We love our Dustin Robot Vacuum. On the accompanying app, you can see a map that Dustin will create of where it has cleaned and you can specify which areas to avoid. If you have a two-story house, it can create a map for both the downstairs and the upstairs. One of the really nice features is it's ability to self-empty. Unlike other robot vacuums we have had, it actually goes back to the charging station when it's ready to be re-charged (rather than just claiming that it will do that) and also when it arrives at the charging station, it empties itself, which is really nice.

I have had my bObsweep for a few months now and I absolutely love it! I like that I can map my whole house and then choose which rooms to clean on certain days or clean everywhere. Self emptying isa a game changer from my old vacuum. I have back problems and this takes care of one of those backbreaking chores!

I bought this a few weeks ago because it was on sale and so far, it has been such an amazing purchase. It works so well never gets stuck or lost. We have three young kids that make a mess every day, so I turn it on using my phone/app during the day while everyone is at work and school and its the best. Love coming home to clean floors!

I never thought I would want a robo vac... but took a chance on Dustin and I am so impressed with the features.... you can set it for a specific zone, a specific room, you can have it go to work while your out and about as you can start it remotely, or have a schedule. it is a great like addition to our family

I am so glad I bought this! I love seeing clean floors every day without having to drag out the heavy vacuum cleaner which hurts my shoulder. When my internet service drops unexpectedly, Dustin sometimes gets confused so I have to erase the map and have him remap but that is easy enough to do that it isn't a problem.

Bought this when it was on sale. We were really interested in the self emptying feature. This works very well. It's low profile and can get under furniture our regular vacuum cleaner could not. It can be programmed to vacuum on a schedule. We had a question and the Bobsweep folks answered quickly and continue to check in and make sure we are happy. I would recommend this produce.

Updated review: My Dustin had issues from the beginning and then at 4 months it failed and had to be returned to BobSweep. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service I received. All we extremely helpful and prompt in their responses. I shipped the vac back to them and within a week a had a new perfectly working vac on my doorstep and I couldn't be happier.

I've had this for a month and use it every day. I have 100% concrete floors with no rugs so I can't review how well it works on carpet or stairs and I also have 5 small dogs. I love that it goes back and forth in a straight line and then goes around baseboards. I also love that it empties itself although the emptying process is extremely loud. I absolutely love the mop feature but I dont like that the spinning brush is only on one side and happens to be on the side that has already been cleaned (it passes partly over what it has already cleaned). I also like that it sweeps/mops once and then goes back to the charger. It uses only about 10% battery to do my living room, formal dining room and kitchen. I use my Shark in the bedrooms. Comparison to the Shark: It's quieter, more advanced and doesn't run willy nilly until the battery dies like the Shark does. But it gets wedged under the front of my couch and climbs up and gets stuck on a few things which my Shark does not. Trying to make a no sweep zone on the apps map is a pain and I wish there was a "remap area" option for when I move furniture. As it stands I have to delete and make a new map. Over all I have no regrets buying it.

Works great with one minor exception. About 15% of the time it will get confused about the map, causing it to try to get to a imaginary area. I usually just delete the map and have it remap on the run. My expectations are tempered by the fact that I did catch this on a deep discount from the normal price. I used to have two units that were the "bump around until the battery is low" so Dustin very advanced compared to those.

We love our Dustin, he does a great job at covering all areas and mops on the weekend. Best thing about this vacuum is that it doesn't get stuck under the couch like our last one did. The bag makes cleanup very easy. Would highly recommend if you are in the market
