The sweeping tool( foot) was falling down always… then I was looking for it around the house for hours… ending up returning it

Bob has been a game changer at my house with keeping up with all the dog hair from my 2 little babies! I haven't tried the mopping component yet but am so excited to try it! I love how Bob knows exactly where to go to make my busy life easier.

It works great, the first time it maps. After that, it has trouble positioning and it requires you to delete the map and start over. I really wanted this to work, so I have re-mapped our hourse numerous times. I am giving up and returning.

it forgets to suck...i had an old cheap irobot till it died, got this a year later to replace it. we have pets and 2 gals with longer hair..it leaves little nests no matter how often we clean it. big let down

I bought this about 6 weeks ago and have been very impressed with this vacuum. We have carpet, laminate, and hardwood floors, and it does a great job with all of them. The mopping feature is awesome also. I would buy this again for sure.

This is a great product and cleans really well. I have been using it for several months now and happy with it overall. Would recommend people to buy this.

The vacuum works really well, but the mop is worthless. It says to use water in the mop reservoir so basically this thing is dragging around a wet wash cloth to “mop.” I sent mine around twice and my floors still look dirty.

I am so happy with the job done by Dustin! It takes about 1.5 hours to do the entire area and it really eliminates dust mopping for me. The mapping feature is incredible - I have no complaints.

I am now in a committed relationship with Dustin. I LOVE him! He sweeps, he mops and my floors glisten afterwards. I haven't swept since I got him and finally tried the mop... wow!!!! Incredible... my floors were literally shining afterwards.

Due to extenuating circumstances I have not had the opportunity to use the product. Being a caregiver for my loved one. Living in a different home. I am not able to use the Dustin Self-Emptying Robot Vacuum and Mop to date.
