LOU KEEHFUSS Mar 6, 2024, 12:09 PM PST I am very pleased with my Dustin robo vac. It mapped so effortlessly I was surprised. Dustin got under things that I couldn't get to with my old upright, it went under my beds and sofa (I didn't realize the sofa had an opening in the rear) I set 2 schedules with ease with 1/2 of my home on each schedule. The  Manual is very good at helping to set Dustin up.

I am very pleased with bObsweep Dustin. I named him Dustin-Desi! We have two German shepherds and it does a tremendous job in getting up their shedding hair. I was so pleased, I even convinced my sister in-law to purchase one. Hats off to Sam’s for offering this at sale price because neither of us would have paid $700 for it!

I ordered 4 of these while they were on price reduction (one for me and 3 for gifts). Two have already been unpackaged and used. One of those two ad to be set back to Bobsweep after the second day of use because it stopped working. Their customer service sent a shipping label and told us to return the sweeper and they will replace it once it is received. The one that is still working works OK. It does get stuck a lot, even though I've set up "no sweep" zones. I tried the mop function, but I will likely never use that feature again. The noise is about the same or a little less than my vacuum cleaner. When the sweeper goes back to the station and empties it is a loud whoosh sound that does not last long. When you're attaching the little brush, make sure you push on it hard until you actually hear a click other wise your brush will come off and you'll have to find it. One thing that could really be improved on, is the instructions. It comes with an Owner's Manual that really does not tell you too much. Make sure you get the app and use the QR codes on the Quick Start guide--that's where you will find the information that you really need. I hope the other 2 sweepers that have not been unboxed yet don't have any problems.

I love Dustin. We have had him for a little over a month and he works great. He does get caught up on some things like cords or clothing but after we move the problems he runs smoothly over the entire house. It’s so nice to come home to clean floors and the carpet feels so much better after being vacuumed. I have 2 women with long hair in the house so the roller brush does get hair wrapped around it but the roller brush easily pops out and I can clean it off quickly. And after a couple of weeks of Dustin the hair accumulation has been very minor. The app is very user friendly also. I haven’t used the mop attachment yet but am looking forward to it.

I have a small home on a ranch that collects a lot of dust and pet hair. We have a yellow lab and 2 cats - the fur never stops! My patience with electronic devices is very low, but I decided I would try this vac just to say I did. My expectations were LOW. I finally got it out of the box and was surprised at how easy the set-up was. As instructed, I let Dustin move about the house to "map" it. He is very quiet and I was impressed at how he gently rounded around obstacles. (In my head- I was picturing this thing clunking and banking into furniture. That wasn't the case at tall). It only took him about 40mins to create a map of the house. I was able to easily navigate the app, customize the map, and set a cleaning schedule. I have to say I LOVE this vacuum. It has no problem with pet hair (and we have a lot of pet hair!). So far this has been a life changing purchase for me. I have not physically vacuumed in over a week and my floors look great. This is a great product!

The vacuum is great . I just need to get to know how the mapping works but the pickup is amazing. I’ve not checked out the mopping feature yet so I can’t review that part but the vacuum cleaner is phenomenal. I do like the feature where it returns to vacuum after it goes back to charging if the battery is low.

it is the noisiest robot vacuum i have ever had. it just keeps getting louder and louder. it stops frequestly and does not learn where not to go. Often when you even put dont go areas on thr map, it ignores them. i also find that it does not thoroughly clean as the one i got 6 years ago feom an off brand company. i wouldnt invest in this vacuum again. Im going to contact costomer service, but im sure there will be little done sicne it has been year.

The Dustin Robot was easy to setup, and I had no issues connecting to my Wi-Fi. I was surprised that it is quieter and actually vacuums my black rug that my previous iRobot would avoid. So far, I have only used it on my hard wood floors, and I haven't tried the mop feature yet. The Dustin also returns to the dock when it is finished unlike my previous robot, so it requires less supervision. It seems to have a good battery life; time will tell how it continues to perform, but so far, I am pleased with my purchase.

I replaced Eufy with Dustin. Very reasonable pricing. Dustin is little more noisy, but tolerable. Vacuums both floor and carpet real nicely. I have not tried mopping function yet. So nice to have auto emptying function. It picks up hair very efficiently. No issues with mapping function either. So far, happy customer.

The vacuum itself works very nicely! Hardly notice our husky is a house pet. We use the vacuum on 3 floors so we save 3 maps. Each time I make a new map active the schedules for the daily cleaning on the main floor have to be recreated. Wish they saved tagged to the saved map to reload with the map.
