I have enjoyed Dustin so much more than I expected - he is absolutely fantastic! I've been surprised what a thorough job he does of cleaning the floor. My favorite is the mop cycle... Love getting that fresh clean floor shine. Thanks for a great product!!!

Love my dustin! It works great! Does a great job mapping the house and cleaning! Mop function is good! Really does a good job in a home with pets and women with long hair. Gets to all the edges and doesn't even bother my dog while he is walking around! Great investment!

DustinBot saves us the time vacuumming every night before bed. The map is great and tracks progress throughout the house. Wife love the Mop function. The solution tank seems small, but covers a lot of the square footage around the house... More than you think. It is nice to walk around with bare feet and not pick up any loose dust. Definitely recommend!!!!

We bought the Dustin vacuum a couple of months ago and absolutely love it. We’ve had two Roombas and love the convenience of them, but the Dustin has blown them away. Its mapping system is super accurate and the way it vacuums back and forth gives a thorough coverage that the Roomba doesn’t. The ability to schedule it by room and to set fences to avoid rugs or other areas is fantastic. Some prior reviews mention you can only order bags and parts from their website, but in looking, they are priced very reasonably.

We purchased the Dustin BobSweep and have been delighted with the operation so far! I run this three-four times a week due to having cats inside our home and it has been a life saver. Definitely picks up more hair than our other vacuum plus I love the added bonus of mopping. Dustin rarely gets stuck in unexpected places and was an easy set up. Was so happy with our purchase that my parents bought one too and had the same great experience.

I love my Dustin! I have a different brand robot vacuum that I use on the second floor and Dustin is much smarter than that one, with excellent mapping abilities. He cleans my hardwood floors in the kitchen, dining area and front room. With a small amount of setup, he also mops. Funny story, I sent Dustin on a special mission. I have an area in my house where there's a flat section over a closet and pantry that's over eight feet high, but the ceiling is way above that. I could get a ladder and crawl around on the "roof" of this bit, but I really don't want to do that. So I put Dustin up there to vacuum that area. He did great! He unfortunately fell off at one point, but he was fine, didn't hurt him at all. Cleaning that area did mess up the map, but Dustin fixed that on his next regular cleaning trip. Highly recommended!

This is hands down the best robotic vac out there. The suction power is amazing and the app is very easy to navigate. Plus you can set up schedules and control it directly from my phone. The dirt bin compartment isn't very big on the machine, but that doesn't matter because the container it can empty into is huge. It does an extremely good job on my house, and has been a life saver for my back. I highly recommend this product and have already convinced a couple of our friends and family to purchase it

I have been extremely pleased with my "Dustin" robot vacuum cleaner from bObsweep! I bought one for myself as well as my four adult children. Theirs was for their Christmas present. I was so pleased when I opened my box and started using Dustin that I couldn't wait until Christmas to give them to our children. So what do you do when you're that excited about something! You give them an early Christmas present! They simply loved it. I get a call or text every week telling me thank you and they have found something new that they love about their robot vacuums. We have all named ours a different name to refer to when we have a discussion about what we have learned new.

I bought this to replace my 10 plus old iRobot so I could take advantage of newer technology with radar. Dustin does a great job at navigating my home and love the fact that I use low setting while vacuuming the house so it doesn't distrube me on those work from home calls.

I bought this 3 months ago and like it very much. I mostly use the vacuum but use the mop feature sometimes. I have it set on a schedule to vacuum a few times a week. It really helps to keep things tracked in from outside and other small particles off the floor in between when I use my bigger floor cleaner. It does a good job and it's satisfying to hear what it has gotten off the floor sucked up when it self-empties. The app is easy to use and you can set it to vacuum where you want and exclude other areas. We purchased it on sale so it was a great deal. We do not regret the purchase since it does help us keep our main living areas cleaner. There are a couple of things we don't like but they would be the same for any robotic vacuum. First, you need to have things somewhat picked up if you want it to do a good job. This is an obvious thing but you have to be mindful of when it will run and prepare accordingly. Second, you need to be aware that some things like cushion mats and certain rugs may need to be moved when it vacuums. We have a couple of thick cushion mats in our kitchen that are against the stove and the sink. If we don't pull them out a bit from the cabinets the vacuum will get stuck there from time to time. Also if you have any rugs or mats that have loose threads these will get caught up in the roller when the vacuum goes over them. These sort of things will prevent the vacuum from finishing it's full cleaning run without you having to intervene. If it gets stuck you just have to correct the problem and turn it back on then it finishes as expected. These are not issues with the vacuum per say but just a reality you would face with any robotic vacuum. I recommend Dustin. One other note, we are empty nesters so kids (small children) messing with it aren't a problem typically but when our grandkids visit we just turn the vacuum off until they leave if it falls on a day it would normally run.
