and it’s truly the best purchase we’ve ever made!! We have 4 dogs (two long haired shepherds) and 5 cats, so to say hair is a condiment in our house is an understatement! 😂🤣 Dustin runs every morning …. and it’s been life changing!!! He’s mapped out our whole main level and goes under the furniture, we no longer need to move everything to vacuum, Dustin takes care of it. My husband is retired and does all the vacuuming so he’s on another level happy 😁😁. Not to mention his back is very happy. I recommend this vacuum to everyone! I can’t say enough positive things about it! Love, love, love our Dustin!!!!!!

My experience as an owner of 2 shedding dogs, a crawling baby, and a home with hardwood floors. Dustin’s map was very accurate, the robot was able to identify my baby’s playpen even when I would move it, and the map would update accordingly. Battery life was excellent, especially compared to past robot vacuums I have used. I never had Dustin return to the charger simply because of low battery. The robot is always ready to clean. The dustbin is able to handle the fur of my 2 high shedding dogs, and all the crumbs left behind from a baby. I do not have to empty mid clean. Maintenance of the unit is minimal and easy to complete. The ease of upkeep is high encouraged, and makes a difference in the robot’s performance. I’m busy watching my baby, I do not have to watch Dustin and make sure he’s not stuck of lost. This is a huge help! The vacuum suction is powerful, admittedly I’d sometimes find baby socks stuck in the bin because the suction picked them up! I had to do a warranty replacement of my unit for a random failure. I got my unit the next day after they shipped it to me. The employee who helped me via email was extremely responsive and attentive. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had to date anywhere.

I have 2 persian cats and it lessons my load of cleaning up after them. It has relieved me of constant daily sweeping in my house and it frees up my time to focus on other things. I do have to occasionally clean the ducts in the unit, about every other week depending on usage. Be sure to have a smartphone if you buy this. I bought this for $200 pre-tax through the slickdeals.net deal hunting site. I'm not sure if I'd recommend paying the MSRP of $600. Picking this up for $300 or less is a decent choice though.

Such a great lil’ bot that works great! My favorite part is the loudness of the empty bin. I love when my hubby is quietly watching a very intense movie and I wait until the perfect moment and hit the empty bin option! LOL It’s the gift that just keeps giving. But for real, it has worked really great and I love how quick it is and still has the power to back it up. I loved it so much that I bought a second one for our cottage.

We bought it 2 months ago and we have been using it regularly. Very happy with our purchase! It’s very efficient in collecting dust and debris, and the mop is also effective. We can track the progress via the phone app. We were having problems with the brush detaching during cleaning. We contacted customer support and the instructions and videos they sent us were excellent and solved the problem. The vacuum does not empty itself entirely in the dock station, but it’s not a problem for us because we like to clean it well after each use. Highly recommended!
