Our bObsweep Dustin is excellent. I was worried it would be difficult to get going. Not so! We have a large hard wood and LVT area that we use this on. There are several low pile area rugs and it doesn’t struggle with any of them. The only minor areas we have to touch up are under our counters (the area rug leaves a 4” space of bare floor under counter and Dustin is at a bit of an angle while running here) and under the kitchen table where it doesn’t get between chair/table logs. I wish I hadn’t waited so long to get this! I have yet to try the mop, I will update if I can.

Love that it empties itself, but it misses a lot of small stuff. Love that it can do the whole house on one charge. Do not like that the 'sweeper' that turns comes off all the time making it less effective. Where it does go, it cleans great, you can sweep where it's been and nothing else comes up. It only goes over a place once or twice and misses much more than my old iRobot does. I have not tried the mop side of it. I will soon, so I can decide whether or not to keep it or go back to my iRobot.

The vacuum itself does an ok job if you don’t have a lot of dog and people hair in the floor. The roller gets clogged up super easily with long hair, like my wife’s, which then inhibits it from being able to empty itself. My biggest complaint is the absolutely, virtually useless app that controls the vacuum! Had I read the review on the App Store before I bought Dustin, I wouldn’t have. I contacted the company support and got zero help after explaining the issues with the app…no app support. The map constantly deletes, the set routines will then also delete, you can’t edit rooms on the map without getting errors….completely garbage app control. Buyer beware

I bought the Dustin Plus Self-Emptying Robot Vacuum %26 Mop with 100-Day Dock about a year and a half ago, and it's been a great help in keeping my floors clean. Recently, I had a few issues with it and contacted customer service. They were quick to respond, worked with me to troubleshoot, and when the issue couldn't be fully fixed, they sent me a replacement without any hassle. Not only is the product itself very effective, but the customer service truly exceeded my expectations. It's rare these days to find a company that stands so strongly behind their product. Highly recommend both the vacuum and the company!

Generally a good robot cleaner. It has great features and gets the job done. We have a dog that sheds a lot of hair and this works. 3 stars are for the canister and empty function. I have to manually empty the robot every day. Just doesn't do a good job of emptying.

I was looking for a second robot vacuum for my second floor due to mobility issues. Sam’s Club had a sale on Dustin by bObsweep. I had never heard of that brand, but it was an excellent sale so I decided to try it. I am so happy I did. Right out of the box, the instructions and set up was so fast and easy. Nothing like the issues I had in the past with a different name brand. Within minutes Dustin was ready to clean for me. Dustin’s mapping feature was great. His cleaning ability is fantastic and he is quieter, even on the highest vacuum power setting, than my other robot vacuum. I do like that there are 3 power settings. I appreciate that Dustin is gentle on the furniture or anything else he encounters. I cannot speak to Dustin’s mopping feature since I have old laminate flooring and have to be very careful with how much water goes on the floors. Even without using one of his main features, I am so glad I made this purchase. I would highly recommend this product.

I just want to say thank you for this vacuum! We have owned 2 different roombas and they have been unreliable. From the first use of Dustin I am thrilled and it has picked up way more dirt and pet hair that our other ones ever thought of! We love it!!!

The vacuum is great . I just need to get to know how the mapping works but the pickup is amazing. I’ve not checked out the mopping feature yet so I can’t review that part but the vacuum cleaner is phenomenal. I do like the feature where it returns to vacuum after it goes back to charging if the battery is low.

Dusty, as we call him is an unbelievable cleaner. We were suprised the first time using it. Dusty has great suction. The s heduled cleaning is nice, but a quick clean is really neat. He is connected to wifi and can be instructed to do a quick clean from anywhere with wi fi. We have not had it very long, but know it was a wise purchase.

This is my third Bob sweep and this one is more advanced than any of the rest I love that it vacuums to empty out the dirt it does a great job it did a terrific job mapping the whole living room dining room kitchen area and I have it scheduled to run every single day twice a day and then it cleans out the dirt and I fill it with mop water and the rag and just let it I have to add that every other day
