Dustin is adjusting well to his new home. He has access to 3 levels and is showing us everything he can do with his unique skill set.  He is so smart and does a great job of keeping to himself! He also picks up around the house to give his new parents more time to focus on their 3 dogs and 2 kids! We love our Dustin!

Exceeded expectations but... It can be finicky. Once the base unit got clogged and I had to use an upright to clear it. The app is pretty impressive in many ways but it's REALLY cludgy in places like switching maps. Sensors are impressive. Mopping works surprisingly well! My floors haven't looked better but you have to tend to it. A good software UI redesign would transform this thing. Recommend but keep your receipt.

We purchased the Dustin BobSweep and have been delighted with the operation so far! I run this three-four times a week due to having cats inside our home and it has been a life saver. Definitely picks up more hair than our other vacuum plus I love the added bonus of mopping. Dustin rarely gets stuck in unexpected places and was an easy set up. Was so happy with our purchase that my parents bought one too and had the same great experience.

I am so glad that I made this purchase of the Dustin Vacuum. The app is easy and fun to use. For those who wrote that you have to have 2.4 GHz, I want to tell you that you can still download the app even if you have 8 GHz. Just call your Internet provider and ask for a guest split of 2.4 GHz so you can download the app for your Dustin. I'm glad I did because now I can do more with Dustin. I watch the map as it goes from room to room among many other things. I can even label my rooms on the map. Dustin does a great job vacuuming. I don't know how it knows to go back over spots it missed but I'm glad it does and it goes between chair legs. I'm very impressed. I want to add that the support team is very helpful.

I ordered Dustin on July 5th 2024. We have ran it three times. This little guy we call Robbie is unreal it picks up dirt set on medium with no problem. The great part it doesn't even hurt my 79 year old back Lol. I would recommend this Robo vac to any one.

We were very happy to welcome Dustin into our home. He’s been a great little addition to the family and was very easy to house train. We really enjoyed the little announcement card that came with him. Initial startup and setup was super easy. I HATE reading pages of instructions and found the APP very intuitive. The LiDAR mapping is superior. Other great user selections are your ability to adjust the suction power on the vacuum and the mopping level. He’s a good boy!

We LOVE DUSTIN, although we have renamed him Alice, like the Brady Bunch Housekeeper.  Anyway! After a learning curve, I have scheduled Alice (Dustin) to vacuum our home 3 times a week. that way She doesn't have to work as hard (like me) while cleaning.  We have a cat that is very curious about the new family member.  Alice gets all the fur and when our kitty tracks litter, i can even spot clean between vacuums.  I also love the fact that even when I 'm at work, i can see on the vacuum days where Alice is and the history of cleaning, i like that there is a trouble log so I know where Alice is if she gets into trouble.  I had her vacuum our closet (she CAN see through walls and knew there was another place that needed cleaning)  I'm glad that i made the robot leap. We appreciate Dustin so much, that we brought him home a brother “Bob.” Dustin has also became friends with our cat to where she no longer hides from him, even though Dustin removes all of the other cats (fur shed) daily 🤷🏻‍♀️. Now that I think about it, they are very similar - up for one hour and sleep for the remaining 23 hours. However, Dustin is currently on his work schedule anxiously waiting for his break since he is forced to work 7 days a week! Ps. Bob has yet to be trained, so we are unsure how his work behavior is. Hopefully it is just as productive as Dustin with the fur balls! 🤣

We love our Dustin so far! Especially how quiet it is compared to our old robot vacuum. And it is so nice to have it empty itself, especially since we have a Labrador Retriever and a long hair cat…the canister can fill up quick with all that hair! And it is great for a quick mop, not a deep clean, but still nice for those muddy pawprints.

Dustin has been a great addition to my household. I purchased him about 6 months ago and he is still going strong. You just press go and voilà! I have been able to map three different floors---you just have to choose the map on the app before you start. When he's done with the job (and he does it well), he goes back to his station to relax. I am very happy with this purchase! (Sam's frequently offers significant savings on this vacuum. Just keep checking back for deals. I had been on the fence about acquiring a robotic vacuum but when a deal appeared, it was a no-brainer to give it a try).
