It vacuums great - no problem there The mop however has some kinks: You need to hand move it out of room that has carpet ( my base is in a carpeted bedroom) or else it will release water onto your carpet!! When mopping it seem to repeat floors it had already cleaned and left some areas untouched . Also I added some floor cleaner into the water/ I need more than just water to clean bathroom floors. Yet I couldn’t find anything about doing just that Another negative for me was that little fan brush kept falling off. I had to search for it more than once.

Dustin has appealing features of vacuuming & mopping, however the rotating brush attachment kept falling off and the mopping feature is spotty at best. Also the mapping was off & difficult to figure out. I think Dustin needs more technical tweaking to work better and the brush attachment needs to be redesigned as it does not fit snugly enough to stay on. I think Dustin could be a competitive product on the market if these flaws were corrected.

This is not a satisfactorily functioning piece of equipment. We bought this on sale quite some time back and have tried numerous ways to make this function as we felt it should but have officially given up. It simply will not do a decent job of picking up the same things our other brand of robot used on our upstairs floors picks up easily and with excellent results. We have tried switching them from one to the other. No luck. We will attempt to return it. DON'T bother BUYING this at ANY PRICE.

Dustin is great! Still very fascinated with how sophisticated these AI vacuum bots are, especially Dustin. We’ve had it for almost 2 months and couldn’t complain. We don’t really use the mop as we have white marble tiles and rather just mop ourselves.

Dustin is a lot different from my previous robot vacuum, so fairly difficult to figure it out to begin with. I kept reading the booklet, then started using it, and the process got much easier to understand. I'm not 100% sure of every feature, but what I do know is that I really, really like it! The phone app is easy to use.

Our bObsweep Dustin is excellent. I was worried it would be difficult to get going. Not so! We have a large hard wood and LVT area that we use this on. There are several low pile area rugs and it doesn’t struggle with any of them. The only minor areas we have to touch up are under our counters (the area rug leaves a 4” space of bare floor under counter and Dustin is at a bit of an angle while running here) and under the kitchen table where it doesn’t get between chair/table logs. I wish I hadn’t waited so long to get this! I have yet to try the mop, I will update if I can.

Regularly gets lost and can't locate home base despite being in the middle of the bathroom just down the hall. Gets stuck on the slight raise separating carpet and linoleum when leaving some but not all linoleum areas despite all areas of the home being identical. Mop also just calls for plain distilled water, no cleaning solution of any kind so it's just getting the floors wet with basically a wet wash cloth.

Terrible vacuum. It takes forever to find its dock and sometimes doesn’t at all there is no bin full sensor so if you have a long hair dog it fills the bin then it keeps going sucking up nothing and the self empty feature doesn’t work if you have a pet with long hair. It (sometimes) returns to charge and empty but the long hairs are packed in and the base can’t suck them out. Also the map keeps disappearing, I’ve had to make 3 maps divide label no go zones what a waste of time and effort if I could burn this in the street and still get my $ back I’d be out there right now.

An actual user: love this Bobsweep! This is our first robot vacuum. Their customer service never answers so any questions we've been looking up on Google! So you might not like it if you want customer service, we've used it about 1 week. We really only had basic questions but for the price you pay you would expect support. It really does the job and our floors look great! The self emptying is loud but that's only like 30 seconds! You do want it to empty! So we just deal with it! When using the mop feature I have not found a way to see the water level. In general it's good you're just not to get customer service!

Looses the map all the time. Is not user friendly because is easy to fix the map disconnection if you are friendly to technology if you’re not (like my wife) you are screwed. Additionally, when it cleans, leaves water spots all over the floor even with the lower mop setting. I regret this purchase.
