This is the first robot vacuum that we've had and it is truly amazing. Dustin mapped out our house on the first try. We found out we had to lift up the bed skirts since Dustin recognized that as a solid surface and wouldn't clean under the bed. Other that that, we had to move some of the electrical cords so he wouldn't get stuck in them. Both of us were computer people and we really get a kick out of watching this modern technology at work. He really cleans to our satisfaction and keeps track as to where he still needs to go. This is one of the best investments for our downsized home. Charles & Patricia Josephson

Side brush keeps coming off during cleaning sessions

Keeps losing the map of our house so can't be sent to rooms.

Gets stuck more than my shark, doesn't stop to magnet strips

Struggled to negotiate various flooring, i.e., tile to carpet

This has been a game-changer for our home. The mop is amazing and having this baby run each night keeps our kitchen cleaner than my driving record.

It does not map well. So I'm having trouble with it cleaning and mapping. Even using the swift map. Any suggestions?

awesome great robot at a very affordable price. cleans well. love it.

Not impressed. Roomba does a better job. Short battery life. Wish you could just dump the dirt instead of having to buy vacuum bags.

Cleans good a vacuum haven’t tried the mop part yet only issue I have had is the brush not staying on came off 3 time out of 4
