We call him Dusty and has done a fine job picking up after us. Seems like he’s learning the layout of the house pretty well and has his own personality. The first time we let him do his thing while we weren't there he got stuck as too much hair had gathered in the roller. I check that more often now and is easy to clean out. Always finds his way back to his home and empty himself. Really no complaints as he has fit in with us and just goes about his business doing what was designed to do.

Should have bought a bObsweep a long time ago. So you don't read an essay, I'll get straight to it. - purchased our bObsweep Dustin online from Sam's Club and received the box in excellent condition - instructions were simple to understand, and set up was easy - only negative experience was when my bObsweep was finished with the 1st cleaning it continuously attempted to dock to the charging station with no success. After watching it do this for 30 minutes, I powered it off and contacted customer service via email. As my previous experience with most other companies customer service, I thought this would be a nightmare, and I would end up returning the vacuum. I was shockingly surprised! They answered my email 1st thing Monday morning and told me it sounded like a faulty dustbin. They sent me a new dustbin free of charge and told me I DID NOT have to send the old one back. When I received it in the mail, I installed the new dustbin and voila! It docked to the charging station with no issues. Not only did they fix the issue, but they also contacted me again to ensure the problem was fixed. This company DOES CARE about their customers. - cleans about 2,000 sq ft of hardwood floors and small rugs in 1hr and 40min. We have 3 dogs. 2 of which are a shepard and a malamute. It picks up every piece of hair. You have to see it to believe it. We run our bObsweep 2x a day so the hair doesn't get stuck in the dustbin. Otherwise, it won't empty on the docking station. Like I said it picks up every piece of hair. - As a husband that travels for his job, I bought this to help my wife save some time cleaning because she works as well. She went from vacuuming and swiffering every day to never touching either one except on our thick entrance mats on the weekend. This literally saves her about 6 hours a week. - I am a bObsweep customer for life. From the customer service department to the quality of the machine and cleaning ability, I couldn't have made a better decision when it comes to one of these vacuums. It was seriously worth every penny.

I have had Dustin for a few months. It did a great job mapping my house and allowing me to edit it for my needs. Does a great job on both my tile and carpet floors. Only issue I had is the map got messed up and I had to remap the house. Solved this by saving the map on another floor so if it messes up again I have a backup. Overall, I would recommend.

I am loving my Dustin, although our Corgi is not quite so sure! My main floor is about 1,200 square feet and Dustin is able to cover that in about 1.5 hours on a single charge at medium power. He has gotten stuck on cords twice, but that was my fault for not getting them out of his way. It does a great job at picking up the Corgi's hair, although it has a problem emptying if I don’t empty it half way through the cleaning cycle as the flap on the vacuum gets clogged with the hair. I also love the lines it makes in the carpet. Every time it is like a little art display on the floor! The mop function is a little weak and I do not use it very much. I still prefer a little elbow grease on my part.

I did not see anywhere in the product description that wifi 2.4 GHz was a requirement for this product to work. We have wifi 5.0 Ghz and the product would not connect with our modem no matter how many times I tried. If I knew this requirement, I would never have purchased the item. What a waste of time.

The Dustin Robot sweeper from bObsweep has far exceeded my expectations. Especially for the price (it was heavily discounted), I really expected to return it. Wow, just wow! It was very easy to set up even for a nontech person such as myself. I have a fairly large house with a lot of carpeting and a nonshedding dog that sheds like crazy. I have scheduled the vacuum to do half of the house on Monday, Thursday and the other half of the house on Tuesday, Friday. The battery charge would be enough to do the entire house, but don't think any robot vacuum could hold that much dog hair at one time. I am always impressed by the job it does. One of my favorite parts, is it fits way underneath beds and some furniture (depending on the clearance) where my normal vacuum can only do the edges. This vacuum is a keeper. I highly recommend it.

I bought this vacuum as a gift for my wife, and it has been amazing. First, I got it on sale which made it an unbeatable purchase. Second, it was an easy set up process. Thirdly, it cleans great and picks up a lot of dirt and hair. We have indoor dogs, and this little bot helps out so much. Finally, I was cleaning my bot and, in the process caused some minor damage to the motherboard. This damage prevented the bot from performing to its full capacity. I emailed Bobsweep support, and they handle my issue with great customer service. Even though the malfunction was my fault, they requested that I send it in for them to take a look. In just 5 days from sending my vacuum in, they had it on its way back, good as new. Once again it is making a big difference in our house.

We bought Dustin a little over a month ago and we are in love with the product. Dustin mapped out our place well and cleans nearly every corner of the house. The self emptying vacuum and mop are amazing. Our floors have never been cleaner and we have saved time with it! We also enjoy the no mop and no sweep zones, very useful.

All of a sudden , it cannot recognize my login again. I have yried resetting, uninstalling and reinstalling ans finally contacted the support desk but no response. I got it since August, I am not sure if i can return it at this time. I am not happy with this product

This is the first robot vacuum that we've had and it is truly amazing. Dustin mapped out our house on the first try. We found out we had to lift up the bed skirts since Dustin recognized that as a solid surface and wouldn't clean under the bed. Other that that, we had to move some of the electrical cords so he wouldn't get stuck in them. Both of us were computer people and we really get a kick out of watching this modern technology at work. He really cleans to our satisfaction and keeps track as to where he still needs to go. This is one of the best investments for our downsized home. Charles & Patricia Josephson
