We love Dustin !! Does an incredible job of sweeping. 75% hardwood flooring & 25% carpet. When he's finished, the carpets look spotless & so do the hardwood floors. Would highly recommend. If Dustin goes on sale, would by another for upstairs. 4,400sq ft home, approx 3,000 down & 1,400 up. Dustin cleans downstairs in 1hr & 40 mins & whisper quiet.

Bob stopped working. We sent Bob in to get him fixed because he kept saying error about his dustbin and the dustbin they sent us did't fix it. So we sent him in. He had a serial number. Sent us a different Bob with no serial number. Having trouble with this one but I have to send them all the info I don't have.

Great powerful convenience house cleaner robot, make my life so much easy. Start cleaning when I leave the house to do grocery shopping, came home with a totally cleaned floor even with emptied trash. Love this machine so much, recommend this to anyone who doesn't like vacuum work, just bought a second one for mother's day present for my mom.

This is the first Robot Vacuum I have ever bought and I love it. We have has this for about a month. It works great, does around the edge of baseboards. So far it seems to get all the dirty on my floors. The only problem we have had is it staying on my Wifi, but I'm pretty sure its not the vacuum fault. For the price I paid I wish I would have gooten it sooner.

I bought my Dustin Bobsweep a couple months ago. I was amazed on what features it had. You put a app on your phone so you can go look and see everything on there. I had a rooba years ago. I had alot of problems with it. So when I got Dustin I have been very impressed on how it works. I have three cats. So it picks up all of the cat hair off the floor. I clean it once a week. Very easy to clean. If you have animals, it just makes things so much easier and faster. It vacuums while you do other cleaning in your house. I called customer service a couple to make sure I was doing everything right. The lady I talked to was very helpful and nice. She helped me set Dustin up with Alexia too. So I would definitely recommend this product. So glad I bought it.

We are happy with our purchase of the Dustin bObsweep. The vacuum has 3 speeds that work well on hardwood floors and carpets. We gave it a pet name, a former pet of the family. We joke how sometimes we don't know where it's going and call out to it to get back on track. We're excited about how it works and especially satisfied with the home features and how it has enough room to store dirt after multiple vacuums.

I am sad as I write this. I loved him from the moment we took him out of the box. Good battery life, good mapping, easy to use, I love watching his progress on his map. But after months of watching him beat up the edges of our rugs, I realize he isn’t going to get better at this. We have lots of throw rugs. If he gets up on it, he doesn’t stay on it. He continues to go up and down the edge over and over, beating himself up and the rug. That just doesn’t work for us. Bye Dusty 😢

I never in my life thought that I would purchase a robot vacuum much less one with a mop. Here I am....I work two jobs, care of my elderly dementia mother, I have an autistic grandson and two others living my condo. This little guy (UltraVision) not only surprised me with his work ethic but his results were just what I wanted. I am here to say, my friend was right about a robot vacuum, gives me some time that I normally would not have. I purchased this via Sam's Club online at a promotional price..... I have not used the mop function only because I have not had the time to really read the information. I will! I am very pleased with the vacuum alone!!!

We bought this 3 months ago. Previously we had another top-of-the-line robot vacuum... from 2018. Let's just say that the technology has dramatically improved since then. The way this empties itself and maps the house is fantastic - and it's much quieter than our old one. We love our new friend "Dusty!"

We've had "Dusty" for about a month and LOVE it! We ordered the navy color and it looks like the picture-we like it. I admit I hate vacuuming so having Dusty do that for me is great. Further we vacuum (well Dusty does) more often as it is so easy to have him run. He gets under chairs and furniture that we aren't pulling out as often. Living in Phoenix there is dust so having Dusty I feel like the house is cleaner! We even ordered one for my mother who also (in her 80's) is able to use it with the app.
