I recently bought the Dustin on sale from Sam's Club. I had an older model iRobot for which I had to constantly empty the on board dust receptacle and clean and change the filter. It began taking about 3 hours to complete my two bedroom one bath house as it constantly needed emptying and charging (even after I put in a new battery). The Dustin completes the job in an hour and I don't have to empty the dustbin as it automatically is sucked into a bag that only needs to be dumped when it's full. I have vacuumed several times and the bag is not full yet despite the fact that I have several animals. It's also much quieter than my iRobot when it is vacuuming which does not prevent me from taking Zoom calls for work. I am so happy with my purchase! the only thing that I can say that is a bit of a drawback, is that the little Edge brush comes off when vacuuming, but one email to Bobsweep and they gave me the resolution to fix that, so the customer service is also great. I have not used the mopping option yet so cannot report on that. I pleased with my purchase! It has made a huge difference in how often I run the vacuum and how clean it feels once done.

I've had this vacuum for about a month & have been very pleased. It's the second robot vacuum I've had it it's a step up from the previous bc of the self-emptying capacity, the mop function & the programmable features. The area it cleans is entirely hard wood, so it's a simple process, but the upgrades have been worth it. The mop feature works great so far.

Dustin is doing excellent and working as advertised. The machine is a hair magnet and does an awesome job of collecting hair and other dirt. The self emptying feature works wonders. Our time isn’t now better spent on other activities. The mapping feature takes some time to figure out but once set, it’s set and worry free. The mopping feature however needs some additional work and attention from the developers. It would be nice if the system indicated when water was running low and also could detect dirt and spot clean those areas better. But overall an awesome buy for the cost (got it for $199 at Sam’s Club)!

I have a small home on a ranch that collects a lot of dust and pet hair. We have a yellow lab and 2 cats - the fur never stops! My patience with electronic devices is very low, but I decided I would try this vac just to say I did. My expectations were LOW. I finally got it out of the box and was surprised at how easy the set-up was. As instructed, I let Dustin move about the house to "map" it. He is very quiet and I was impressed at how he gently rounded around obstacles. (In my head- I was picturing this thing clunking and banking into furniture. That wasn't the case at tall). It only took him about 40mins to create a map of the house. I was able to easily navigate the app, customize the map, and set a cleaning schedule. I have to say I LOVE this vacuum. It has no problem with pet hair (and we have a lot of pet hair!). So far this has been a life changing purchase for me. I have not physically vacuumed in over a week and my floors look great. This is a great product!

Overall good purchase. Cleans well. Gets edges. Mapping is accurate. Connecting to Alexa is a no go. App is user friendly. If you are using the mop feature you can’t set for later, you have you use right away. It will drain out if you wait. Overall good buy.

Best Vacuum ever! It’s quiet and has a long battery life including mapping. Mop feature works great. Highly recommend. I actually purchase two of these on sale, $500 off! Well worth the price and they work great. Floors are cleaned and can set cleaning dates and times. Wi-if accessible and app works great.

I was surprised at how good this works. I was skeptical that it would work at all, but saw that it was on sale and decided to give it a try. My house is mostly all on one floor, but has different levels and has carpet, hardwood, tile and linoleum. Once Dustin learned it’s to map the house, it can clean 5 rooms-6 rooms in about 40 minutes. I continue to be impressed with how well it works, how much time it saves me and how neat my floors are. I have two short hair dogs that used to leave a deposit of hear each day. My floors are nice and clean and easy to maintain. The only problem that I had was the brush falling off, but fixed that with a small piece of paper to make it fit more snug and it hasn’t fell off since.

I am still learning how to use this. I have not used the mop feature yet. I had it turn on in the middle of the night so that was a shock. I have a heavy rug it has to go over and it doesn't do a good job but my upright vac has a hard time cleaning it also. I'm hoping it will help with the everyday cat hair. I will know more after using it for awhile.

Love that it empties itself, but it misses a lot of small stuff. Love that it can do the whole house on one charge. Do not like that the 'sweeper' that turns comes off all the time making it less effective. Where it does go, it cleans great, you can sweep where it's been and nothing else comes up. It only goes over a place once or twice and misses much more than my old iRobot does. I have not tried the mop side of it. I will soon, so I can decide whether or not to keep it or go back to my iRobot.

Love this little guy, Dusty. Put him to work mapping the house the first day, and haven’t looked back. We are older and I have asthma so we run Dusty 2-3 times a week and it has helped keep the dust down tremendously. Love the self emptying feature! We have him set on low and to empty each time. This has been working well for our home. Glad we “adopted” the little guy.
