My Dustin works so well I rarely have to use my regular vacuum. I just experiancd a problem with its wifi system that has failed and after contacting customer service who by the way were easy to contact, friendly and worked to resolve my issue and after not being able to resolve it sent me another new unit to replace it. Bobsweep company is awesome and an example of what customer service should be. They even returned a call when I hung up and didnt leave a messege. I bought another one...

Dustin is doing a good job so far, and seems to pick up most dirt and hair particles fine. His navigation seems "smarter" than the previous two robot vacuums I had. Sometimes he outlines the area first and then fills in the middle, and then I have seen him do the middle first and then the boundaries at other times. It was surprising to me how quiet he sounds as he is doing his job. However, I was a bit startled at the noise during the very first docking when he was emptying into the vacuum bag. I now know to expect that. He did get stuck under a bench leg at first, and didn't make a sound (no beeping) so I had to look high and low for him. I have not used the mop feature yet. I have not downloaded the app yet either, as it's just been easy to manually push the 'Go' button and let him do his job around the house, and then dock himself so that he's charged up and ready to go the next time around.

I purchased Dustin in February this year, and it's truly been a game changer for me. I have a cat with long fur, and being able to vacuum 3 or more times a week - without having to do more than simply ensure his toys are out of the way - is wonderful. Setup and mapping was easy, and I like being able to control everything from my phone. I love the fact that there is no longer cat fur 'tumbleweed' under my sofa.

We recently moved into a new house, and have a fairly large (110 pound +) “inside” dog that sheds quite a bit. Based on the online reviews, I decided to order Bob to try to help keep the excessive dog hair at bay. I run Bob every 2-3 days, and so far, so good. I owned an iRoomba several years ago, and Bob is so much more advanced than that machine, it’s incredible. Have been very pleased with the purchase.

I bought this vacuum 4 months ago, at first everything was working fine; loved the fact that had more suction than my other higher end vacuum but everything went downhill after the first update. I thought it was just a bug and made the vacuum remap again....Well I guess is not a bug because the map disappears after every update, it is very frustrating because I cannot use the quick clean, room clean or spot clean. It is not worth the money.

So pleased with this purchase. Was skepticle about how well it would work. Out did my expectations for sure. Had a bit of an issue with the side brush and customer service worked with me until completely solved so even an a plus for them. Highly recommend.

Purchased this as a gift for myself to save time cleaning and I am so happy I did! Schedules work great and it runs every day in the morning. I haven't really used the mop feature that much but the few times I did it worked great. No issues really except if the kids leave socks on the floor it can get hung up and will go into a trouble mode. Aside from "user error" I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend this to anyone who is looking into purchasing one.

We have had Dustin for about six months and have learned what he does well and what his short comings are. Overall he does a great job keeping the areas clean and is able to switch from hard floor to carpet without any problems. Dustin is very smart in that he can learn how to clean an area and after mapping the floor you can see where he is in his cleaning. If there is an area that Dustin gets stuck at, the app allows you to create a 'no clean' area to avoid getting stuck. He also sees and avoids going down stairs. If the floor has a lot of dirt or hair to pick up, he sometimes is not able to empty completely and he needs to be manually cleaned. The manual cleaning needed is to use the supplied brush to remove the built up dust on the filters and empty Dustin's dirt collection compartment. The roller brush also needs to be cleaned to remove dirt/hair when needed. Overall, he does a great job of getting under furniture and cleaning the hard to reach places. It's very convenient to schedule him to clean and you have a clean floor. He is able to store a couple maps so you can customize the frequently cleaned areas.

I am very sorry I bought this vacuum. I have own 2 robot shark vacuums but this looked like a good deal and it had a mop so I decided to try it. I am going back to Sam's this weekend to see if I can return. It has vacuumed 2 hours and never hit half the house. My floors are still dirty. I have 3 small dogs and my shariks did the job! Not this one. It gets full on the roller and just keeps vacuuming instead of giving ou an alert. It roams around aimlesslyand and today it was at a coffee table trying to go around it for over 30 minutes. I fianlly moved it. I could go on and on. Just buy a Shark.

I bought this BobSweep when my previous Shark died. I just want to say that I LOVE the BobSweep! I have it set to medium vacuum strength and it is so much stronger than the Shark was. The battery lasted about 2 hours, recharged itself and vacuumed another 2 hours. It covered my entire house and didn't miss any areas. I am super happy with my BobSweep, Dustin.
