I bought the device end of last year . I was sceptical initially but then after usage i loved this tool. Both wet and dry vaccum is awesome and main thing is rhe accessories are really affordable and easy to purchase when compared to other vaccums i have used in the past

Hi, 👋🏽 We enjoy ‘Bobbie' very much. She is quiet and adorable. We are often home when she's working, so we have occasion to see her complete the full mapped program. Impressive that she does the full program in an hour! We are pleased with the user-friendly app. Because of the sensor being on top, the height prevents her from sweeping underneath our couches or built-in cabinetry in the kitchen. We sweep the perimeter of our rooms, along the baseboards if crumbs or something are visible (infrequently). Overall, we really like the product. We have not used it as a wet mop as of this writing but will do so soon.

Overall i’m really happy with this vacuum. we got it mostly to clean the living room and bedrooms bc we have 2 large dogs that shed a lot. Its worked great for that, and I found it also does a great job cleaning the kitchen and bathroom floors even with lots of table legs and chairs and other obstacles to vacuum around in the kitchen. At this point I’ve completely retired our manual vacuum and we just let Dustin clean the house

it is the noisiest robot vacuum i have ever had. it just keeps getting louder and louder. it stops frequestly and does not learn where not to go. Often when you even put dont go areas on thr map, it ignores them. i also find that it does not thoroughly clean as the one i got 6 years ago feom an off brand company. i wouldnt invest in this vacuum again. Im going to contact costomer service, but im sure there will be little done sicne it has been year.

Horrible product. I returned it. When I was returning it, I saw a couple other same vacuum returned. Two things: the sweeping/rotating brush falls off. There's only one instead of two on each side, which is ought to begin with. Further, it comes with a bag instead of just a bin that you could just empty into a trashcan. So every hundred days you have to replace the bag that you must purchase. There's a reason why it's $400 off it's because everyone is returning it.

Great when it works and doesn't get lost. We generally like it. But it gets clogged up with dog and cat hair more than expected - our other robot vacs didn't have this much of an issue. I think the self-emptying feature is the problem. You don't know if Dustin is clogged or not unless you pick him up and check him... That defeats the purpose of the self cleaning, doesn't it? The home base got plugged up once as well and you had to remove the bottom vacuum line to remove the blockage. The other thing is that he gets lost and confused about where he's at and doesn't know where home base is... so you have to delete the map, remap the house and start over again like it was brand new. When it works, it does an ok job of picking up bits and pieces. We use an Eufy on the second level (not self cleaning) and it doesn't get lost or clogged with roughly the same square footage/etc.

We've lived with this little bot for a couple of months now. I like the excellent suction power and that it's low profile. I probably won't use the mop feature, ever. You have to place a separate piece on the vacuum to do the mopping, and the reservoir is inside the bot, then empty it, and you have to let it air out each time you use it. At this price, though, who cares. I love that it can go under almost all of our furniture and especially the kitchen counters, which my other 'bots' couldn't do. Mapping feature is great. The app needs work, especially for spot cleaning feature...kind of confusing. This bot gets stuck quite a bit, on clothes, rugs, and things like guitar stands. I wish it was bagless. I hate having to buy replacement parts, and it's environmentally irresponsible, but I didn't pay much for this vacuum, and I'm getting my money's worth. I've definitely paid more for a different brand (600 ), and I returned several. We'll keep Bobsweep until he gives up, and if they can improve their technology, I would buy another one. Oh, and he's a pretty handsome little dude.

This has been amazing. Maybe beyond amazing. It mapped my house with no issues and then the vacuum is better than my Hoover. I love the mop feature. A house with kids and pets get dirty floors. You basically tell it where to mop and off it goes. The only problem is that I love to watch it work lol. Shiny floors and perfect carpet. I did call customer support with a user question, and Gabriel has been spectacular. I get followup emails checking in on me and the Dustin Robot. Best purchase ever.

I am getting so frustrated and regret buying these vacuums. I bought 2, the exact same back in Dec. 1 for work and 1 for home. I have had nothing but problems with both of them. Which leads me to believe it is the brand and model. Neither one of them will go more than 2 days in a row without an issue that causes it not to complete the schedule for one reason or another. They either can't locate the map (50% of the time), they get stuck (10% of the time), or the battery charge fails to complete the schedule and won't recharge and finish (30% of the time) or they lose the internet connection (10%) Any advice before these hit the trash?

Wonderful Robot! Finally one that gets in the corners, stays focused and gets the entire job done. Doesnt hang up on surface changes. doesnt need its "diaper" changed often. Excellent tech support. Hides behind chair when done. Mop zones easily set up
