We are extremely impressed with Dustin. We have always wanted a robotic vacuum but we’ve been hesitant to buy one. We are so happy with how well he works and enjoy watching the methodical way Dustin works around the whole house. We wish we would have bought one years ago but I’m sure they probably would have not been as effective as Dustin. The sweep brush and the spare brush would fall out while the vac was operating. Then, the vac would stop in the middle of the job with 51% battery. Pressing charge would send it back to the base station. And, it was unable to detect a ledge into my walk-in shower and got trapped in the shower. Returned it when Customer service ignored my issues except for the sweep brush issue. Extremely disappointed.

Im happy with Bobsweep Vacuum. Haven't tried the Mopping yet. Points to note, sometimes it avoids vacumming corners, the side brush comes out loose everytime, Carpet with dark edges are considered obstacles and tries to go around and freeze thinking it doesnt have a way to come out.

We run Dustin every week with deep mopping and high vacuum power. We got 2 dogs in the house and as much as it gets most of their fur there are still some that are left out specially on corners and edges, the mop on the other hand, you can feel the clean smooth difference when it's done. Overall Dustin is doing good so far and I hope it will last long.

I am very happy with how much dirt Dustin gets off the ground. The ground is very clean after Dustin is done vacuuming and mopping. The charge time is great, and the product holds a long charge. Maintenance on the product is minimal and easy. I enjoy the app features that allow Dustin to clean routinely, with this our floors have never been cleaner. The product is quiet while vacuuming and sticks to the boundaries set. We enjoy this product very much.

I love this thing! It has been a life-saver and has saved my back. The suction power is amazing and the battery lasts forever. The bin isn't to big on the vac itself but It has a huge bin to empty into. The app is extremely easy to navigate and you can set up schedules or control it from your phone anywhere, which is really nice. I would highly recommend this and have already convinced some family and friends to get one. Plus you can't beat the price right now, so snatch one up for yourself before they are gone!

We have had Dustin for about six months and have learned what he does well and what his short comings are. Overall he does a great job keeping the areas clean and is able to switch from hard floor to carpet without any problems. Dustin is very smart in that he can learn how to clean an area and after mapping the floor you can see where he is in his cleaning. If there is an area that Dustin gets stuck at, the app allows you to create a 'no clean' area to avoid getting stuck. He also sees and avoids going down stairs. If the floor has a lot of dirt or hair to pick up, he sometimes is not able to empty completely and he needs to be manually cleaned. The manual cleaning needed is to use the supplied brush to remove the built up dust on the filters and empty Dustin's dirt collection compartment. The roller brush also needs to be cleaned to remove dirt/hair when needed. Overall, he does a great job of getting under furniture and cleaning the hard to reach places. It's very convenient to schedule him to clean and you have a clean floor. He is able to store a couple maps so you can customize the frequently cleaned areas.

I have 4 kids and 4 dogs and cats. Including a Great pyr and a Corgi. Shedding MACHINES. I have to vacuum fur tumble weeds every freaking day and it stinks!! Well, not anymore!!! This little machine is so awesome. Don't get me wrong, nothing beats a good deep cleaning with elbow grease but, I only vacuum once a week now cause this little beast is great at helping me keep up with day to day sweeping. Bonus, it prompts the kids to keep their toys cleaned up. Get it! You won't regret it!

Love this machine! Got this for myself before Christmas and its been great. Super easy set up, very quiet running. Picks up really well and the self empty feature works fantastic. I love how easy it is to run from the app on my phone and being able to watch the map and see he (Dusty) gets in all the nooks and crannies is awesome.

It lasted 7 months, get multiple trouble codes daily. Submitted warranty claim. Got a response from manufacturer to troubleshoot, did all steps one by one, then they stopped responding after all troubleshooting was done and issue did not get fix. Sent another warranty claim and 1 week later still no response,sent a third claim and still no reponse. Item is not worth it. Manufacturer will not honor their warranty.
