I purchased Dustin in February this year, and it's truly been a game changer for me. I have a cat with long fur, and being able to vacuum 3 or more times a week - without having to do more than simply ensure his toys are out of the way - is wonderful. Setup and mapping was easy, and I like being able to control everything from my phone. I love the fact that there is no longer cat fur 'tumbleweed' under my sofa.

If you have a rug in your house, this is not the vacuum for you. I have not run the vacuum yet without having to go find it. I read the reviews and most are good so maybe it is just me. I have another robot in the house that was getting a little older so decided to buy this one just to help it and my old vacuum runs circles around this one. It is a great concept where it dumps automatically etc but the vacuum is very weak. My house is not terribly dirty.

I have had Dustin for about 3 months. I am extremely happy. I had a different robot vacuum before. But it did not map or self- empty. I reached out to customer service for help connecting to my WIFI. They were so great in responding and fixing my issue. I highly recommend.

This is the first Robot Vacuum I have ever bought and I love it. We have has this for about a month. It works great, does around the edge of baseboards. So far it seems to get all the dirty on my floors. The only problem we have had is it staying on my Wifi, but I'm pretty sure its not the vacuum fault. For the price I paid I wish I would have gooten it sooner.

We bought it 2 months ago and we have been using it regularly. Very happy with our purchase! It’s very efficient in collecting dust and debris, and the mop is also effective. We can track the progress via the phone app. We were having problems with the brush detaching during cleaning. We contacted customer support and the instructions and videos they sent us were excellent and solved the problem. The vacuum does not empty itself entirely in the dock station, but it’s not a problem for us because we like to clean it well after each use. Highly recommended!

I bought my Dustin Bobsweep a couple months ago. I was amazed on what features it had. You put a app on your phone so you can go look and see everything on there. I had a rooba years ago. I had alot of problems with it. So when I got Dustin I have been very impressed on how it works. I have three cats. So it picks up all of the cat hair off the floor. I clean it once a week. Very easy to clean. If you have animals, it just makes things so much easier and faster. It vacuums while you do other cleaning in your house. I called customer service a couple to make sure I was doing everything right. The lady I talked to was very helpful and nice. She helped me set Dustin up with Alexia too. So I would definitely recommend this product. So glad I bought it.

Love this machine! Got this for myself before Christmas and its been great. Super easy set up, very quiet running. Picks up really well and the self empty feature works fantastic. I love how easy it is to run from the app on my phone and being able to watch the map and see he (Dusty) gets in all the nooks and crannies is awesome.

I bought this vacuum 4 months ago, at first everything was working fine; loved the fact that had more suction than my other higher end vacuum but everything went downhill after the first update. I thought it was just a bug and made the vacuum remap again....Well I guess is not a bug because the map disappears after every update, it is very frustrating because I cannot use the quick clean, room clean or spot clean. It is not worth the money.

I recently purchased the bObsweep Dustin Self Empying Robot Vacuum and mop. I have been very pleased!! the machine is much quieter than my other sweepers. I can actually hear the tv when it is cleaning. It was easy to get started and am really enjoying the machine!

I was ready to make my first purchase of a robotic vacuum, and after extensive research I decided on a bObsweep Dustin model. Sam's Club offered a great promotion, and I made the purchase. My primary criteria in making this decision were product features and reliability, customer service and value. I have been more than pleased in every respect after receiving my Dustin and putting it to work. Mapping, scheduling of cleaning jobs, cleaning performance and self-emptying are all outstanding. After years of trying to keep on top of pet hair issues, I have finally been able to get them under control. Gabe in customer service has been great in answering several questions about the software. In addition to walking me through some of the finer points of initial setup, he has followed up to make sure everything is working as expected (which it is). My carpets have never looked better and I couldn't be happier. The many positive reviews I read prior to making this purchase are certainly well deserved, and I highly recommend this vacuum.
