Right out of the box, I was impressed with the ease of setup. I charged the vacuum and hit start, and voila it was mapping my downstairs area and cleaning as it went. I was very impressed with how thorough it was with the process. It leaves clean and straight carpet lines for that freshly vacuumed appearance. I could not be more impressed for the value and time savings this affords our household. The mopping feature while it works, it does leave a streak that requires me to run over it again with a steam mop. Overall, I recommend this vacuum/mop combo.

This is a great, straight forward machine. So far it has worked flawlessly. It was easy to set up and love the self-emptying feature. I was a little worried that the bag would fill up quickly since I have a yellow lab that sheds ALOT. So far Dustin has dumped around twenty times and there is still room in the bag. I am completely satisfied with my Dustin.

I never in my life thought that I would purchase a robot vacuum much less one with a mop. Here I am....I work two jobs, care of my elderly dementia mother, I have an autistic grandson and two others living my condo. This little guy (UltraVision) not only surprised me with his work ethic but his results were just what I wanted. I am here to say, my friend was right about a robot vacuum, gives me some time that I normally would not have. I purchased this via Sam's Club online at a promotional price..... I have not used the mop function only because I have not had the time to really read the information. I will! I am very pleased with the vacuum alone!!!

We bought this 3 months ago. Previously we had another top-of-the-line robot vacuum... from 2018. Let's just say that the technology has dramatically improved since then. The way this empties itself and maps the house is fantastic - and it's much quieter than our old one. We love our new friend "Dusty!"

I was surprised by how well Dustin covered the whole house. It can't get into corners because of its shape. It has no problem going from one type of flooring to another. It is easy to block off areas you don't want it to go and it remembers those areas. I had a problem with the brush coming off at first. The support people got back to me quickly and it was more operator error than a problem with Dustin. I have no problem recommending this product.

Dustin is awesome! I call myself the Imelda Marcos of robovacs because I've gone through so many of them. So far Dustin is on top. It cleans well, contains itself to areas I've identified as no-go areas, returns to the base much quicker and easier than other vacs I've had, recharges quickly, and empties the bin fully. Definitely recommend!

So pleased with this purchase. Was skepticle about how well it would work. Out did my expectations for sure. Had a bit of an issue with the side brush and customer service worked with me until completely solved so even an a plus for them. Highly recommend.

We have had peace of mind since Dustin took over. Only used vacuum so far and not mop feature, soon will explore that as well. It operates quietly and does a fantastic job cleaning both carpet as well as vinyl flooring including pet hairs. The level of configuration available on the bObsweep app is great.

I am very happy with how much dirt Dustin gets off the ground. The ground is very clean after Dustin is done vacuuming and mopping. The charge time is great, and the product holds a long charge. Maintenance on the product is minimal and easy. I enjoy the app features that allow Dustin to clean routinely, with this our floors have never been cleaner. The product is quiet while vacuuming and sticks to the boundaries set. We enjoy this product very much.

Got this on sale for $199.00. I am very busy, two boys and three long coat German Shepherds. The house is usually a mess. I only bought this since it was on sale and now, I will always have a robot vacuum. At first, it didn't seem to pick too much, but then I found the vacuum power was on low. Using the app which is very convenient, I adjusted the suction to high and found the vacuuming to be very comparable to manual vacuuming. I do have to clean the roller every time since we have long coat shepherds, but still amazing. We will be going from disastrous mess to almost clean thanks to this little vacuum. I am amazed at what a time saver this will be for our family. In the future, if needed, we will now always have a robot vacuum due to the time and automation value it adds. I would say this brand, the app, the vacuum is very easy to use and is acceptable cleaning for the price. I hope you can buy this on sale too and see for yourself how much time this little guy saves. We named ours Winston. Good luck everyone.
