So pleased with this purchase. Was skepticle about how well it would work. Out did my expectations for sure. Had a bit of an issue with the side brush and customer service worked with me until completely solved so even an a plus for them. Highly recommend.

Terrific! BoB is truly amazing. It has been a great addition. The setup was awesome fast and easy. This is my second (upgrade) Bob purchase and I can't be more happy. This Bob comes with 'the cleaning person' after Bob's done cleaning the house. BoB was able to map the entire floor in the first go. The app is fantastic. the ability to map rooms, no-sweep zones (different shapes) and select specific areas to clean makes it top of line. I would certainly recommend Bob over the overpriced brands.

I purchased bobsweep Dustin a little over a month ago. Very easy set up. After mapping the house with all it's crevasses, Bob maneuvers perfectly. Yes, we do call him Bob. We did move the cat food container (after mapping) & Bob got confused. When we realized what it was and put the container back to original place, Bob went on his merry way! We love Bob.

Best vacuum purchase EVER! I am so impressed with Dustin, though we renamed her Lucy. She vaccines well and does an excellent job mopping all our tile, which is almost half the house! With a german shepherd that sheds like crazy and 3 adults in the house, we need to vacuum multiple times a week. With Lucy, it’s no problem at all. Just hit “go” and away she goes to vacuum the house. I can’t believe how easy this machine is to use.

It’s what I'd call a "stroke of genius." It actually leaves a visible "sheen on the floor," which looks amazing. I had a roborock vacuum that is now several years old so I decided to updgrade to a newer robot vacuum model and move the old one to the basement. I assumed newer, more power and more expensive would mean better cleaning. Boy was I wrong. This vacuum was extremely disappointing. It doesn't get close to the walls, it maps and then instead of vacuuming right along furniture, it gives a wide birth so it misses entire sections. Even when you move furniture, it doesn't vacuum that area. The app is subpar compared to roborocks and doesn't give you a lot of options. The Dustin, even though the floor is mapped, often just spins confused going in one direction a few feet before spinning and going back the other and it does this on repeat for often 10 minutes before it figures out where it is. I have seen in go right over the top of loose items on the floor and not pick them up even though I can easily push them with my finger. I have actually picked up lint, etc and put it in the path of the Dustin and it still doesn't pick it up. So disappointing. I am going to return this and buy a roborock instead. I gave it 2 stars instead of one because it does empty well. and I never even tried the mop feature which is really just fill it up and gravity pulls the water down to the floor, doesn't sound like it would be very effective but I never tried it. I really only bought it for the vacuum and self emptying function.

I bought this 4 months ago and it has been holding up quite well. I like its simple operation, mapped my entire house, cleans well. It is effective at cleaning pet hairs from hardwood floors (I have a Golden retriever), but not from carpets. The cleaning tool that comes with it is very convenient to remove stuck hairs from the rollers. Overall, a very good value for the price. No need to purchase super-expensive brands, which are often glitchy.

I bought this BobSweep when my previous Shark died. I just want to say that I LOVE the BobSweep! I have it set to medium vacuum strength and it is so much stronger than the Shark was. The battery lasted about 2 hours, recharged itself and vacuumed another 2 hours. It covered my entire house and didn't miss any areas. I am super happy with my BobSweep, Dustin.

We run Dustin every week with deep mopping and high vacuum power. We got 2 dogs in the house and as much as it gets most of their fur there are still some that are left out specially on corners and edges, the mop on the other hand, you can feel the clean smooth difference when it's done. Overall Dustin is doing good so far and I hope it will last long.

This is the first Robot Vacuum I have ever bought and I love it. We have has this for about a month. It works great, does around the edge of baseboards. So far it seems to get all the dirty on my floors. The only problem we have had is it staying on my Wifi, but I'm pretty sure its not the vacuum fault. For the price I paid I wish I would have gooten it sooner.
