We run Dustin every week with deep mopping and high vacuum power. We got 2 dogs in the house and as much as it gets most of their fur there are still some that are left out specially on corners and edges, the mop on the other hand, you can feel the clean smooth difference when it's done. Overall Dustin is doing good so far and I hope it will last long.

I am extremely surprised how well Dustin is performing as well as the quietness, and the schedule options. I’ve had other expensive brands before; however, I had issues with Wi-Fi connectivity, applications didn’t have mapping and the system itself was too noisy. The family didn't notice Dustin until it emptied itself. I love Dusting :)

Dustin is awesome! I call myself the Imelda Marcos of robovacs because I've gone through so many of them. So far Dustin is on top. It cleans well, contains itself to areas I've identified as no-go areas, returns to the base much quicker and easier than other vacs I've had, recharges quickly, and empties the bin fully. Definitely recommend!

We love this thing! It does a thorough job sweeping and always returns back to the base to empty and charge. We've only tried mopping once, but it seemed to work really well. Love that you can edit the map and add no sweeping and/or no mopping zones and set a schedule for it to run whenever you want. Soooo much quieter than the roomba we replaced with it. One of the best purchases we've made. Highly recommend!!!

I really loved this product, then it started to have issues. Customer support was very helpful at first. Then they asked for the main unit to be shipped back for repair after their suggestions and switched mop unit didn't fix the issues. UPS lost the package a month ago. Now I'm without a working vac going on 3 months now. No updates without my asking, just an eventual reply saying the generic thanks for being patient, we are doing everything we can to find the package. Now I'm mad. I've been fair, kind in my communication and done everthing asked of me. I have no recourse at this point and no vacuum.

We have had Dustin for about six months and have learned what he does well and what his short comings are. Overall he does a great job keeping the areas clean and is able to switch from hard floor to carpet without any problems. Dustin is very smart in that he can learn how to clean an area and after mapping the floor you can see where he is in his cleaning. If there is an area that Dustin gets stuck at, the app allows you to create a 'no clean' area to avoid getting stuck. He also sees and avoids going down stairs. If the floor has a lot of dirt or hair to pick up, he sometimes is not able to empty completely and he needs to be manually cleaned. The manual cleaning needed is to use the supplied brush to remove the built up dust on the filters and empty Dustin's dirt collection compartment. The roller brush also needs to be cleaned to remove dirt/hair when needed. Overall, he does a great job of getting under furniture and cleaning the hard to reach places. It's very convenient to schedule him to clean and you have a clean floor. He is able to store a couple maps so you can customize the frequently cleaned areas.

I was surprised by how well Dustin covered the whole house. It can't get into corners because of its shape. It has no problem going from one type of flooring to another. It is easy to block off areas you don't want it to go and it remembers those areas. I had a problem with the brush coming off at first. The support people got back to me quickly and it was more operator error than a problem with Dustin. I have no problem recommending this product.

We are extremely impressed with Dustin. We have always wanted a robotic vacuum but we’ve been hesitant to buy one. We are so happy with how well he works and enjoy watching the methodical way Dustin works around the whole house. We wish we would have bought one years ago but I’m sure they probably would have not been as effective as Dustin. I bought this 4 months ago and it has been holding up quite well. I like its simple operation, mapped my entire house, cleans well. It is effective at cleaning pet hairs from hardwood floors (I have a Golden retriever), but not from carpets. The cleaning tool that comes with it is very convenient to remove stuck hairs from the rollers. Overall, a very good value for the price. No need to purchase super-expensive brands, which are often glitchy.
