I bought this 4 months ago and it has been holding up quite well. I like its simple operation, mapped my entire house, cleans well. It is effective at cleaning pet hairs from hardwood floors (I have a Golden retriever), but not from carpets. The cleaning tool that comes with it is very convenient to remove stuck hairs from the rollers. Overall, a very good value for the price. No need to purchase super-expensive brands, which are often glitchy.

Dustin is awesome! My robo vacuum has made my life so much easier. I own a white husky and 2 cats. My house was always filled with fur and it was a constant pain to vacuum multiple times a day. Now I'm able to set it and forget it. My floors and myself are happier. So glad I found this product. 

If you have a rug in your house, this is not the vacuum for you. I have not run the vacuum yet without having to go find it. I read the reviews and most are good so maybe it is just me. I have another robot in the house that was getting a little older so decided to buy this one just to help it and my old vacuum runs circles around this one. It is a great concept where it dumps automatically etc but the vacuum is very weak. My house is not terribly dirty.

I was ready to make my first purchase of a robotic vacuum, and after extensive research I decided on a bObsweep Dustin model. Sam's Club offered a great promotion, and I made the purchase. My primary criteria in making this decision were product features and reliability, customer service and value. I have been more than pleased in every respect after receiving my Dustin and putting it to work. Mapping, scheduling of cleaning jobs, cleaning performance and self-emptying are all outstanding. After years of trying to keep on top of pet hair issues, I have finally been able to get them under control. Gabe in customer service has been great in answering several questions about the software. In addition to walking me through some of the finer points of initial setup, he has followed up to make sure everything is working as expected (which it is). My carpets have never looked better and I couldn't be happier. The many positive reviews I read prior to making this purchase are certainly well deserved, and I highly recommend this vacuum.

If you’re looking for another piece of technology to troubleshoot, this is made for you. it goes on and off-line randomly and the customer service acts like you’re stupid when all of your other Wi-Fi connected items are working perfectly normal and it’s their product that is not functioning. I don’t have the time to troubleshoot their product every morning.

We love this thing! It does a thorough job sweeping and always returns back to the base to empty and charge. We've only tried mopping once, but it seemed to work really well. Love that you can edit the map and add no sweeping and/or no mopping zones and set a schedule for it to run whenever you want. Soooo much quieter than the roomba we replaced with it. One of the best purchases we've made. Highly recommend!!!

I am very happy with how much dirt Dustin gets off the ground. The ground is very clean after Dustin is done vacuuming and mopping. The charge time is great, and the product holds a long charge. Maintenance on the product is minimal and easy. I enjoy the app features that allow Dustin to clean routinely, with this our floors have never been cleaner. The product is quiet while vacuuming and sticks to the boundaries set. We enjoy this product very much.

I just got the Bobsweep "Dustin" and it has performed to my highest expectations. I have not had the auto vacuum out the contents feature before so this is a real step up. I fully expected to have to move it back to the base, but when he was full he went back to the base emptied himself out then went back to vacuuming the house. Outstanding!

The robot cleans well enough, but the vacuum station is horrible. It will get clogged in the bend inside the station, and I will have to take the bottom piece off, remove the clog with needle nose pliers, vacuum the debris, and reassemble it. Then I have to get a vacuum to clean the robot.

I read the reviews prior to purchasing my first and I did some checking on my 5G being able to support 2.4 and, indeed, most already have a guest account with the slower speed and if mine had not, the Internet router had the option - so that was terrific. On s the maps were set, it didn't matter what wifi I used on the phone. I bought a second vac on the day I was able to use the first. I have had no problems to fix, but I have used customer service for questions and they have been incredibly responsive and helpful, even sending a second brush after I explained why it would be helpful. Love my BOB and DUSTIN Highly recommend at the $199 price!
