Dustin (this robovacuum’s name) is doing great in our home. I like how we can customize his cleaning schedule, vacuum power, vacuum/mop combo along with area designations to where he should be cleaning and at what times. Our floors haven’t looked this clean consistently ever! The self-vacuum part is really loud and it would be nice if that part was quieter somehow. This is our first one ever and we’ve been loving it overall. It’s a great feeling when something else is doing the cleaning!

With already a month of usage, I can say that this robot vacuum is one of the best in the market, if not the best! Easy to setup, the room scanning feature is super accurate, self emptying so no need to worry about that. I love that now I get to spend more time with my loved ones instead of cleaning my floors, Dustin helped me extend the time between deep cleanings. I completely recommend it

Dustin is doing great! He cleans wonderfully and is even able to handle our husky fur. We have him on a schedule which makes it so easy to keep our first floor clean. The best thing since Mom! As a 69-year-old bachelor working six days a week, I sometimes don't feel like sweeping and mopping the hardwood floors in my home. I have been using Dustin for a few weeks now, and I’m very happy with his performance and cleaning capabilities. Dustin starts out every morning at 8 AM cleaning the main floor of my house. He does a great job picking up tiny crumbs, while also staying on top of my golden retrievers hair. I also love to use the mop functionality once a week to do my tile floors. We love Dustin! He is so functional and helpful. We can give him special jobs via the Quick Clean feature or clean whole rooms with the Room Clean feature. Our large Rottweiler likes Dustin but hates other vacuums. Tip: check your vacuum unit regularly to make sure the shoot stays clean. Check and remove the roller brush if it gets tangled up with hair.

I've had this robot vacuum for about a week now and have used it every day since. it has gotten stuck a time or two around my couch so all I did was add a "no sweep zone" and it resolve the issue immediately on the next scheduled cleaning. It has captured a ton of hair on my hard floors. I have two dogs and am used to vacuuming every single day, but with this it is very effortless. I love the mapping as well as the app so I'm able to monitor everything. I can even see a history of when it cleaned and how long it took. I'm hoping this lasts a long time! I got it when it was on sale for $258, I think $1,099 for a vacuum is crazy so definitely try to find it on sale!

This powerful little robot does a fantastic job of vacuuming and mopping my floors. I use the APP to schedule a regular cleaning routine. It is my new best friend and allows me to do other chores thus freeing up my time. May sure you "snap" in the sweeping brush to achieve outstanding results.

I bought this on sale with low expectations in July 2024. I have two kids and two dogs, and I don't know how I lived before having this robot! It cleans the floors noticeably well. I have not used the mopping function yet, but VERY happy with the product. I use it about 2-3 times per week.
