Our bObsweep Dustin vacuum has been a reliable addition to our home. With two dogs and young kids, it faces a lot of daily mess, from pet hair to crumbs. Dustin handles these challenges effectively, and the self-emptying feature is a practical benefit, making maintenance much easier by reducing the need for frequent emptying. Overall, we're satisfied with how it helps keep our home clean.

Bought two of these about a month ago. Currently used one. It does both vacuum and mop with great results. Battery life is good for cleaning the house (about 1200 sq. ft) once. The app needs more work though. You can only select one area each time instead of 2 to 3 areas. Hope battery will last. Overall quite quiet compared to other similar cleaner that I have.

My wife was skeptical about buying a remote vacuum. We bought this unit at Sams's Club and it was delivered very quick. We set it up and downloaded the app. We had it map our house and then vacuum completely. It was incredible the amount of dust, dog hair, and other debris it picked up! As a bonus it also mops! Just use the app to tell it what area to vacuum/mop and it will get right too it! 5 stars!

We love our Dustin so far! Especially how quiet it is compared to our old robot vacuum. And it is so nice to have it empty itself, especially since we have a Labrador Retriever and a long hair cat…the canister can fill up quick with all that hair! And it is great for a quick mop, not a deep clean, but still nice for those muddy pawprints.

I bought this item a couple months ago and really like the job this Robot (I named Dusty) does. I had another make for the last 3 years and it "died" - but never did the thorough job that "Dusty" does every time I put it to work.. I would recommend this if you looking for something that continually excels.

I previously owned a Samsung vacuum before purchasing Dustin. I'm pleased with my decision as it has superior suction and rarely misses a spot. While I'm unsure about its performance on carpets, it excels on hard floors. I have yet to try its mop feature, but I'm confident it will meet my expectations.

This vacuum has made my home much cleaner because it has great suction but can also reach under the furniture that I can’t get to easily with my push vacuum. You can choose the level of suction and mopping! I LOVE that the vacuum goes in lines and doesn’t wander around the rooms. The self emptying tops it off!! Very little effort on my part to do much at all. Also, set up was super easy.

Dustin is "little brother " to Jarvis, my son's robot vacuum. I'm elated every time I see Dustin has made it back to his charging station. He cleans at 2 am and he does an amazing job. Sometimes he tries to pick up things too big for him which causes him to get stuck. There are times he's stuck in places he's previously cleaned with no problem. That's when I asked him what was going on. I pick him up check his wheels then put him on his charger to automatically finish where he left off. Dustin is a wonderful addition to my home. I am in ❤️ .

I have been using "Bob" for 6+ months now and am very happy with the purchase. It arrived quickly and was very easy to setup. I run it everyday on a schedule, and occasionally Bob does get stuck. However, there is a map on the app and you can tweak it to not sweep areas where it might get stuck. I have never had an issue with the brush falling off of my vacuum, as others have stated. The app allows for multiple maps if you want to use it for multiple floors. It has adjustable levels of suction. I use the max level on carpeted areas and the lower level for hard floors. I love the new swift map function so that I can quickly remap my home after moving furniture around. The Bobsweep customer service is fantastic and was very easy to deal with when ordering replacement filters. Overall it works great and meets my expectations.

Dustin, affectionately called Bob by my family, has been a game changer. With two toddlers, a large dog, and a very active overall family the vacuuming became a constant chore for me. Along came Bob, who, on day one, demonstrated his value. He mapped the whole house, including temporarily obstacles from my kids, and went to work! He runs extremely quietly even on full power, and I haven’t had to vacuum once since my purchase three weeks ago. He even manages to get the pesky corners! Snacks on the floor? Call Bob. Dog rolled on the carpet? Call Bob! Leaves tracked in from the kids coming and going? Don’t worry about that, because Bob will get it tonight! Now, every night, Bob wakes up as we go to bed and I come downstairs in the morning to perfectly clean floors and straight vacuum lines on my carpet-every single day! Don’t get me started on his mopping night each week!
