My husband was skeptical that I would be satisfied with how the BobSweep Dustin cleaned our floors. According to him I'm somewhat obsessive about it. My son has the BobSweep Ultravision and I had the opportunity to watch it at work several times. I was impressed with how thorough it worked. Before purchasing Dustin, I would sometimes vacuum 2 or 3 times a week, moving furniture to be sure I got everything. Dustin fits under furniture that my upright and even my stick vac can't manage. All in all I L.O.V.E. my Dustin! He saves me hours of work each week. Now, if only he had arms and could dust baseboards. Lol

just bought it. been on the phone and emial with tech support last 2 days. It took an entire battery charge to quick map my space and didnt get it all due to it stalling soo many times. I cant upload the pics of the mapped area but its missing huge chunks. -update. CS has been helpful but it appears the hardware doesnt have enough memory to retain all the map information-it deleted areas I had it map to save other map areas. Now i was told to save my map and then create a new map-now it wont let me map the new blank map. i was told to create a spot clean area in the spaces it missed in mapping. i created those spaces and then hit 'go' as instructed. it then within 1/2 second went-"cleaning...done" that fast.... and the robot NEVER moved. pretty close to returning it-will wait to see what CS says. I click on 'quick map' in the app and the unit blinks in response but does not move. it has the potential to be good but maybe i shouldnt have updated software like it wanted.

I am very happy with this product! While there were some issues I had to work through, the customer support was beyond helpful! Because I have a Golden Retriever at home that obviously sheds, they were able to give suggestions to try to have my Dustin work more efficiently, like programing the schedule differently to stop and empty more often so it didn't get clogged with dog hair. While I do have to remove the brush and clean it every few days (I run it daily) It is very easy to do, and only takes a minute or two, its certainly quicker than having to run a regular vacuum. Also, I had older different brand robot vacuum prior that had the same issue with the brush, but feel its kind of an unavoidable issue when owning a long haired dog.

We have had many Roomba’s and this is the first bobsweep. We are happy with it so far. Like the mopping feature, I use Bruce hardwood cleaner on our hickory solid wood floors. I like that it goes in straight paths. I also like that it goes around the edge, then it doesn’t bump every time.

I love coming home to fresh vacuum lines and a clean floor. Dusty does great at learning the layout and getting the whole house. He does occasionally get hair wrapped around the brushes that stops him from completing his rotation, but I guess it's not his fault that there are 3 long-haired people living with him.

Long ago I had a Roomba and though it was very basic, it did well. I disliked my Shark immensely. My BobSweep Charlotte is lacking and I don't recommend it for carpet at all. After lots of research I was hesitant to by another robot vacuum, but the sale price and necessity to keep up with the kid crumbs and dog hair made me try this one. I only use Dustin for vacuuming. It does a great job collecting our very large labrador's hair. It methodically cleans all edges and floors. I love how I can send it to spot clean one room or area. It was easy to set up after changing my Wi-Fi to 2.4 instead of 5. That said... I always have it on medium or high suction power. Low is pretty worthless. Dustin takes about one full battery charge and an hour and a half to clean 1500 sq ft on medium suction. This is perfectly fine for us, but may not for you if you have a larger cleaning area. My only real complaint is that Dustin has no clue when it is full and will just keep packing dog hair in. It can become so compact it will not evacuate into the bin/bag. Since I changed it to empty after every sweep and to sweep twice a day this problem no longer exists. I still scrub the hard floors only by hand, so I have no feedback about mopping.

I bought this after owning 4 different Roombas over the years. This thing is the bomb. I mean it is intelligent and easy to 'train". It mapped my house 2600sf in about 90 minutes. It runs over carpet and over the mud rug in my utility room with not problem. I changed mine to dump twice each cleaning. I have two dogs and one cat and the hair is not even a problem like it was.

Dustin is awesome! I set him up in minutes without any issues. Mapped the whole house and set no mop zones easily. After mapping the house a few times I moved his base to a different location, not a problem at all doing it. Thought there would be a problem with that since it was moved to other side and end of house, a few rooms away. Nope! Dustin (Dusty) came out and didn’t have any issues. My house is large and it gets cleaned in one charge. Connected to Alexa and they work seamlessly together. Absolutely love Dusty, saves me so much time and energy.

Dustin is a valuable asset to my family. No longer do we need to worry about the floors being vacuumed. It’s quite and accurate. I’ve played around with the mapping several times to make sure that the whole house gets done, but at different times. Parts are not used as often so those areas don’t need vacuumed as much. The mopping was a little tricky because of how close Dusty gets to the rugs and carpet, but I have it mapped now right up to within an inch so they don’t get wet. My only issue is the loudness when it empties into the home base. If we’re sleeping it wakes us up, during TV time it drowns out the sound. I can move it to a different location, for non use time but it’s not convenient because we usually keep the door closed to that area. We are very happy with Dusty, renamed. Definitely recommend the bObsweep Dustin vacuum.

We have used this for a few weeks and have been impressed. It took a few tries to get the wifi set up but the app is super easy to use. The vacuum has done a great job with the dog hair and keeping it clean. It is fairly quiet except when the vacuum empties. I like not having the mess of emptying the vacuum after every clean cycle.
