If you have a rug in your house, this is not the vacuum for you. I have not run the vacuum yet without having to go find it. I read the reviews and most are good so maybe it is just me. I have another robot in the house that was getting a little older so decided to buy this one just to help it and my old vacuum runs circles around this one. It is a great concept where it dumps automatically etc but the vacuum is very weak. My house is not terribly dirty.

Terrific! BoB is truly amazing. It has been a great addition. The setup was awesome fast and easy. This is my second (upgrade) Bob purchase and I can't be more happy. This Bob comes with 'the cleaning person' after Bob's done cleaning the house. BoB was able to map the entire floor in the first go. The app is fantastic. the ability to map rooms, no-sweep zones (different shapes) and select specific areas to clean makes it top of line. I would certainly recommend Bob over the overpriced brands.

I just got the Bobsweep "Dustin" and it has performed to my highest expectations. I have not had the auto vacuum out the contents feature before so this is a real step up. I fully expected to have to move it back to the base, but when he was full he went back to the base emptied himself out then went back to vacuuming the house. Outstanding!

I bought this vacuum 4 months ago, at first everything was working fine; loved the fact that had more suction than my other higher end vacuum but everything went downhill after the first update. I thought it was just a bug and made the vacuum remap again....Well I guess is not a bug because the map disappears after every update, it is very frustrating because I cannot use the quick clean, room clean or spot clean. It is not worth the money.

We got Dustin in March, I absolutely love him. I have had other brands prior to him, and I have bad experiences with them, so I was nervous getting a brand I was not familiar with, but I have had no issues with him at all. He does his job and doesn't complain at all. In fact, it was so good I had to go search the dust bag for a puzzle piece he picked up that was unknowingly dropped on the floor. He is very quiet, and most times, I don't even know he's done his job till I see the clean carpet lines he has left. The app is easy to operate, and you can break it down into rooms needed cleaned. This was a great find for me!

I have 2 persian cats and it lessons my load of cleaning up after them. It has relieved me of constant daily sweeping in my house and it frees up my time to focus on other things. I do have to occasionally clean the ducts in the unit, about every other week depending on usage. Be sure to have a smartphone if you buy this. I bought this for $200 pre-tax through the slickdeals.net deal hunting site. I'm not sure if I'd recommend paying the MSRP of $600. Picking this up for $300 or less is a decent choice though.

I was ready to make my first purchase of a robotic vacuum, and after extensive research I decided on a bObsweep Dustin model. Sam's Club offered a great promotion, and I made the purchase. My primary criteria in making this decision were product features and reliability, customer service and value. I have been more than pleased in every respect after receiving my Dustin and putting it to work. Mapping, scheduling of cleaning jobs, cleaning performance and self-emptying are all outstanding. After years of trying to keep on top of pet hair issues, I have finally been able to get them under control. Gabe in customer service has been great in answering several questions about the software. In addition to walking me through some of the finer points of initial setup, he has followed up to make sure everything is working as expected (which it is). My carpets have never looked better and I couldn't be happier. The many positive reviews I read prior to making this purchase are certainly well deserved, and I highly recommend this vacuum.

Dustin and I have become a good team. He takes care of the main floor without complaining and at the same time I’m able to dust the other floor before I take him to the lower level. He’s helping me to re-capture some of my free time. Only issue was that his edge cleaner would often fall off (usually because of a floor vent). Later, I realized that I hadn't installed the bristles correctly ... I just needed to push them in farther.

I purchased bobsweep Dustin a little over a month ago. Very easy set up. After mapping the house with all it's crevasses, Bob maneuvers perfectly. Yes, we do call him Bob. We did move the cat food container (after mapping) & Bob got confused. When we realized what it was and put the container back to original place, Bob went on his merry way! We love Bob.

I never in my life thought that I would purchase a robot vacuum much less one with a mop. Here I am....I work two jobs, care of my elderly dementia mother, I have an autistic grandson and two others living my condo. This little guy (UltraVision) not only surprised me with his work ethic but his results were just what I wanted. I am here to say, my friend was right about a robot vacuum, gives me some time that I normally would not have. I purchased this via Sam's Club online at a promotional price..... I have not used the mop function only because I have not had the time to really read the information. I will! I am very pleased with the vacuum alone!!!
